A/N: who wants an update? ME! So therefore I am doing so… the only comment I'd like to make is REVIEW! Oh and also this should be a fairly lengthy chapter to make up for the super ultra short one last time.

Disclaimer: I don't own Maximum Ride, James Patterson does however. So lucky him.

Chapter 5

Fangs POV

Nudge ate another piece of popcorn. Max whimpered. "I remember popcorn." She whined.

Nudge and Ella giggled. Max pouted. "I don't know why your laughing Ella, you can't eat any either."

She nodded. "I know but it's just so funny to hear you whine about it"

"Okay, okay, enough with the chitchat. Iggy, how did Ella tell you she was pregnant?" Nudge asked, completely indulging on the still-okay-for-her -to-eat popcorn.

Iggy thought. "Hmm. I think she just told me over dinner one night"

Nudge rolled her eyes. "Very original." Ella smiled again and shrugged. "I wanted it to be romantic."

Nudge rolled her eyes again. "Uh huh. And how did Ig respond?"

"He choked. Actually, it was pretty bad. I think he swallowed an entire meatball." She said and looked up at him. He nodded in agree ment.

"Ugh. You are SO boring. Fang, Max at least did something original right?" Nudge asked.

I thought about it. What Max had done WAS original, probably border line insane.

"Well-" I started then thought about it. What DID happen? That was a very confusing day.

"Okay so when I went to work my usual drink was in a baby bottle. I didn't think much of it and just thought it was Max playing a prank. Then we went out for dinner that night. And I guess the waiter kept dropping hints, but I didn't get it. So we when we got home, we were just sitting on the couch, the windows were open because it was hot out, so then this brick came flying in through the window with the test taped to it. But I didn't know the test was taped to it, I thought it was some dumb kid throwing bricks in people's houses, so I ran out into the street looking for the delinquent, but when I did so no one was there, so I went back inside. When I came back in, Max had an eyebrow raised but was smiling. So naturally, I started to back away, and when she started laughing, I turned around and looked her straight in the eye and said 'What is so funny!?' and she laughed even harder and said 'could I have been any more obvious? I'm Pregnant!' and the rest is history." I was pretty proud of myself for remembering all of that.

"Wow. Did you really do that?" Nudge asked.

"yup." Max smiled

"You're crazy." Ella said.

Max kept smiling and laced her fingers in mine and put my palm up to her stomach. It never got old. Sometimes she did that at night too, I don't really know why, since she thought I was sleeping, but maybe it made her feel safe or something. All I know is soon I'll be able to hold my baby myself.

Max's POV

A month before her due date, Ella went into labor. At 2:00 am. So I got up and drove with Nudge, Iggy, Ella, and her mother to the hospital. That is quite possibly the worst car ride in the history of riding in vehicles. Ella was crying and screaming a little now and then, Nudge was grossed out and sat in the front with Ella's mother who was driving, and yelling out what to do over the chaos in the back seat.

At 7:30 am, Ella gave birth to a healthy baby boy and girl. All I'm saying, is I hope I have a c-section. I called Fang when it was all said and done and he came over right away.

"Can I see them?" he asked when he was outside their hospital room.

I nodded and opened the door. Fang cautiously crept in and asked if he could hold one, and Iggy reluctantly handed the girl he was holding over.

Fang's POV

"So Ig, how does it feel to be a dad?" I asked once he had slumped in a chair.

"Wonderful. And tiring."

Even I had to laugh at that, but then the baby started crying so I handed her back over. I'm glad Max still had two months left, that would give me some time to prepare.

I turned over to Ella, who was smiling as usual, and hugged her. "Hey Ell's, you look great." She nodded then shut her eyes to go to sleep and I took that as the signal to leave.

When I had quietly shut the door behind me, I felt someone wrap their arms around me, so I turned around to see Max smiling up at me. I couldn't help but smile too. "This is going to be a long two months."

A/N: YAY! Ella had her babies, whoop whoop! Now what should they be named? Review and tell me names for her babies and Max and Fang's! Also, it's a little early yet and I don't know if the story will go on that long, but maybe start thinking about Nudges baby as well. Again Review, if you want the story to continue!
