A/N: Hello there everyone how are all of you? well I know none of you are going to respond to that, so…. well I hope none of you have been waiting that long for this chapter update. And to be honest is it just me or is it that everytime I see that i get a new review my heart starts to pound faster fearing that I might get a flame or something like that.
Well I know that you're all more interested in the story so here's chapter five. Hope you all enjoy. (:})
Chapter five
Itachi's POV
As I looked out of my office window that overlooked the whole city, I couldn't quite concentrate on my work. My thoughts always went straight to a certain pink haired woman. I turned back towards my desk trying to concentrate on the task at hand. looking down at the partnership contracts that were neatly stacked and organized. I had drafted, and revised them all myself to make sure there were no loopholes or anything like that whatsoever.
"God I'm wondering why I even bother coming to work at all. There's nothing to do here but sit on my ass all day, and go to these pointless meetings." I say to myself. I sighed and raked my hands through my hair.
I heard a knock on my door.
"Come in." I say
"Hey there Itachi I wanted to make sure that we go over the details for today's meeting." I looked up at my personal assistant and best friend Megumi Lane.
"Ugh… But we already did, five times to be exact. What's the point of going over it for a sixth time? What, you know I'm right. Don't give me that look." I said to her and the only thing I got back was a death glare and her slamming her clipboard on top of my desk with such force that I could have sworn I heard a crack.
"Well you know what I don't care, we're going over it again. Because for some reason the last time you said that we ended up with more than we could handle and ended up screwing ourselves over." she said.
"Whatever, that was like what- couple a months ago. It's not like I did it on purpose or anything. Look don't worry I got this all planned out and everything is going to run smoothly. Okay, have some faith in me." I said turning in my chair facing my window. "So is everything ready for tonight?" I asked her.
"Yes, all of your evening and the one 8 o'clock appointments have been postponed to next Tuesday." she said, then she walked over grabbing a chair from the front of my desk and pulled it over to where I was and sat next to me. "So are you ever gonna tell me who this lucky lady is that you have been secretly dating?" she said making sure that she a good view of my face so she could judge my facial expressions.
"You do know that you're peering into my personal life right. And that's not very professional at all." I said, turning my head and looking at her. Then she bit her lower lip in annoyance.
"Itachi I've been meddling in your personal life since we were in the 7th grade. So come on." She said. I just looked at her and turned away. She then grabbed my face and forced me to look at her. "Itachi…"
I looked at her with a stern glare, but of course she wouldn't budge.. "Ugh.. Fine I'll tell you what she looks like but nothing else got it?" I said to her and she released my face and had a huge grin on her face. "She, has the most beautiful eyes, that I have ever seen. Skin so soft, it feels like silk. When I hold her in my arms she's so warm and; yes I am saying this, cuddly. I just want to spend the rest of my days with her." I say and not knowing that I'm smiling.
"And this is the first time in years that I've seen you smile like this. You must really be in love with her. Since it's rare to see you even this happy. So tell me what does this mystery woman know that she has captured the heart of one the Top 5 most wanted bachelors heart yet, or no?" She said trailing off. I thought for a sec.
"Well no, has no Idea that I'm in love with her, but I know for a fact that she knows that there's an attraction between the both of us."
"Okay so tell me this, where did you meet this lovely young lady, cause the last time if memory is serving me right; and it always does, your past girlfriends, wait not girlfriends flings were all either strippers and or escorts. Oh god please don't tell me you're dating one of those tramps!?" She said with horror on her face, but I Could tell she was trying hard not to laugh right now.
"DON'T YOU DARE MY SAKURA TO ANY OF THOSE WORTHLESS HUMAN BEINGS!" I yelled at her, and looking at her face and seeing the shocked expression on her face after I was done, only to realize what I just said. Shit! I thought.
"Wait… please don't tell me you're talking about our pink haired Sakura, Sasuke's girlfriend Sakura." I didn't say anything and turned around back to my desk and picked up a contract and looked at it, trying to avoid her piercing eyes. "Itachi you're in love with your brothers girlfriend? Itachi what the hell is wrong with you?!"
"Look Sasuke doesn't even love her, to be honest he doesn't even spend time with her. He's cheating on her with her best friend and older sister. What kind of person does that. I even told our parents that the both of them dating wasn't a good idea." I said to her.
