The knocking on the door surprisingly didn't wake Leliana, nor the shifting of her own body as Anders left her side. She curled into a ball though as she laid there. An automatic reaction to gather up her heat as he wasn't there any longer to provide her with such.
As minutes had passed, Leliana thrashed around in the bed. Stretching lightly with arms over head and legs and feet stretched downwards. A groaning yawn expelled from her lips as she peaked through one eye and began to look to her left, then right… She saw Anders wasn't there her hand reached over placing where he last was… It was still warm. He must of not of gotten far. Oh but the bed seemed so inviting and warm, not to count it smelled of him. Leliana grasped at the blankets once more pulling them to her chest as a wide grin tugged at her lips.
Finally with listening to the silence Leliana could hear voices beyond, this brought a curious look to her. And with her palms, she pressed herself up into a sitting position, and then crawling to the edge of the bed as if she tried to get a better range of hearing. She still couldn't make out the lighter voice, but she knew Anders was out there. She decided to wait it out, as she plopped back onto her bottom, her legs underneath her. Without knowing how she looked she began fiddling with her hair, as her body shifted to the side and her hands dropping to the side as well to brace herself. "Anders?" She questioned… "You out there?" She asked even though she had known the answer she still wondered what stirred him to get up this early.
Anders retreated back into the room and closed the door behind him. He paused for the moment, almost at an abrupt halt just to rub his forehead. The pounding in his head reminded him once more, not to take Tevinter wine lightly when drinking. It was a sudden rush that came without warning; and yet still pre-destined from the banging against his door to arise now. He lifted his head to look towards Leliana calling to him and his arm had dropped.
"You're awake…" He stated an obvious, but his brain didn't really think past that for the moment. His time was soon turned towards searching for his shirt and coat to slip back on. "I figured you would have been asleep for little while longer."
After pulling the shirt over his head, tugging the feathered cloak over his arms, fastening the buckles and combing his hands through his scattered and tossed locks Anders glanced slightly back over towards Leliana once more.
"Stay in bed for a while longer. I'll speak with the chef about bringing you something to eat." He coaxed and lifted his hands back to his head to fix the ponytail in his hair, while lowering towards her forehead to give Leliana a quick kiss. In a quick swivel on his heel, the mage was turned back around and soon heading for the door once more.
Leliana couldn't help but brighten as he re-entered the room. Something about his presence just brought this happiness out in her. She began to nod to his statement of her being awake, but she took a look back to the bed where they laid moments ago. "Well I missed you is all." She added as she traced the wrinkles in sheets with a single index finger. "What did you expect?" She joked no more than to point out a fact, than asking a question.
She couldn't help but feel a bit saddened as she watched him get dressed. Her optics followed his every step as he trailed about the room. But quickly the saddened look on her face turned to an uncontrollable blush as she felt his lips make a contact to her dome. Her arms reached up as she took a hold of his hands with her own, her eyes coming to a slow close. A sigh of defeat had come over her, as she decided she'd go with what he proposed and within reopening her eyes she began to shake her head as she released her grasp from him. "Well aren't you mister romantic." She teased lightly before adding on her next set of words. "Okay I'll wait as long as you promise not to keep me waiting too long okay?"
"I'll do my best." He mentioned from over his shoulder before leaving the room.
It had been a short time to pass by when suddenly, the window lifted open. Inside, rolled a woman clad in a tight-fitting pirate armor. Her shirt was white and low cut over her large breasts, her shorts were extremely high cut, and her leather boots curled way up high to her thighs. However, the outfit was the last thing to really take in of her—being that the woman was simply too much to do so all at once.
"Alright, you brute. Hand over the keys or I—" She paused some, as the wind brushed back her wild dark hair against her heavily sun-kissed skin.
Her deep brown eyes widened at seeing Leliana; and when the abrupt wind had settled from revealing her better features to have been recognizable as Isabela (which in turn gave her the chance to see that it was Leliana in the bed), they pirate's stance had shifted and started to ease.
"Well, as I live and breathe… Leliana!" Her words purred as she recoiled and quickly tucked her blades away in the sheaths behind her back. Isabela braced her hands proudly against her hips, taking the stance of what a pirate queen should. "I never expected to find you hear of all places. Are you well? Do you need saving too? I hear the man who lives here's a pretty nasty one."
