Chapter 28B: Acmetropolis Patrol.
The Garuda Team and the other pilots lands back at Shleisinger Air Force Base after protecting Acmetropolis from a cruise missile attack during their patrol mission. Garuda Team stops the attack but one cruise missile had struck near their headquarters, so they'll inspect the damage once they leave the debriefing. Now for the second time in the war, Acmetropolis is facing a cruise missile threat. Also, Chopper decides to stay with the AAF until the war is officially over. Anyway, Donaldson debriefs the pilots.
"Analysis results have confirmed the enemy cruise missile was launched at us from a point just north of Estovakia. We've suffered some damage as a result of the missile impact, but there are no signs of any reinvasion attempts from enemy units. Damage suffered near the capital was minimal. The cruise missile launched this time has a different structure than those used against Acme attacks. We have a division running tests on it as we speak. Standby for your next order to engage." Donaldson said.
"All right gang. Let's head for the HQ to inspect the damage." Ace said.
Afterwards, the Loonatics head for the HQ to inspect the damage. However, what they don't know is that they're about to make a huge discovery.