"What! your brothers been know to be a ladies man. I thought your parents already knew that." She said.
"They did, well do. But they think that dating Sakura will help him change his ways. And, well surprise! looks like it didn't work after all."
"Why are they still having them date each other if they know he's cheating on her?" She asked.
"That's just it, they don't, and if they did they would most likely disown Sasuke." I say to her, shaking my head trying to understand why or better how our parents could be so blind, to this even if they have their own reasons.
"Why would they do that?"
"Because, both our parents and Sakura's have come to an agreement, well a business one to be exact. Our father wants the Haruno's resources that they have for the pacific waterfronts, and imports are in England, Russia, Madagascar and Spain." I said shaking my head. "And then Sakura's father wants our connections that we have to some of our other partners in the stockmarket."
"Well that's fucking stupid! What kind of parents would do that to their own kids. It's almost as if their pimping out their own kids. Can't you find some way into talking them out of this."
"There's nothing I can do. And to be honest I wish that they made me date her instead so at least she would be happy, and not have to deal with a lying, playboying asshole, of my brother."
"Well then, I don't know what to tell, but to find a way to expose his ass to your parents and make them see that they made a horrible decision."
"Yeah that's what we are gonna do."
"Wait, whose 'we'?" She asked.
"Me, Sakura, and Sasori. We decided to give my darling little brother a present on his birthday. A-"
"Oh my gosh you're gonna tell everyone at your brothers' 25 birthday celebration?" She said a little too loudly.
"Will you keep it down do you want the whole damn office to know?" I looked at her and she just gave me a frown and mumbled and 'sorry' to me. "Besides it's time to go and greet our clients right now." I say as I get up and grab the contracts and head for the door only to stop when I saw that Megumi wasn't following. Megumi, are you coming?" I asked and with that she got up fixed her skirt that had ridden up when she was sitting, and grabbed her things and followed me out.
Five hours later.
Finally I'm done for the day and now the only thing I have to do is get ready for my date with Sakura. As I walked back into my office I felt my phone vibrate. Looking down I saw that it was Sakura who was calling.
"Hello?" I asked.
"Hey Itachi it's me, um you know how we were supposed go on that date tonight,"
"Yeah why?"
"Well I just found out that Chloe wanted to go out for dinner, and invited me to come along. But I wanted to bring a date and when I asked Sasuke he said he was too 'busy' again and so now I'm asking you."
"Hmm…. well I guess it can't be helped . I'd loved to be your date Sakura." I said and on the other line I could hear a squeal of joy.
"Thank you Itachi, I knew I could count on you. So can you be here around 6:30-ish?"
"Yeah sure. So what did you think of your present Sakura?" I asked.
"Oh I love it Itachi, I can't believe how lovely it is. I wore it today to work, and so many people complimented me on it. They said it complimented my eyes the most,"
"Well that's why I picked it out for you" I said.
"Well I will tell you one thing there's no way I can wear that low cut V-neck black dress tonight. With my brother and all your 'guys' being there I wouldn't want any of them getting the wrong idea." She said with a laugh, and I could just picture that smile she had on her face right at this moment. The way her rosy lips, so plump and kissable. I all of a sudden I got the picture of Sakura crawling on top of me slowly going down, till she reached my penis and when she grabbed me I hissed and saw her lower her head towards the tip- Damn I gotta keep my head out of the gutter. I shake my head clearing my thoughts.
"Oh what a shame, but that doesn't mean you can't wear it when we're alone."
"Itachi you're so bad. So I see you later then, bye Itachi."
"Bye my precious hime."
"Oh and Itachi?"
"Yes"
"You better get rid of that boner before you come and get me. I don't think Sasori or the others would be to happy with you showing up with a huge boner." she said and then hung up.
Other's? I shook my head and then I looked down and saw that she was right. God Damnit!
Later that night~
I showed up at her apartment at exactly 6:30, I was walking down the hall towards her door, when I got there I saw Sasori walking out with Chloe, and embracing her in a hug and kissing her. I always pictured Sakura and I doing that. But of course we can't, well not yet anyway.
"Well isn't this just a sight to see, making out in front of your little sister's apartment like you don't have a care in the world." they instantly broke apart and turned to stare at me.
