Long time no see~
I've come back but not with the greatest of news. But first off, yes I'm still very much alive. Second, yes, I'm still writing. Third, I'm not sure when I will return back to writing Naruto fanfics.
Anyways, with the bad news.
So it was brought to my attention that a very unprofessional author on Wattpad, who goes by the name of nalu_lovers has plagiarized my story. This specific story to be exact. The author shamefully just copied it word by word. Even with the story's format. And just simply changing the characters' names to fit a different Anime. And the person did not once message me once to do so, never got permission from me to do so. Which is rather rude and I do not appreciate that the author copied all of my hard work I spent on writing this story. That was 4 years of work copied and paste.
And to make things even better. When I confronted her about it via direct messages, the author had the audacity to question if I was the original author and simply muted me and prevented me from continuing to talk to the author about the issue. Talk about unprofessionalism…
Since I couldn't talk to the person in a civil manner, I went ahead and reported them for their actions. But to bring some awareness to their readers and issue, please comment on their wall on wattpad nalu_lovers and comment on their copied story "Her Name Is Lucy," that this is not their work and they did not get permission from the original author to do so.
