The ground swayed underneath his feet as things began to shrink; or he started to grow? It didn't matter; all Leo knew was the years were passing by in mere seconds. He grabbed his head as it pounded with his memories. He hadn't even realized he had been falling until two pairs of strong arms caught him.

Donnie and Mikey carefully helped Leo sit back up onto the couch where he had fallen off. Leonardo's groans finally ceased as he slumped into the couch cushions. "Ow." He stated bluntly; blinking up at his brothers'.

"Leo!" Mikey cheered; hugging his older brother, "I'm so happy you're normal again!"

"Normal? Wasn't I always normal?" Leo asked cautiously as Mikey stepped back from the hug.

"How are you feeling?" Donnie asked; putting one hand on Leo's forehead and grapping his wrist and checking Leonardo's vitals with the other.

Leo blinked and stared tiredly at Donnie. "What the heck happened?"

"You don't remember?" Mikey asked, his look of concern growing into a large smile. "Dude…" He burst out laughing, earning him a glare from Donnie and a look of confusion from Leo.

Donnie sighed and took his hands back. "Does anything hurt?"

Leo shook his head. "I just have a headache, but it's not bad.'

"You want some meds? I have some Ibpro-"

"Donnie," Leo interrupted with a moan, "I'm fine… I just want to know what happened!"

Leo looked between Mikey and Donnie as the shared a look. "Well," Donnie started; a small smile beginning to form on his lips. "Let's just say, you weren't yourself for a little bit there."

Leo blinked and was about to say something when Mikey suddenly laughed again. "You know how annoying you were? You made up for it with your cuteness though." Mikey's grin widened. "You'll never be as cute as me though, Leo."

"What?" Leo blinked.

"You were pretty fun too." Mikey continued. "We should go find Raph, it's actually kinda fun having a kid around."

Leo looked around as Donnie's eyes widened. "Leo, do you remember where Raphael went?!" Donnie quickly asked.

Leo glared at him. "No! I don't remember anything! And you guys aren't helping at all! Now where the heck is Raphael?!"

"I just asked you that!" Donnie pointed a finger and gave a glare of his own.

"Would someone just-"

Mikey took in a sharp intake of breath. "We-went-to-TCRI-and-Raph-got-shot-with-this-weird-laser-thingamagig-and-when-we-got-him-home-he-turned-into-a-kid-and-started-to-act-like-one-to-so-you-and-Donnie-went-back-to-TCRI-to-find-a-way-to-reverse-everthing-but-then-when-you-got-back-you-were-turned-into-a-kid-too-so-then-we-had-to-take-care-of-you-and-it-was-really-hard-but-kinda-fun-to-and-after-you-guys-messed-up-the-kitchen-I-let-you-play-while-I-cleaned-it-up-,you-guys-owe-me-by-the-way,-and-then-Don-finished-the-thingy-and-when-we-came-to-get-you-Raph-was-gone-and-you-were-watching-SpaceHeros-and-then-we-turned-you-back-to-the-bigger-Leo-and-now-we-have-no-idea-were-Raph-is!" Mikey stated really fast. He took a deep breath and then fell to his knees. "Please don't make me say it again."

He looked up at Leo who's mouth was hanging open; both from the information he had just received and the fact that Mikey had said all of that without breathing. "So… I was turned into a kid?"

Donnie nodded. "The blast from the ray must have messed with your genetic way of growing, making you shrink instead."

"Why can't I remember?" Leo asked.

"You probably will be able to later, but I think it's the same reason why you didn't remember ever growing up when you shrunk to. Your mind couldn't handle the stress." Donnie shrugged, "Or something like that, I can explain more later, but right now we really need to find Raph."

"So… Raph's still a kid?" Leo asked.

Mikey and Don nodded.

Leo quickly stood up; making the room spin. He balanced himself and blinked a couple of times. "We better find him fast then!"

April pulled back the curtain as she glanced out the window, "Yeah, I'll keep an eye out for him." She promised the turtle on the other side of the line. She paused as Donnie said something. "I'll call if I see him." She smiled slightly as Donnie said thanks and then hung up.

She pulled away from the curtain and placed her shell-cell in her pocket. She took a second glance out the window and gasped. Raphael was running across the street towards her apartment building; making a car swerve in the process. April ran across her living room and ripped the door open. She ignored the elevator as she bolted down three flights of stairs.

April ran out of her apartment building and grabbed Raphael. As soon as Raph looked and saw it was her, he buried his head in her shoulder and begun crying; clinging to April like a lifeline. April sighed and went back into her building and carefully hid the crying turtle from the busy doorman.

"Shhh…" She cooed as she began her trek back up the stairs.

Raph wiped at his eyes and then glared at the ground. "The car almost hit me." He sniffed.

"Probably because you ran out into the middle of the street without looking first." She stated. Raph turned his gaze to her with an unbelieving look on his face.

"You're suppos'd to take my side."

April laughed. She set Raph on her hip so she could open her door. As soon as she stepped inside, Raphael squirmed out of her grasp and ran into her bedroom.

"Raph!" She yelled; running after him. Raph had already managed to pull open April's pajama drawer and spread all of the PJ's across the room by the time she got there. "Raphael!" she snapped, kneeling down and shutting the drawer before picking him up.

"Where are all your toys?" He asked innocently.

April walked out of her room, making sure to close the door, before walking over and placing Raph on the couch. She placed her hands on her hips and glared at him. "You don't get to have any toys." Raph opened his mouth to retort but April cut him off. "Are you seriously crazy?!"