"Oh so you actually showed, I thought you were coming later or something?"
"Know why would you say that Sasori, you don't find the idea of me being Sakura's date tonight." I say.
"you know what you over arrogant-"
"SASORI! Don't be mean I'm happy Itachi's Sakura's date tonight since Sasuke was too busy to make it." Chloe said. I looked between Sasori and her, and then burst out laughing. I walked past them and walked into the apartment.
I walked over to the kitchen since I heard talking in there and rounding the corner I saw Kisame. And some of the other's as well,
"Well isn't this something. I would have never thought I'd see the day where we're all going somewhere together, in public for that matter." I say playfully.
"Hey there Itachi I see you're still the sarcastic bastard that you are like in college." Kisame said and came over to me and 'playfully' punched my arm.
"So it looks like Chloe invited all of us out to dinner." I looked over and saw konan sitting in the livingroom, in the love seat with Pein.
"Hey there Konan, Pein how have the both of you been?" I said as I made my way over to the chair that was across, from the both of them.
"We're good, though it's weird seeing you here though." Pein said while playing with one Konan's three rings that were on her right hand.
"And why would that be?" I asked
"Well because you're usually a workaholic who works more than plays." He said with a smirk on his face.
"Well as you can see, that isn't true anymore."
"Yeah because Chloe made you didn't she," Kisame said. "just like Deidara You're both whipped!" He started laughing, only to get punched in the stomach By Deidara.
"Shut it Kisame, you don't know what your talking about."
"Yeah of course I don't,"
"Well Actually the reason Itachi is here isn't because of me Kisame, it's because Sasuke couldn't make it tonight and of course I didn't want Sakura all alone surrounded by all of you men that might try and have their way with her, she told me she would ask Itachi instead. And as you can see that's why he's here." We all looked over towards the entrance of the living room and there stood a very annoyed Chloe.
"Hey Chloe I couldn't find the red shoes that matched this dress so I hope it's okay that I wore these black ones instead-" I stopped staring at Chloe and shifted my gaze over to Sakura. Holy fucking hell! Sakura was wearing a black skin tight dress, that went down mid thigh and there was also the fact that she a had slight slit on her right side. And the fact that it tied around her neck leaving her whole back exposed. She also had her hair up with curls here and there, with a few curly strands that were loose from the curly messy bun she made. then there was the low v-neck, that showed off her assets. But not enough that didn't leave little to the imagination though. And finally there was the necklace that I bought her yesterday, with the lighting and how it shimmered it drew attention straight to her perfectly shaped breasts. with the hair, dress combined with the black high heels that made her legs even more shapely and long. God damn it! Just looking at here would give men of all ages a boner.
"Is there something wrong?" She asked as she looked around and saw how all eyes were on her.
"Aww Sakura you look beautiful! I knew that dress would be amazing on you, you have all the right curves in all the right places!" Chloe said with a huge smile on her face, She rushed over to Sakura and gave her a once over to make sure that her make up was okay, and then asked her to twirl for her. I looked around the room and saw about everyone except Pein and Konan with their mouths open. Yep that's right guys she's one piece of work, that none of you assholes will lay a hand on. I thought to myself as I turned my attention back to Sakura.
"Okay there's nothing left for us to do since everyones here, lets go then!" Chloe said as she grabbed Sakura's clutch and handed it to her then headed for the door. Everyone got up and after I was the last one to exit the apartment I stood next to Sakura as she locked the front door and turned around towards me and smiled,
"Well lets go then, ."
I just laughed and followed her to the elevators where the others were already getting on. As we reached them, we were too late as the doors were closing and went down.
I looked down and over at Sakura, and from this view I can see clearly down the top of her open dress and instantly I can feel and erection coming on. Damn why did she have to be so Fucking Sexy? I say inwardly.
After waiting a few minutes we heard a bing and walked into the elevator. Once the doors closed I slammed Sakura's body into the wall and when I looked down at her I saw that her mouth was open on a gasps, and I swooped down to claim her soft, red lips. When our lips met it was like fireworks burst like on the 4th of July. I wrapped my arms around her waist to deepen the kiss, while she wrapped her arms around my neck. I thrust my tongue into her mouth, and we both tried to conquer the other. (Of course I won). But when the elevator came to a halt we both separated as fast as we could before the doors opened. I quickly fixed my jacket and tie, while Sakura fixed her dress, and reapplied her cotton candy lip gloss.
