Subject: Johnny Vincent

He had to dispose of Peanut before anything could happen, he still wasn't sure if these things could completely be killed. He took his old friend and found a good spot on campus to bury him in and after about an hour of digging he laid Peanut in the ground as he showered the dirt over his lost comrade. "I don't know what to say man. All of this only came as a surprise to me, but I knew I had to do it sometime. I just never expected it so soon. Pea… Larry… The greatest friend I didn't ask for… Still you were always there man, no matter what through the thick and thin, and now you're here. Finally lost your virginity, but at what cost? Goodbye to you old friend, you will be missed."

He finished his made-up eulogy. He walked away from the football field and made it back to the shop with the little jar containing the worm that he had snagged from Peanut. He rounded the corner where the broken bus was and was stopped in his tracks at the sight of the doctor. "Do you have the virus Johnny?" She asked. "Yeah, its right here." He pulled it out and gave it to the doctor. "Good boy. I forgot my name is Jill. That is so you don't cause a commotion by calling me the lady doctor." She said reminding him. "I'm not your obedient dog Jill. I had to snag that off of my dead friend." Johnny said brushing past her. "Don't you want to know what this is?" She asked.

"Like I care. It's late and I would like to take a long sleep. See you later." He said walking towards the boys' dorm and finally making it there, he took off his jacket, and lay in bed staring at the ceiling where the light shone. He thought about his friend and the fact a lot of people were dying recently as a result of his trying leadership. He couldn't even think for the longest time during the night and finally he just went to sleep.

Month 2 Day 18

Subject: Drew

Drew continued staring into his own eyes through the mirror in the bathroom as he tried studying beyond his line of vision. He concentrated hard on his eyes trying to see the soul beyond his flesh. He tried concentrating on anything from his past to see if he could remember his real life or not. All he saw was the sight of the flooded church and his surrogate copy sister torn apart in front of him. He tried looking deeper into the reflection of his dark eyes and only saw monumental events from the past months at Bullworth. When his thoughts flashed to Pinky he couldn't make sense of how he'd have memories of her if all of it had been wiped away. The thoughts pressed deeper into him as he continued his endless concern about his past. Was Carly truly his sister, and was Pinky actually somebody he was able to remember? If Pinky was his only connection to the past, could it be something that brings him back? Would bringing his old self back even be worth it if he had a worse attitude then?

He continued seeing various flashes in front of him as he stared deeper into his eyes, and after what seemed like hours he saw his eyes glow red, and at first sight he punched the mirror shattering the glass and having it tumble all around. He started breathing heavier now as his anger swelled up to this point. "You okay their champ?" He heard Bif from behind him. "Just trying to find something. That's all." He said quickly. "The thing you're trying to find is behind the mirror?" Bif asked in a suspicious voice. "Don't worry about it. I've got business to do." Drew stated as he started walking out, but Bif stopped him in his tracks. "Look just hear me out on this. Don't get moody either, but you need to take a break from the quote, unquote, business, you're clinging to all the time. Take a few days of leadership off, and just chill with Pinky or whatever. Play a game of catch with somebody. These random acts of anger aren't going to be good when you and Pinky are married." Bif explained. "I'm calling the wedding off. It wasn't a good idea to begin with knowing the responsibilities I have to deal with. The survival of these people is my purpose." Drew said. "Did you discuss that decision with her?" Bif asked. "Don't patronize me. Having a ceremony like that given the circumstances is a terrible idea, and it was to start with. My sole purpose is to make sure these people are safe at any cost." Drew explained with a cold stare only a madman could give.

"Everybody has come to a collective agreement that you should take time off, leadership doesn't just have to rest in one person's hands, but it can be split among the masses. You've been on an odd run lately, and people are starting to think you're faltering. We don't want them knowing of this do we? Look, if you want to remain completely superior, rest for a few days from being the leader. With all of your questionable moments lately people are concerned not just for them, but for you as well. Killing Smith was probably a sensible choice, but it was only a matter of time before people realize none of what you said was true. Smith wasn't planning on overtaking your throne at all, and you know it. He may have tried killing people, but as far as being king it definitely wasn't in his sketchbook. James searched Smith's desk and pockets and found nothing in them. The only evidence of anything was the rifle he had hidden away as well as empty cases of ammo. If those are the only pieces of evidence of Smith having some kind of plan, you're running on empty, and what's to stop people from thinking you wouldn't kill them simply because they wasted supplies? Just think about it, make a sensible decision here, take a break, it's what is best for you." Bif finished explaining as Drew stared into Bif with dark eyes. He breathed out heavily as he gritted his teeth before opening his mouth to speak.

"Perhaps a break is what is best. Don't split the leadership though; it's a terrible idea. Give control over to James for now, and tell him I'll be out for a few days." Drew commanded Bif. "By out you mean taking a break at home right?" Bif confirmed. "Of course. Home." Drew said as he nodded and walked out of the bathroom. Bif just shook his head as he followed out after him and made his way to the cafeteria. Drew walked out of the main building and down the steps to find something he had stashed away on the outskirts of the school grounds. He lifted the tarmac off of a motorcycle he found ages ago and as he folded the tarmac up to put in the skirt of the motorcycle he also found the keys as well. He stashed the tarmac away and wheeled the motorcycle enough of a distance away from the school so nobody could hear it revving. He got to a good enough distance and started it up and rode off through the now destroyed barrier of New Coventry.

