A/N: Hey readers! What did you think of this chapter? This is officially the last chapter, it's the end of our story and we hope you enjoyed it. We are sorry if you got lost along the way. There was some debate between Levvie and I, but we have come to this conclusion. We are sorry this took so long but we were really kind of putting it off. If you want another Sizzy or have any other ideas review us or PM us; either will work. We thank you if you have stayed with us the whole time and we thank you for the positive reinforcement. Now enough sappiness and on with the finale…
Jemmie and Levvie Ashalder
Epilogue
Many, many years later…
"Gabriel, Sophia, are you ready to go?" Simon asked his two children.
"Hold on a minute!" Sophia shouted.
"Don't talk to your dad like that!" Isabelle told her.
"Where are we even going dad?" Gabriel asked.
Isabelle and Simon exchanged a sad smile.
"Are we going hunting?" Sophia asked as she entered the room.
"No, not today." Isabelle answered.
"Awwww," Sopia said.
"Fine, then where are we going?"
"You'll see when we get there." Isabelle said.
"Can we go now?" Gabriel said.
"Would you quit being so annoying Gabriel?" Sophia asked.
"No one's more annoying than you Soph." Gabriel said.
"I will bite you if you say that one more time!"
"Annoying! Sophie is annoying!" Gabriel said.
"That's enough!" Isabelle scolds. "Sophia Maryse what have we told you about threatening to bite. And Gabriel stop calling your sister annoying or I will let her bite you."
They both mutter, 'fine' as they head towards the door of the institute.
…
"Why are we here?" Gabriel asks looking down the entrance to the City of Bones.
"Because, stupid, we are obviously here to see somebody," Sophia retorts.
Isabelle glares at Sophia and looks to Simon.
Simon is about to say something when he sees someone behind Gabriel. He smiles when he sees who it is, "Hey, Tessa. How have you been?"
Tessa smiles lightly, "Well and you?"
"It looks like you had the same idea we had?" Isabelle says.
"This was the time of year Jem and I met up when he was a brother." Tessa says.
Isabelle touched her arm lightly.
"I thought I owed it to him to come see him at this time."
"We know how you feel Tessa." Isabelle said.
"I know." Tessa paused, "Shall we go in?"
"Let's go." Simon said.
They head down the narrow stairwell and go down the hall till they come across a specific section. In a row there are five stone markers.
Gabriel and Sophia gaze upon them with tears in their eyes.
They both each touch a separate stone. Gabriel is looking at his Uncle Alec's stone and Sophia is looking at her Aunt Clary's.
"We miss them mum," Sophia says for both of them.
"I know baby," Isabelle replies as she strokes her daughter's hair. "We miss them too."
Tessa walks further down the hall and is looking between Jem's and Will's.
Isabelle and Simon watch their children say a few words too their relatives before they all head back to the institute. They wave goodbye to Tessa and head off to let her have some time alone.
It had been several years since their family members had passed on but they knew for as long as they existed they would be remembered.