Leliana threw herself back on the bed the second she heard the clicking of the door close. She needed rest but she couldn't help but want to follow Anders she was so darn curious who he was talking outside the door before and even more curious where he was head off to. As she was lost in her thought she took no attention as the window had slid open. It wasn't until she saw a figure of some kind roll to their feet that caused her to jump up off the bed and onto her feet.
Immediately the rouge had recognized the voice. Her brow furrowed as she tried to listen carefully as the female spoke, in doing this she took a few steady steps in. Even though she had no weapon and wore no more than her night gown she couldn't stop her curiosity nature. "Wh-" She started only to pause a moment in between sentences as she tried to remember that familiar voice. Without warning the wind gusted between the two almost causing her delicate tiny dress of a gown to raise, as well as thrashing her crimson hair about. Her hands place over her thighs as her eyes never left the female in front of her finally catching hold of who truly was in front of her.
Her once confused expression was disappeared as she rushed over to Isabela to give her a welcoming hug. This was one person she hadn't thought of to see. "Izzy..." She spoke proudly as she stepped back examining the pirate before her. "Its been too long! Where have you been." But as quickly as she asked the question she brought her attention to her last statement... Was she speaking of Alexander? It would make sense he was a bit of a brute as she called him. All she did was nod her head in a quick response to show she was fine. "I'm okay. I'm here with a mage." She replied. "I'm safe with him so don't you worry your little pirate booty." She teased as she reached over to softly poke at her. "What about you why are you here...?"
"Yes, well… they're all mostly mages here. That's why I worry." Isabela smiled still and reached towards the straps of Leliana's nightgown to give a teasing tug. "Hm… Too bad I couldn't catch you like this more often, eh?"
Her moment's pause of ogling her did stop though when Leliana had questioned her about what she was doing there. The pirate turned and reached out to straighten her blown-away-hair while beginning to pace the floor a little.
"I haven't much time." She started to explain quickly. "I'm here to save an elf who made a deal with the owner of this place. You see, I sort of… stole a few slaves from a couple of Tevinter soldiers, and one of them followed me out to the docks. There, this Magister saw me and that other officer have somewhat of a stand-off and he used bloodmagic to settle the deal. In short, one of my crew-members and a trusted friend—became his property in exchange for buying off the slaves I was then allowed to keep as my new crew."
She stopped short and spun back around her heel to face her again. "Not that I'm taking in slaves for manual labor, mind you. That's not my intention at all. I wanted them liberated; …but if they wanted to join me against the high-tide they were welcomed to do so of course… So, right now, I'm returning to find my friend and free him from here."
Leliana couldn't help but chuckle as she felt the tugging upon her night gown. She was somewhat relieved when she had begun to explain why she was here so she wouldn't have to go into full detail why she was here as well. She crossed her arms over her small frame as her head began shifting to one side and an arch of a brow came over her. "I believe ya, I know you… Now this guy… That were talking about is a different story." She sighed, her breath ruffling the edges of her bangs. "Who's this guy you're saving?" She asked curiously, her arms dropped from her as she noticed she had no real clothes in Anders room… Heh… Great. She thought to herself as she trailed about in the room like a confused child. She stopped finally to look over her shoulder to Isabela and smile. "Umm I need clothes…" She admitted. "There in my room down the hall. If you want I will help you. I know this place almost too well. I can probably get you to where you need to go possibly. I just need to get suited up. The jerk that owns this place deserves what's coming to him anyways."
Her gaze dropped as she reached back massaging the nape of her neck she was hoping Isabela didn't ask who's room this was and just went along with it. She didn't even bother waiting for a reply as she rushed to the door peering her head out, seeing no one in sight and thankfully no one coming. She looked over her shoulder, looking to Isabela. "Not sure if you want to follow me?" She asked curiously "Or if you want you can hop over to my room I'm sure if you made it to Anders-" She halted in her words as she clasped her hands over her lips. "Err just meet me in my room. That-a-way." She said with a point towards the right, as she darted out the as she wasted no time to get to her own chambers.
Once entering she began stripping down out of her gown and dressing into her armor, hopefully before Isabela had seen her. As she begun to clasp the last gantlet on and slip on her boots she began to walk over to the window, unlocking it and sliding it open for Isabela to enter.
:
Isabela waited near the doorframe, listening to Leliana offer her services briefly while she seemed to flutter around the room like a lost butterfly in her nightgown. Of course with the mentioning of her wanting to get on more clothes, there was a slight teasing and a pout from the dark skinned temptress. This was soon followed by an even more surprised look about her mentioning of Anders.