Subject: James Hopkins

Jimmy was eating lunch with Zoe and Pete when Bif rounded the corner casually and walked up to his spot. "What's up Bif?" Jimmy asked. Bif stayed quiet and in a silent stutter as he tried getting the words out. "Bif do you mind giving me a hand?" Christy asked from the entrance to the mess hall. "Be right there." He chuckled. "Is there anything you need?" Jimmy asked again with a bit of concern. "I'll talk to you later; I don't think it's a pressing issue right now." Bif said as he hurried to Christy. "That was weird. I've never seen Bif so worked up like that before." Zoe said. Pete just shook his head as Jimmy got up from the seat. "Hey Jim, you know where your pal is?" Edgar asked. "Who? Drew?" Jimmy asked. "Yeah, he said he was going to give me some training today, and to meet him in the gym, but he hasn't shown up yet." Edgar explained. "Maybe you should check again." Jimmy said trying to reassure himself more than Edgar.

"Jim I think I have a supply run with a group today. Does Drew have the schedule?" Carlos asked. "When I find him I'll check back with you." Jimmy stated as Carlos watched Jimmy move on by. Jimmy hurried to where he believed he would be at the moment, and that was with Pinky in their shared room in the boys' dorm. He ran through the doors of the dorm and found their room door open and Pinky was on her back doodling on a canvas. "Pinky have you seen Drew?" Jimmy asked as Pinky had a bewildered look on her face. "Not since this morning when he went to the bathroom why?" Pinky asked back. Jimmy hurried out of the dorm into the main building again and he ran into the boys' bathroom and overlooked the scenery, shattered mirror all over the floor, and small drops of already drying blood on the floor. He knew that this was Drew; it practically had his rage written all over it, but why? He turned around to see Christy and Bif talking a little bit with a small hint of concern on Christy's face.

"Bif. Have you seen Drew at all today?" Jimmy asked. "That was what I wanted to tell you about. I managed to convince Drew to take a break from being the leader and all, and I guess something sunk in and he gave up full control to you. At least for the next few days while he's out. I'm sure he's already warming up to Pinky again right now." Bif said. "I checked in their room, Pinky said she hadn't seen him since he left for the bathroom." Jimmy said as Bif's smile turned into a look of pure terror. Jimmy, Bif, and Christy all ended up running to find a small group of trustworthy allies that could keep the situation quiet while they put out a search for him. Collectively they all formed a small group in the old art room to talk about it. Jimmy, Bif, Christy, Pete, Zoe, Crabblesnitch, and Carlos all were in the room to speak about it.

"What's going on Jimmy? Why'd you call us in here?" Zoe asked. "We've got a serious problem." Jimmy said without hesitation. "Yeah the front gates got torn down and we haven't done a single repair." Pete said thinking he knew the answer. "That's only part of the problem. Drew went missing not too long ago, and he had a ton of stuff to do today." Bif explained. "What do you mean missing? Who was the last to see him?" Zoe asked. "I was. He was acting really strange in the bathroom, and I don't think he even realized what he was doing." Bif explained. "What do you mean by strange? He's always been hard to peg, and it only makes sense that the host Jill was talking about is the reason." Pete said his reasoning.

"No. It was definitely beyond his normal kind of strange. I could have sworn I saw his eyes flash red. He hit the mirror before I could get a good look at him. That's when I explained that he should give his position a rest and just hang out. He said he gave the leadership back to James because splitting the leadership was a terrible idea. I told him just to go home, and I was talking about Pinky with him." Bif explained. "Wait. Home. You don't think he was trying to find his old home right?" Pete asked. "Unlikely. He doesn't remember anything, you heard Jill." Carlos explained. "Well maybe Jill is a bit misinformed. She explained he only remembers the church and his life here, but that leaves one question to be asked. How did he even remember Pinky and how did she remember him? Or anybody for that matter?" Zoe asked.

"Well if anything there is only one person that could tell us exactly where he could be going. Unfortunately that person isn't in the room right now, and we are trying to keep this quiet. Right?" Pete asked. "Jill." Bif said darkly. Jimmy nodded his head when he looked the group over. "She said she was out going somewhere. Said she was going to try to collect some samples from the chemical plant if she could, over at Blue Skies." Christy spoke up finally. "The chemicals are too hot to collect random samples from. She'd burn her hand off if she even got near it." Pete said. "She's got her own equipment to collect the samples from, it was one of the only things she managed to save on the way over." Carlos explained. "We should find her first then, if she does know where he lived, then it shouldn't be too hard to get the information out of her." Jimmy explained.

"You have to stay here though Jimmy. People need somebody to watch out for them as leader, and he did leave it in your place." Bif explained. "If that's the case then I'm going to need somebody else for you guys to rely on." Jimmy explained. "We've got Crabblesnitch. I'm pretty sure any trouble we run into he can handle it." Christy explained. "Indeed." Crabblesnitch said simply. Jimmy dismissed the group to go about their business and pack equipment for the trip. Jimmy pulled Zoe aside and held her in place. "You going to be okay Zoe?" Jimmy asked her. "I think you forget who you're talking to sometimes. We survived together for over two months now, and at times you're still worried I will get killed. I even saved your ass a few times." Zoe explained with a smirk. "I just don't want to see you turn into one of those things. You know how easy it got to some people on the inside." Jimmy explained.

"I'm sure you are just doing this to not just protect me, but save yourself too. It's sweet, but I've got to do some things on my own too Jim. How will I ever get stronger if I can't fight my own battles?" Zoe asked which took Jim off guard. "You're right. Just be careful okay?" Jimmy asked. "Always." Zoe said in reply. Jimmy watched as the small group headed off on their own through the football field. The search was on, and James could only hope something didn't happen.
