"I'm going to kill Fin" Olivia said out loud to herself.
"Why are going to kill Fin Liv?" Elliot asked his girlfriend.
"Because that was Alex just now calling to wish me a happy birthday and to see if I want to go out with them for my birthday. I told her that I couldn't because I was with my boyfriend for the week and she told me that Fin told her that I left with you and the kids that's why I'm going to kill him the next time I see him" Olivia to Elliot. Then she continued to make the Bensler surprise while talking to him and the kids.
"Guys go get ready we're going to the park grab whatever you want we can play catch or something." Elliot told his kids as he went upstairs to change into some shorts while Olivia mixed all the ingredient together for the Bensler surprise and packed it in the picnic basket that was filled with the lunch Elliot made this morning to bring with them.
"El do you have a picnic blanket for the park?" Olivia called upstairs.
"Yea Liv I do I'll bring it down when I come down. Is everything ready for the park?" Elliot asked.
"Yea it is I'm just waiting on you slow pokes." Olivia called up the stairs from the kitchen she didn't hear Elliot sneak up behind her and started kissing her neck. "Elliot you need to stop the kids could walk in at any moment and see us." Olivia to him
"Don't worry Livvie as long as it's you we are fine with it and not that whore Kathy" Maureen told them as her and her siblings walk in.

"Daddy it's the truth she is one for sleeping with that man while you were still married to her and she had a baby with him then tried to pass the baby off as your baby" Kathleen told her dad.
