Chapter 31: Disrespectful
The big inu cocked his head, studying her.
He narrowed his eyes at the waves of fear rolling from her.
He did not approve of that scent.
"Do not be foolish. This Seshoumaru has to repay his debt to you. You shall not die at this one's hands."
She breathed in relief.
Then immediately she brightened.
"You're some kind of lord aren't you?"
He frowned at the offhanded way she said it.
"I am the daiyoukai of the West, Lord Seshoumaru."
She smiled, "Oh."
Then on an afterthought, "Good for you."
He clenched his teeth.
This human was very disrespectful.