"Anders, you say? As in 'The' Anders? Anders of the Anderfels?" Her questioning title even seemed a bit odd to herself, but it was the only one Sebastian claimed to quickly lay rules of coping in accordance of finding him.
She hadn't chose to slip out of the room just to climb in another one. That would have been way too much work. Isabela had done best hiding between the shadows of the hallway and later scurrying into Leliana's room. She had missed the chance to see the redhead nude, which came at her own secret loss; but other than that, her question would have remained unanswered. This was ok, though. The pirate believed that if she hung around long enough, she would discover these truths for herself.
Leliana took the lead down towards the hidden room where herself, Anders and Anna had at one time met with Alexander and the rest of his Black Divine members. It was not a sight Isabela had wanted to see, but in order to rescue who she wished, she needed to endure it. Coming down to the bottom floor, they could hear voices from farther inward.
"So, while I was being bled for one of these devices, you were above me eating Tevinter Cheese?" A rough voice whined, …no—more like growled at the thought of it, against the sounds of chains clanking together.
"Well, it wasn't Orlesian or anything, but for someone like me, it was still pretty fancy." Anders's voice answered.
"Cheese? For CHEESE? I'm going to kill you!" The other voice responded grumpily.
"Do you want out or not?" Anders huffed.
Leliana hated the thought of coming down there… Again. She looked no more than a few tiles ahead of her as she walked off deeper into the dungeon. She tried not to pay attention to any sounds of the other slaves nor the restraints that held them in place she just kept going forward.
After what seemed like minutes of walking through the darkness she finally heard a familiar voice. "Anders?" She whispered under her breath and without another passing second she picked up her pace. As she ventured deeper into the halls she wondered why he went here of all places, and who the heck was he talking to? Without hesitation she reached back with her hand grasping onto Isabela's as she began to run towards the way of the males voices.
She stopped after reaching the duo, releasing Isabela from her grasp as she stood behind watching Anders and this elf argue with one another. Cheese? Why were they arguing about cheese of all things? She shook her head shaking the thought from her mind as she stepped forward and as she did she stopped behind Anders tapping him on the shoulder, taking a few more steps forward to stand next to his side. "Who's this?" She asked curiously. As her hues began to examine the elf before her… Of course her attention first went to the markings on his chocolate skin, but she has seen odder things in her life so she didn't bother to question it. What mattered now was why he was freeing this slave of all slaves, and how they were going to get away with it if they did such an act. "I doubt you will be able to free him Anders you don't have the skills." She teased, as she gave a small nudge of her elbow towards him. "Do you want to do the honor Izzy?" She asked as she looked over her shoulder and through the darkness of the corridor to her.
Anders had barely jumped from the nudge, but he was instantly relaxed upon hearing Leliana's voice. Even though she was joking, Anders had taken her remark a little more serious. This was because the chains were actually containing a ward within the metal that prevented most magic from harming them or breaking them. They were the same chains that were used to bind mages down as well. So, there'd be no other way this lyrium coated elf could have been captured; of course.
"Actually, I think you're right—" He started to say until the invitation of another person being with them was brought into the light. Anders looked back over his shoulder to peer more towards the shadows. "Izzy?"
"I'm on it." Isabela swooned upon stepping into view. She reached down in between her breasts and pulled out a long lock pick.
Anders's eyes had seemed wide at her upon stepping aside. However, the elf looked very much relieved to see the woman walking towards his shackles and beginning to pick the locks.
"Isabela…" The elf had sighed some and gave the woman a small smile. "Finally. Someone competent of the task at hand."
"Leliana, this is Fenris, my First Mate of my ship. Fenris, this is Leliana, another personal friend of mine." Isabela spoke nonchalantly.
"Hm… Coming from you, and that could mean anything." Fenris teased; being more than happy to have been released from the cuffs once they were removed.
"Watch it." Anders warned him and folded his arms. "Just because I couldn't break the chains doesn't mean I won't be willing to try my magic on you."
"Oh, pipe down. Fenris has been through enough. Besides, it's not like you're anymore innocent of me." Isabela teased once Fenris was free. She stood back up, hiding the lock pick back underneath her breasts and gave Anders a wink. It was enough to leave Anders nervous and quiet at least for a moment longer.
Leliana smiled over to Anders as she saw the questionable look in his eyes as Isabela approached. She stood there watching as she worked among the locks freeing Fenris and explaining who he was to her. She was shocked to hear her say what she did. A mate? That word wasn't used very often specially by her pirate friend. "Really now?" She questioned arching her brow curiously. "Mate, as in lover… Has my Isabela grown all up without telling me?" She couldn't help but tease.
