"Well what kind of flowers do you want?"

"Don't know. Sure you'll take care of it," Robin shrugged and took another sip of scotch and wow. Lily could kill her, she could actually kill her. It's times like these when she regrets choosing such a, a guy for a best friend.

It's her wedding, for goodness sakes. Her own wedding! It's one thing to drone out her admittedly mindless baby talk, but it's another thing entirely to not even care about your own wedding.

And that's it. That is it. Lily is going to say something. Or maybe not, but maybe – and oh forget this!

"Robin!" Lily blurts. "You are planning this wedding. I am not planning this wedding. I am not planning your wedding Robin, you are."

And Robin – she just smirks. She smirks. "Lily, oh sweet, innocent Lily, of course you are."

"No, I'm not." Lily says firmly crossing her arms and allowing herself to sink back just the tiniest bit into the booth.

"Hmm fine, Lily. You say that now, but what happens when I pick… let's say, orange flowers. Yes, I want orange flowers."

Lily tries –she really tries –to keep a straight face but her pursed lips falter and "Orange flowers?" tumbles out.

"Yes, I want big, hideous orange flower, which may or may not exist, but we'll figure it out, right Lil?"

And Robin is undeniably smug about this whole ordeal.

Lily lets out a strangled, "Mmm hmm."

"And I want my dress to be purple, a light albeit somewhat obnoxious purple in fact. But obviously not white, because I am impure."

Lily gives a slight stiff nod and Robin needs to poke her in the ribs and point out that, "That was a joke, Lily."

And that's it. That is it. Lily is going to say something. Or maybe not, but maybe – and oh forget this!

"Fine! I will help plan your wedding. We will go fifty-fifty on this, but I'll probably do most of the work, and I'm okay with that –but Robin. You have got to say something because I am not going to let you have a wedding that you hate. Okay? Okay. Phew, glad to get that off my chest! Now, go buy me another drink and hand me that binder; we are getting started."

And that kids, is how Aunt Robin's wedding was planned.