Getting off, we went straight to the parking lot where the other were just getting into their own cars, I walked Sakura over to my car only to have Sasori intervene.
"Hey Sakura you're riding with me and Chloe." Sakura looked over at her brother and nodded, looking back over at me, she gave me a sad smile and quickly pecked me on the cheek, and then went off to Sasori's car. Looking up when I felt someones eyes on me, I saw that Sasori, looking at me with a menace.
If only looks could kill. I thought to myself as he kept staring at me, while he entered his car. I just shook my head and got into my car and started up the engine and followed Sasori's car to the restaurant.
Sakura's POV
When we reached the restaurant, I got out and headed towards the entrance only to be pulled to the side by Sasori, Ugh Please tell me he's not gonna nag at me for wearing this. It's his Fiance's dress after all.
"Sakura, What the hell, when you told me that Chloe was letting you borrow a dress for tonight, why didn't you tell me it was this one?"
"What does it matter Sasori, I'm just wearing this dress for one night, it's not like I'm gonna go pole dancing in this dress where all sorts of people will see my lady bits." I say in a sarcastic tone.
"Look sis, I just don't want some old sleaze ball eyeing you like a piece of eye candy, or a new toy at a toy store"
"I know, I know. Dont worry I'm surrounded by you and your friends, plus some off your friends look scary, and freaky, there's no way any man would come up to me with all of them around." I said, with a smile.
"Alright, well here," He took off his jacket and draped it around my shoulders. " There know no one can see any of your assets, and it will keep you warm."
"uhh… Shouldn't you give Chloe your jacket instead of me, I mean thank you and all, but usually that's what a boyfriend, or fiance does." I say to him as we walk over to where Chloe is waiting for us.
"Hey what took you so long…." She then looked down at me and noticed how I was wearing Sasori's jacket, and then shifted her gaze to his and gave him a stern glare. "Sasori, why is Sakura wearing your jacket, there's nothing wrong with that dress."
"of course there isn't anything wrong with it, I just don't want anyone staring at her like a piece of meat."
"well how come when I wore that same dress on our anniversary, you didn't give me your jacket until we went for a midnight stroll?"
"Well that's because I wanted to show everyone else what an amazing, hot, sex, smart attractive woman I'm with and that no one is or is gonna take away from me." with that he walked up to her and wrapped his arms around her and she just blushed and hid her face in his chest, and wrapped her arms around him, and leaned up on her tippy toes and gave him a peck on his lips.
"Your so cheesy." She said.
"I know but you love me anyway."
I thought how luck they were to have each other, having someone who loves you, and cherishes you, till the end of time. And always spending time with each other as well. I wish that I had something like that. But of course my present boyfriend the infamous Sasuke Uchiha who could care less about what I think.. I just heaved a sigh and headed towards the front doors.
When I entered I saw that some of the others were just arriving as well, I looked around for Itachi, and saw him walk through the door as he made his way towards me.
"What's with the jacket?" he asked.
"Oh you know how Sasori is, he worries that other men will start to look at me the wrong way and stuff. Normal big brother overreacting over the little things." I said as I walked over to the hostess. "But seriously I'm surrounded by how many men right now? Like 7 or 8 that's alot and some of you look like you'll kill someone before letting them set a foot near me, Konan or Chloe." I said as we were all escorted over to a gigantic circular table.
"Holy shit this is fucking huge, this is way too big for the 11 of us." I looked over to see Hidan get smacked in the back of the head by Kakuzu, I just shook my head and headed over to the end that was next to the window overlooking the balcony below and a lake.
then the others made their way around the table sitting down. I sat in between Itachi who was on my right and Sasori who was on my left. Just how the hell did that happen?! I thought to myself but just ignored it, too late to find another seat.
I just sighed and picked up the menu that the hostess handed out and looked at what I wanted to eat. That's when I felt some poke my side, I looked down and saw that it was Itachi, I looked up and was about to say something, I had something hot pressed against my mouth I realised that it a was breadstick, I guess while I was reading the menu they brought us breadsticks. I took the one that was pressed up against my mouth and took a bite out of it. Not bad, and took another bite.