Finally she went to Fenris and his own statement towards the two of the females. "Just friends." She replied "We have an odd past but it's a good one at that." She added looking over to Anders as her hand had clasped over his own in a gentle way giving a gentle smile.
Looking around and back to the way which they came Leliana began to release her hold onto Anders as to look for a way out. If they were to catch them with these two who knows what would happen. Especially since they freed this slave. "We should probably get out of here? We can catch up later and talk about the good old times when we have more time on our hands; I really don't want to get frozen again by some damn magisters." She scoffed as her body gave a small tremble remembering the accident. And without taking another second she began leaving the area, she didn't even want to be in this dungeon as it brought to much anger and hurt to see all these horrible things around her.
"I couldn't have said it better…." Isabela agreed as they each started to turn and headed towards the hallway.
Anders had closed and locked the door behind him, while the others were given the chance to relax. He tried to stand on his own and shake away the thoughts of what horrors were past the wooden door. Of course while he was busy trying to must his strength back up, Fenris was already preparing for an attack.
"it's not going to end like this." Fenris suggested, and started to aim towards the hallway that lead to the Magister's bedroom.
"No, stop! That would be going against everything requested, now wouldn't it?" Anders asked and reached towards Fenris's armor to hold him back; but was soon swatted away. At least he was standing for the moment though; which gave Anders the time to think. "And your whole goal right now should be escaping."
"Come with us!" Isabela urged, looking towards Anders and Leliana in a pleading manner.
As they entered the room Leliana didn't bother to sit as they had found there safe haven for the time being. She found herself stepping forward, standing before Anders and grasping his hands with her own. Her thumb stroking over his knuckles as she had gazed into his eyes suspiciously while an arch of a brow had come over her facial expression. "Why didn't you tell me you were going down there?"
But before she could get an answer she was caught off guard by Fenris' own set of words. She dropped her hands from Anders and stepped back as the two had a go at it… She wasn't sure if they despised each other or were somewhat of friends, it was hard to read them. Then again they were men… And sadly sometimes men were difficult to read. Finally after a moment she parted her lips to ask her own set of questions. "Everything requested?" She asked curiously repeating after the two men before her.
Leliana couldn't help but be put a-back by Isabela's offer, in reaction she questioned the pirate "What?" Sure a part of her would love to go, and it probably would have been safer than staying here. But she knew Anders had a mission, and she knew where she wanted to be. And that was by Anders side. It would always be there. Even if he choose a place like this to stay. She stepped up to Anders and stood beside him once more as she took a moment to look to Anders hoping she could read him to see if she could see anything in his eyes... If he wished to leave as well. But she didn't try too hard this time as she looked to Isabela and shook her head. "I go where Anders goes. It's up to him."
Anders looked away from Isabela's pleading eyes and then back towards Leliana's confused expression. He knew she deserved an explanation, even though at the moment, there was little time to really give one. The whole weight of the pressure left him mildly insecure, and he idly kicked at the pebbled floor before speaking again.
"As much as I want to help you to help Fenris escape this place, this is about as far as I can allow it." The mage winced nervously and gave them back his semi-confident smile once more. His eyes shifted slightly back up towards the stairs as he continued. "Those people up there are my friends and family now."
Isabela just looked at him shocked for the moment while Fenris rolled his eyes as if he had known such of a confession was going to happen all along. The slight silence gave the elf the opportunity to rub his sore wrists and toss back the chains once he was free.
"And we're not?" The pirate seemed to urge, as if still in her hesitation.
"Of course not." Fenris snapped at her and started to head for the stairs. "He's a mage; and worse-a Tevinter convert. What can you expect from someone like him?"
Anders had to release Leliana's hand and move in front of Fenris's path, blocking it with himself. Of course the two's eyes clashed for a brief moment. Fenris had started to fist his hands and Anders started to fold his arms.
"If you don't get out of my way-" The elf started to threaten before Anders piped up quickly to interrupt him.
"I need your word you're not going to harm the residents of this house." The mage insisted.
"We're going, we're going... And no one's going near them, I swear." Isabela quickly said and walked towards Fenris's side. She knew she couldn't touch him or hold him back; the elf would quickly retaliate with venom. However, she could calm him down a bit since he still considered her a more trusted friend these days.
