Even though the Summer's Last Blast was less then two weeks away but, we still had to treat this gig like it was the last gig we ever going to play in our lives. Reason why is because a major part of Summer's Last Blast is competition. The winners usually get re/founded by record companies from what I heard. So, Lane has been helping practice the Summer Love lyrics. She was surprised Care wrote it and not me because we've been the writing crew ever sense we came here.

I looked over to my sister for suggestions at the end. "Hold out the last word a little longer and then other than it being a pop song, it's awesome." I nodded and smiled. "Thanks Lane. It means a lot that your helping me with this even though it's not your band's gig." She shrugged. "I'm your sister. I'm appose to be helpful... Not all the time but still." We laughed for a second till she walked up onto the stage. "Now why don't we take a Rock Break?" I smiled and grabbed my guitar as she held her bass. "Kiss Kiss Bang Bang? (A/N: Kiss Kiss Bang Bang is by Neo Geo. Just wanted to say that.) " I smiled. "Sure, but why did we even call it that?" She laughed a little. "I don't know." She walked up to the mic as I played the intro.

We ended on a sharp note. "Awesomeness!" Laney yelled as she put back her bass on the guitar stand before jumping off the stage. I laughed as I put my guitar back on it's stand. "True." I jumped off stage, landing on the couch by accident. "Huh, I didn't even mean to do that." Me and Lane started laughing till my phone rang. I read the caller name but all it said was 517-980-6660. I curiously answered the call. "Hello?" "Hello, son."
