Chapter 11

Raven's POV

The wind rustled through my hair and I reached out for the wolf just for it to disappear. I realized that this was how I was going to die.

I screamed and fell into the ice cold water.

My head hit a rock and I gasped feeling the cold water rush into my mouth. I struggled to get to the surface but my vision was cloudy. It felt like my head was stuffed with cotton balls.

I then lost consciousness and slipped into darkness.

Paul's POV

I know something's wrong.

"I can't sit around here waiting. I can feel something's wrong."

Alice's blank expression turned back to normal and the look on her face was grave.

"Raven's dead."

I shook my head.

"No she's not!"

I ran out into the night and phased. I ran as fast as I could, I followed her scent and it stopped at the cliff.

No!

I ran onto the beach and phased back pulling on my shorts. I found her body face down in the water.

I pulled her out of the water and flipped her over.

I smoothed the hair out of her face and cried. I couldn't feel a heartbeat.

I started doing CPR.

"Come on Raven! God you're so stupid!"

I said sobbing.

I breathed into her mouth and continued pressing my hands on her chest.

"Come on!"

I screamed begging for her to respond.

I kept going for five minutes and the others came.

"Paul... she's gone."

I looked at him tears running down my face.

"NO! She's not, your right here Raven."

I said smoothing the hair out of her face and kissing her lips.

They left me alone and I kept stroking her face and doing CPR.

"Come on Raven, come on."

I got up about to leave and I heard her cough out water.

"RAVEN!"

I pulled her to my chest and kissed her.

She pushed me away weekly.

"W-What happened?"

I sighed.

"You tell me."

She looked away embarrassed.

"I thought I was nothing without the wolf."

She said embarrassed.

I lifted her chin and made her look at me.

"But I fell in love with you before you were a wolf. I don't care what you are, I'll always love you."

She smiled and kissed me.

"But I can't let you give up being a wolf."

I shrugged.

"It wouldn't be worth it without you."

I lifted her off the ground and started walking back to the Cullen's. I open the door and Alice looked shocked.

"I was positive I saw her not breathing!"

I shrugged.

"Wait! Can you see her anymore."

She nodded.

"Yea I can."

I scratched my head confused.

"It's because you saw another time."

Raven said matter of factly.

We all looked at her and she sighed.

"Can you put me down Paul, I'm going to take a shower."

I set her on the floor and she ran upstairs.

"Do you think she's right?"

I asked Alice.

She sighed.

"It could be... I saw Bella as a vampire when Edward and her were first together."

I sighed.

"Can it be changed?"

She nodded.

"If she does something differently it will."

I nodded.

"Then I'm going to do everything in my power to make sure that doesn't come to pass."

Jonathan's POV

"What do you mean you failed!"

My sister roared at Rebecca.

She rolled her eyes.

"Well the wolf needed to survive with her, so I had to kill it. But when she jumped into the water... I don't really know what happened. She just lived."

Julia punched a wall and smiled again at her newfound strength.

"Julia isn't this my revenge?"

She smiled.

"Our revenge brother! This idiot can't do anything right! It's time we take matters into our own hands."

Rebecca glared at her.

"If you think you're so strong, how would you accomplish anything without me helping you control your thirst? Good luck!"

With that she left the room and out the house.

For the first time I felt the pain of thirst.

I ran out the house to find my victim I needed blood.

Raven's POV

I dressed hurriedly and opened my window. The thing was I couldn't control my body anymore. It was like someone was inside me making me move, making me do things.

I climbed out the window just as Paul walked in.

"RAVEN!"

"PAUL HELP ME!"
With that I jumped out the window landed perfectly and started running.

Stupid slow human!

I recognized the voice. It was the woman who tried to kill me.

"What do you want!"

I asked out of breath.

"I'm making sure Julia can't get what she wants."

I found myself back on La Push. My legs were shaking terribly from the long run.

"Please don't make me do this."

Listen to me! Swim when I say! Jump when I say.

I saw Paul and I tried to walk towards him but she made me move forward.

"PAUL!"

She jumped.

I held my arms over my head in the perfect dive. I dived perfectly into the water my body swimming.

I saw an opening and swam into it. I swam up and reached a surface.

I took in a deep breath and saw her sitting there.

"About time human."

I tried to get up but my legs were shaky. I realized it was her strength keeping me forward.

She pulled me forward and stared into my eyes.

"I'm going to make sure that Julia will never have her revenge."

Then everything went dark.

Okay so I really didn't know how to end this chapter. But now the next chapter is up to you.

Decide if you want Raven to turn into a vampire, or stay human. Choose wisely because I planned both sides.