Anders watched her carefully as he started to slowly take one step to the side at last. He knew they didn't need to be down there for very long anyhow. They were there without permission, and without supervision, so Anders knew it would give Alexander at least the incentive to do any form of punishment-if such a thing ever did come to his mind. Anders didn't want to think about that though; and he certainly didn't want to experience it. So, the goal was pretty clear, the quicker and quieter that they left, the better.
"But... I really need your help. Please." Isabela pouted some, glancing towards Leliana once more. "Despite of everything's that's happened to us, we use to be friends."
Anders quickly looked away from her. He frowned, and felt (even from the corner of his eyes) Fenris grumbling every native curse word one could fathom as he turned and started to head up the stairs. It did give Anders a moment to think. After all; he had risked everything just to reach here. He couldn't be expected to simply throw away his goal that easily.
"Head to the docks and wait for us." He finally said and started to walk back towards Leliana; but his words were spoken for Isabela and Fenris. "If we're not there by the time the next evening shipment starts, leave without us."
Isabela reluctantly nodded and took the wiser decision to leave the room with Fenris while she still could. Anders glanced around the room some, after a little while and then towards Leliana once more. He smiled, as confidently as he could and nodded back up towards the stairs.
"We should get out of here too." He urged and reached for her hand to guide her back up the stairs and soon towards the hallway. He looked around for Fenris and Isabela, of course; but found the other two had vanished quickly out of a nearby window. It was for the best of course.
Leliana stood there silent and to herself as the two males quarreled with one another. After her hand was released from Anders hold she slowly found her own way against the wall, leaning against it as she propped one leg against the structure to brace herself. Every once in a while she would part her lips, raise her arm with a single finger erect as if she was going to speak up. But quickly she dropped her arm back down and to her side. Keeping to herself, figuring it was for the best for now. She actually enjoyed watching Fenris and Anders go at each other. It was like a Morrigan and Alistair argument all over again. But more intense and far more entertaining.
With emerald hues, Leliana's attention was cut from the men and to Isabela who spoke not only to Anders but her as well. She pushed her shoulders off the wall and trailed back to the group. But still stood well behind Anders as she halted in her pace. Of course part of the rouge wished to go with the pirate. But she obviously didn't want to leave Anders for this fool of a magister to corrupt him into something he wasn't.
Leliana was a bit un-pleased as Isabela agreed with not hurting anyone in the household. Since Alexander wasn't on the top of her best friends list. But there was Anna, she was a good person so it made sense to make a deal as such. To make sure she didn't get caught in the cross fire of them trying to get any form of revenge on Alexander.
She took a moment for herself after hearing Anders suggestion of meeting the two at the docks later. And finally looked up and around and saw the duo had left. She couldn't help but have a questionable look on her facial expression as she tightened her grasp around Anders own hand that wrapped around hers and led her up the staircase hopefully not to be caught by Alexander. "Are you really serious about leaving?" She finally asked curiously, as the two were finally in a clearing from any form of danger. "It might be safer going with Izzy?" She questioned with a short pause. "Maybe even fun?"
"No, it's more dangerous going with her." Anders answered with a sigh once they had reached out into the hallway. He looked around, making sure that they weren't being followed or caught as he headed back into the bedroom.
Though once he was there, he started to pace. Despite the grimace on his face still; he was reluctantly moving to answer Isabela's call. She tugged at his guilt like a well played violin strumming it's strings to a tear-jerking symphony. There were times when Anders believed that guilt and hatred were all that he had left of himself. So, if there was a way to lift that, he would try. Anders owed that much to Isabela; even though she may have been the one to betray him first - or so that was what he believed.
"We are safe in Minrathous but … if she's willing to come to me after all that's happened then whatever it is, it must be extremely important." He tried to excuse himself with whatever that he could to think of in order to give himself reasons to continue getting ready. "If she stays here with Fenris remaining at her coat-tails, they'll end up endangering each other, ..and that woman's not going to leave port without getting what she wants."
He paused for a moment and looked up towards the ceiling in thought. "Come to think of it, all women seem to be like that these days."
Upon entering the room, Leliana watched as Anders paced before her. Her emerald hues followed him left to right, eventually a little chuckle passing through her lips as she saw him as flustered as he was followed by a sigh. She stepped forward, her hand reached out as her fingertips glided across a chairs back. She looked down to the marble flooring for a few moments before looking back up and stepping towards Anders placing a hand on top of his, hoping to calm his racing mind. She couldn't help but shift her head to the side before speaking. "Well how many mage hunters are possibly on ships, yet alone pirate ships looking for mages. Especially you." She said with a poke to his chest, a playful smile smearing and tugging on her lips.