Raph swung his legs back and forth on the edge of the couch. "Leo thinks I'm crazy. Mikey does to." He paused and smiled. "So does Donnie."

"You can't wonder on the surface by yourself! Especially not in daytime!" She placed a hand on her face and let it drag down. "I know you used to when you were older… but Donnie said that Kraang gun thing made you younger, and that means some of your privileges are taken away, ok?"

Raph gave her a confused look. "Used to be older?" He asked.

April changed her rage to curiosity and concern. "You don't remember?"

Raph smiled. "I do remember! I remembered how to count all the way to twenty! That's more than Mikey! See, 1,2,3,4,5-"

"Yeah, I get it." April sighed sitting down on the couch next to Raph. "Don didn't say-"

"Hey, Auntie April,"

"Auntie April?!" April pressed her lips together.

"I'm hungry," Raph continued, jumping off the couch and running towards the kitchen. April gasped and quickly followed him.

Raph was climbing the shelves of the fridge trying to reach a container of applesauce. His tongue stuck out as he reached on his tippy-toes. April quickly went over and scooped up the toddler. "Don't do that! You'll hurt yourself."

"I was fine." Raph grumbled. "I'm hungry!" He whined again.

"Do you want applesauce?" She asked; reaching for it. She stopped when Raph quickly shook his head. "How about some pizza then?" She asked.

"No…" Raph paused and looked at the leftover pizza that April had started reaching for. "Actually, yeah!" He said excitedly; reaching for the pizza himself as April pulled it out.

April walked over to the table and placed Raph in the seat. She then turned and grabbed a fresh plate before grabbing a single piece of pizza and placing it on the plate, the she popped it into the microwave.

"I should probably call your brothers, huh? I almost forgot." She said as she placed the rest of the leftover pizza back into the fridge.

"No!" Raphael was suddenly attached to her leg. April pulled out her shell-cell and rose an eyebrow.

"Why not?" She asked.

"They'll be mad at me." Raph's voice was muffled as he buried his face in her pant-leg."

"Oh," April knelt down and pulled Raph into her arms. "They're not going to be mad at you! They're worried sick about you, Raph, they just want you home."

Raph nodded and then placed his head on April's shoulder as she dialed Donnie's number. Raph perked up when the microwave beeped. April held Raph in one arm, held her phone to her ear with her shoulder, and then used her free hand to open the microwave and take out the pizza. She placed it on the table and then placed Raph in the chair in front of the meal.

"Hey Donnie," She said happily; turning her back away from Raphael as she began to twirl a strand of lose hair from her red ponytail. "I have Raph here if-"

"Hot!" Raphael suddenly cried. April spun around and tried not to laugh as Raphael vigorously blew at the steaming pizza.

"I'll see you in a bit." April hung up the phone and sat at the table with Raph. She watched him eat for a moment. "Your brothers are coming." She said.

"They're not mad?" He asked, looking up from his pizza.

April shook her head. "No, they're not mad."

Raph smiled and then yawned. "Come on," April said gently, picking up the toddler and leaving the forgotten pizza, "We'll watch for them."

April stood by the window and cradled Raph, gently rocking him as his eyes continued to flutter. He turned in her arms so he could gaze out the window to; his arm fell and hung limply over the side of April's arms while the rest of him stayed comfortably cradled in her grasp.

"I wanna wait outside." He stated. He blinked at the window for a moment before turning his gaze to April.

April bit her bottom lip and looked around outside. It wasn't busy and there wasn't anyone walking around. "I guess that would be ok." April said unsurely. "They should be here soon anyways."

He gave a tired smile and a small yawn as April turned and left the safety of her apartment. She walked down the stairs and out the door; rocking Raph the whole time. She went to the alley next to her apartment and leaned on the wall at the entrance of the alley.

She looked down at Raph who looked passed out on her shoulder and smiled. Her phone rang and she shifted to answer it; causing Raph to blink awake. "Hello?" She answered. She smiled when her excited friend Irma replied, talking about some new boy who said 'hi' to her.

April laughed. Raph blinked at her and then squirmed out of her grip, jumping to the ground. Raph looked back and forth down the alley. A smile grew on his face and he raced to the back of the alleyway. He turned and pressed his shell against the wall before running as fast as he could back to the entrance. He laughed and turned back to do it again. He turned and pressed his shell against the wall, but didn't run, instead he gasped.

April's phone lay forgotten on the ground as she tried squirming from a man in a black suit and dark glasses. He held her arm behind her back and had another hand placed over her mouth. She fought desperately to get away and began fighting harder as another man in the same get-up began approaching Raphael.

Raph pressed his shell harder against the wall; his feet desperately turning to make him back up. "G-Go away!" Raph shouted; his eyes switching between the man and April.

Raph gulped. He looked desperately around before his eyes ended up landing on his shaking hands. He slowly clenched them into fists and put his gaze back on the man who was slowly making his way to Raph. Raph growled and lunged out the man.

The man grabbed Raphael's fist and yanked the turtle into a brown sack. Raph thrashed out and screamed.

April pulled her face away from the other man's hand and started screaming herself. She was thrown to the ground; falling on her hands and knees. She looked up, her eyes wide as she watched the man with the squirming sack climb into a black van.
"Auntie April!" The door slammed shut and the car zoomed off.

April quickly scrambled onto her feet and ran after the car. Her breathing grew more rapid as the van disappeared from view, leaving her all alone.

Her breath hitched. "Raphael…"