Since I wasn't consciously paying attention to what was going on, I didn't notice the waitress and waiter came to take our orders.
"Umm… Excuse me Miss, are you ready to order yet or do you need to take a few more minutes?" I looked up and realised that all eyes were on me again, Damn I really need to pay more attention to what's going on, instead of being so oblivious. I just shook my head,
"No I'll have a steak , um… instead of the baked potato can I have a garden salad instead?" I asked. When she nodded her head I continued. "And for the appetizer I would like… hmm I'll just have the chicken wings, oh could they be hot wings, and I would like to have a side of hot sauce for them as well. Oh and I'd like Strawberry lemonade too. Thank you." I said with a smile.
"As you wish, I'll have your drinks and appetizers out here shortly." She said and both she and the other waiter left. After taking everyone's menus in the process. I looked around until Hidan said something.
"So you like hot wings huh, never imagined you were the kind of person for something so mess, and sticky." He said.
"Yeah well there are a lot of foods that I like that are that way." I said back to him.
"And let me guess, most of those are meats right?"
"Ugh… yeah so?"
"Well how about you this new kind of meat, it's long and hard and comes with this delicious white-"
SMACK!
"What the hell was that for?!"
"there's no way in hell any of us are gonna let you put your woman degrading hands on our little princess," Kisame said.
"Well she's a big girl, she can take care of herself, now isn't that right Sa-ku-ra?"
"Umm… I'm sorry to inform you but I don't roll that way, and besides why would I want your so called 'meat' when I know for a fact you're no bigger than 5 in' and that's probably adding an inch or two to what you already have. Besides I am your doctor, well besides every one elses. So I know for a fact you're not that big." I said with a smirk on my face.
After that everyone burst out laughing, Zetsu actually fell out his chair while trying to grab something to keep his balance. I saw Hidan's face go from shock to furious in a matter of seconds.
"Dude she got you there," Zetsu said, and started to laugh even harder.
"Hehehe, really funny and for your information my dick isn't 4 or 5 inches long, its around 6 or 7. You wanna see for proof?" He then got up and started to unbuckle his belt and the started to undo his pants.
"WHAT THE HELL MAN! No one want's to see you penis, god were in a fucking restaurant for heavens sake show some manners man!" I just shook my head and turned to look out the window.
I was looking around at the balcony below, and I gasped. I saw in the corner of my eye and saw Itachi turn towards me the out the window and gritted his teeth. "That fucking idiot."
It was none other than Sasuke and Karin. What the hell are they doing here?... Oh my god what if one or the others see them here! Looked over at Itachi and he just shook his head and excused himself when he saw that Sasuke got up and left the table.
"I'll be right back" He said . I only wondered what he was going to do if or better yet when he saw Sasuke.
"God Sasuke you're nothing but a bastard, I can't wait till I show everyone what kind of asshole you really are." I whispered to myself as I lean back in my chair.
And with that as if on cue the waitress and waiter came serving us our drinks and appetizers. I quickly put on a face and dig into my hot wings. Picking up one I take a bite and its heaven, since I only allow myself these delicious babies once or twice a month, eating them after a stressful week, is what I need. After finishing the first one I grab another and dunk the one in hot sauce and take a bite, It's better with hot sauce, it always is…. and in my little heaven dream like mind, I never noticed that Itachi returned and when I turned towards him he was rubbing his left fist.
"Itachi are you alright?" I asked him.
"Yeah I just got a little bruise on hand when I was trying to reach inside the paper towel dispenser." He said with a smile.
"Oh Itachi let me see it." I took his hand before he could protest and noticed that there was a speck of blood.
After making sure that it wasn't bad I went back to my wings.
"Man you're devouring those things like you haven't eaten in weeks!" He said in a playful tone.
"Well for your information I missed lunch today since Tsunade grilled my ass about the other day, and made me work through lunch and my two other breaks and the next few for the next two to three days and let me tell you; working around the clock dealing with all kinds of patients, and you haven't even go a chance to eat breakfast that 'll then understand why I'm eating these like crazy. Now leave me alone and let me eat my wings." I said and I stuck out my tongue and went back to eating my delicious wings.
He just laughed and grabbed his fork and dug into his salad.