Stepping back Leliana dropped her hand from Anders and trailed over to the window. Her palms pressed firmly upon the window sill as her optics traveled outward looking out to the town, the little homes surrounding nearby and then the docks. She kept her eyes fixated to the crashing waves against the docked boats until she shook her head once more before turning around wistfully at Anders last statement. A jerk of her brow and crossing her arms over her chest made her petite form look standoffish as she stood there, as she started to part her lips. "Really?" She asked curiously as she stepped forward finally, and stopping mere inches from Anders own form. "Not all get what they want, at least not always."
"Oh no? It must be why they're so stubborn… At least the pretty ones. So, if that's the case, you're probably one of the most stubborn ones of all." He said before flashing her a grin. Anders reached for his things and glanced away, in order to look back out of the cracks in the doorway. "Please hurry, if you're coming. I suppose I'm stuck having to tag along with them for a little while; but then it's straight back here."
Of course there wasn't much free time given if they were going to leave; and Leliana did have a point. If they were to leave for any adventure or to give aid, across the ocean would have been practically the safest thing. Anders was nervous (as usual when it came to sneaking around) and so grabbing the basic essentials was needed. He wished he was given proper time to at least give Anna a farewell, but from what he heard from the staff about her, he knew better not to. She was traumatized after what her husband had forced her through. Anders could only hope there would be at least a spark of her remaining happy personality.
They headed towards the ship where Isabela was and Fenris were waiting; one being more reluctant than the other. There was a large crew of people to help run the ship and to keep it clean. Though upon their approach to the deck, the main cabin's door was opened quickly and a man dressed in Tevinter robes walked out towards the Captain's steering wheel. The slaves were all very wary of the person, and were sure to have inched far away from him when he moved forward.
From the edge of the docks, Anders only had time to look up towards the new commotion and recognize the slaver when he did. His smile seemed bright but his remark that came sounded more of sarcasm than an actual pleasantry. "Well, looks like we're preparing ourselves for a wonderful departure already."
The slaver walked towards Isabela but her guarding elf, Fenris, quickly took the stance in between them. The lyrium coated elf was quick and more loud than Anders was to address the new arising problem.
"What in the name of all the Blighted Creatures do you think you're doing in the Captain's cabin, you slithering snake!" Fenris demanded but his anger seemed quickly thwarted off by the human's disregarding hand.
"Aren't we ready to go yet? The longer we stay here the more dangerous it's going to be for all of us." The Tevinter urged her with a slight gnawing worry.
"Oh, get your underwear out of your crack." Isabela laughed and turned away from them both. "Our last guests have finally arrived, so we can prepare to leave now."
The Tevinter blinked at her some, in a bit of confusion and then towards Anders and Leliana who happened to start boarding the ship. "…Guests? As in… more people?"
Not enjoying the thought of being ignored, Fenris followed after Isabela, but turned to stop the Tevinter mage from following them both. He poked his clawed, and metal gloves at him in the chest and snarled. "You had better listen and listen well, mage. On this ship, you will address her as Captain Isabela. She is the leader, and everyone here has a higher authority over you. –Even the elves. Is that clear?"
"Crystal, Serrah." The Tevinter smiled as nervous and cheesy as a man could; leaving an image as if his hand was caught somewhere in a cookie jar.
"Good. So, I better never catch you hanging around her cabin again." Fenris warned.
The Tevinter shrugged some as the wind carried his long black hair to one side against the wind. "Well, now, you can't blame me for following orders, if that's what I happen to be doing. What if she calls me there-?"
"Let me rephrase then! Touch her, and I'll kill you." Fenris snapped back slightly louder at him. "I'm always in the mood to kill a slaver or a mage; and since you happen to be both it would really be a treat."
"I'll try not to brighten your day then." The Tevinter nodded and eased back towards the railing of the boat.
Fenris glared at him with a remaining sneer as he followed after Isabela, who by now had reached Anders and Leliana. He didn't care too much for how friendly and forgiving she was sometimes, but Fenris wasn't going attempt at creating too many problems for her.
Isabela had greeted her new arrivals with her charming grin and took a stance to the side to display her ship. "Welcome to the new and ever-lovely Siren. I've given her a paint job after that sleaze Castillion tried to steal her away from for good."