After everyone finished their appetizers. We were then served our meals, the steak was delicious and everyone went back into their own carefree moods. I was laughing as well then I took a peek out the window and saw that, Sasuke and karin were both just getting up and heading out, thats when I realised that Sasuke was rubbing his jaw. then I thought about Itachi's hand and realized that he must have ran into Sasuke and they had a few words that ended up with Sasuke getting punched. Ha serves you right you two-timing ass. But I didn't want to have bad thoughts and memories right now, all I wanted to do was enjoy my time here with the others and head back home and get some sleep.
After everyone was done and we ordered dessert, and afterwards we all decided to head home, well some of us did. Hidan, Kakuzu, Kisame, Deidara and Zetsu, went back to Kisame's place to hang out and drink some more. I don't know how they can keep drinking after they had multiple cups of beer and wine. (Is that right I didn't know so sorry, everyone :)) Pein and Konan, went back home cause they had to get up early the next morning, to go and visit Konan's parents. Sasori, Chloe and I decided to go back to my place so they could grab Sasori's stuff. I agreed and When we go to my apartment Sasori went into the back and grabbed his things, but while he was back there, Chloe ushered me into the kitchen.
"So did you have fun tonight?"
"Yeah I did, but I could have went without the sexual advances that Hidan threw at me." I said with a laugh.
"Yeah, to be honest I'm surprised that Sasori didn't jump his sorry ass when he said that. And Itachi, you should have seen his face, 'if only looks could kill'"
"Yeah I can see that, so tell me where did you find this dress anyway?"
"Oh I went to this store down town called ' Pandora's Box' I went there with a couple of my friends for my 23rd birthday." She said.
"Oh really I've never heard of it is it new or something?" I asked
"Umm.. I think it opened about a two to three years ago or something, I never heard of it either until my girlfriends took me there. But I must say they have amazing things, there ranging from lingerie to sex toys and other necessities that are like that. Oh and a Dress up center as well, that's where you can try on different dresses and stuff, but they have this sexiness scale. 1 meaning sexy to 10 meaning 'watch out we got ourselves a pornstar coming thru' or something like that." And when she said that Sasori entered the kitchen. He had his bag over his shoulder,
"Don't tell her where you got that dress from, the next thing I know she'll have a closet full of clothes from there." He said.
"Who cares, she can do whatever she wants stop patronizing her and the things she does."
"I'm just making sure when ever she goes out she doesn't and won't attract the the wrong crowd or anything like that." He looked at. and before she could say anything else he grabbed her wrist and lead her to the front door. "Bye sis I'll see you later." And with that I heard the door open and close behind them.
"Yes, finally I'm alone at last!" I say and then I head to my bedroom to get ready for bed. After taking a shower and changing into some silky PJ's, I got into bed just as Jazzy and Oscar jumped up and made their places at the bottom of the bed.
And after getting snuggled in comfortable, I shut my eyes and drifted off to sleep.
Sasuke's POV~
After dropping Karin off at her apartment that she shared with Suigetsu, I decided to stop by Itachi's place. After parking the car out front I fished out my spare key that he gave me, well better yet our mom made both of us do incase of any emergencies or anything like that. Once inside I went into the living room and called his name.
"Itachi,"
"In my office"
I enter his office that's in the back next to one of his spare bedrooms, I don't bother knocking and just walk on in and see that he's on the phone. After a few minutes, he hung up and turned towards me.
"Well little brother what do I owe this lovely visit for?"
"You know damn well why I'm here you bastard. What the were you doing there this evening?" I asked.
"Oh you mean at the restaurant, oh I was there with my friends, Sasori's finance Chloe wanted to get everyone together and spend the evening together. Why" I just stared at him. "oh but you already knew that right since Sakura did invite you and all, isn't that right?"
I just remained silent
Holy smokes I'm done with the 5th chapter. And I end the chapter off with Sasuke's POV! But dont worry in the next chapter you see more of his. And Yes I know that It's late, well actually it's beyond late,. Sorry guys hopefully ya'll are still interested in the story. For the Next chapter, it's gonna be it, Sasuke's going down!, I decided to do a time skip. hope that's okay. hopefully it won't take me that long to post it. Oh And If anyone knows any good betas please let me know because going over each chapter about 4-5 times sorta sucks. And I mean that literally. Well everyone see you when the next chapter comes out.
