Aside from the incident with Kanashi, there were other things that had happened on that same day. Mostly involving the girls that Minato had as friends.
If there was anything on her mind after she had met all of them, she had soon begun to realize that Minato surrounded himself with a lot of girls. Yukari, Fuuka, Mitsuru, Aigis, Chihiro, Yuko and Rio. Add her in, and that would have made eight girls that Minato had as… friends. Friends. She wasn't sure if she was one of Minato and could therefore be included in that group, but that was beside the point.
There things to be thought about when it came to the girls. More of a story had happened that day, mostly involving the things that Nyx liked. It was somewhat of a lost cause because Nyx never actually had a preference to anything at all. At least, not that anybody would know and not anything that was really practical.
If there was anything really obvious about what Nyx liked, she liked night time. But that was obvious considering what she ruled.
Yukari and Fuuka first. She considered Yukari to be a fiery girl with a sharp tongue and a quip always ready up her sleeve if she needed it. Nyx could appreciate those aspects in Yukari, considering in that respect she actually shared a few more similarities with her in respect to how she talked. However, Nyx was soon learning from Yukari that it was probably better to tone down her occasional snarks and remarks a bit more. She was starting to realize how scathing they were and how they could be.
Fuuka was probably the exact opposite of Yukari. Fuuka was a reserved and quiet girl, although helpful and always ready to help her friends if she was needed. Well, that is, besides cooking. Not that Nyx ever made any mental notes to thank Minato for telling her about Fuuka's dishes. However, it was exactly the reserved nature of Fuuka that made her easy to talk to, and she was exceedingly polite as well. Overall, she liked Fuuka a little more than most of the girls.
Which brought her to Chihiro. Chihiro was very similar to Fuuka, although still different in that she had a taste for reading manga and was an avid watcher of anime. To Nyx, she was helpful, much like Fuuka, and in that respect she didn't mind. There was a slight difference however, in how outspoken she was. Whenever she talked, she was stronger in what she said, though polite, much like Fuuka. And that was something that appealed to Nyx a bit more. Though, she couldn't relate to Chihiro's love for manga and anime.
Earlier that day, Yukari and Fuuka were discussing with Nyx the things that she liked. Nyx couldn't possibly fathom why, but she went along with it anyways.
And her answer was this: I like the night sky and the stars that shine within it.
While that was a practical answer to what she really did like, it unfortunately wasn't much for the two girls to go on.
It was with Chihiro later that day while they were going around Bookworms and Book-On that they discussed the kinds of things that Nyx liked to read.
Her answer to that was: The book Stardust and the manga series Sailor Moon promises to at least be interesting.
At least Chihiro could relate to her in that respect, and while she didn't like the Sailor Moon series quite as much as some others like Dengeki Daisy and Bakuman, she could see the appeal. But she was still left to wonder why she liked that magical girl series…
After meeting with Chihiro, it was then that she met up with Yuko and Rio.
Yuko and Rio were similar to each other in many aspects, including their liking or love for sports.
Nyx considered Yuko to be quite less quirky than Minato's other friends, however what did stick out for her was her care for most people, and Kazushi especially. She always seemed to be worrying after the boy, and indeed, she found out that Yuko and he were actually in a relationship, giving Nyx more things to think about and yet more questions to find answers to.
Rio, was one passionate girl in her love for sports, and even if Nyx could find her worrying at least out of a goodness in her heart, she simply couldn't relate. What was more similar to Yuko, was that she was actually in a relationship with Kenji. She wondered how Rio and Kenji managed to end up together, given that there weren't that many similarities.
So there were two questions that Nyx had thought of:
Why are you in a relationship with Kazushi?
And how is it that Rio and Kenji ended up together?
Nyx kept them to herself however. It seemed as if it wasn't quite the thing that she should be asking right off the bat when she didn't know Rio or Yuko all too well. She left the questions to settle at the back of her mind.
However, of course, Yuko and Rio were going to ask her a question: What did she like doing most when she was hanging out with people. There was one hobby that she had now that she was in the human world, but besides that, all that she really wanted to do when she was hanging out with people outside was just to listen to what they were saying.
The other that she had, she was surprised that she was really into was listening to music. She had absolutely no idea why however. It was just music after all but just through a bit of a different medium than performing it live in front of an audience. That is, through earphones and an ipod nano.
Why not like one of those Walkman models or anything else was a mystery to her, but she took it anyways. She still hadn't figured out who gave it to her though. It was a mystery to her.
In any case, the last two that she had talked to were Aigis and Mitsuru.
Mitsuru she never saw very often, but from how the girls described her and through Minato had relayed to her, she was always particularly busy. She held an authoritative hold whenever she spoke to someone, much like how easy it was for Nyx to silence any crowd of people with the aura that she gave off. Mitsuru was much icier compared to hers, but perhaps it was because of Nyx's godhood that people were shut up even easier than when Mitsuru spoke. It was only a hypothesis however.
But of course, she knew that Mitsuru had more to her than just the command that she wielded over the people that she spoke to. From what she had seen, she tried to carry herself with some sort of grace while she went about her daily routine around the dorms when she needed to. The brief moments that Nyx was able to speak to her about any problems or questions she had, she saw that Mitsuru also possessed a sort of care to the people that lived in the dorm. After all, most of the questions that Nyx asked were about the people at the dorm and her views on them.
She always seemed to speak of them fondly and even more so when talking about Minato or Yukari.
In any case, she still hadn't met Mitsuru enough to make a solid judgement on her character, but from what she had seen so far, Nyx thought that she quite liked Mitsuru. The qualities that Mitsuru possessed were mostly similar to hers, even if Nyx didn't show any side but a cold shoulder to most people that she conversed with.
And then… there was Aigis. She was quite the strange case and Nyx wasn't quite sure what to think about her. However…
"Nyx-san, I have to ask you something. You look quite troubled," she said slowly. Like Minato, when Aigis spoke to her, there was some hidden venom behind her words, and she could only see that it was because of something that hurt her before. Aigis didn't talk about her own problems much. "Is there something wrong?"
It was the same day that Kanashi had sent her that aggravating message, and Nyx was still furious because of him. "Yes," Nyx answered simply, holding the broken remains of her alarm clock tightly in her hands as she was about to throw it out.
"What is wrong?" Aigis asked. There was at least one thing that Nyx liked about Aigis, and it was surprising to her that she would like any quality from the android at all, considering how much Aigis disliked her. The hidden animosity was something that she had picked up on from Minato so she could see it in Aigis as well. Anyways, the one thing that Nyx knew she liked about Aigis was how blunt she was with her questions. No waffling whatsoever; just a straight question or explanation.
"You see… you may know of Kanashi, one of Minato's newest friends?" Nyx said, earning an understand nod from Aigis. "Well, he has humiliated me in one of the worst ways that a human has done in a long time. And I wish to place some kind of revenge upon him so that I may get him back for the prank that he pulled on me."
"Did it have something to do with the Facebook message that was posted on your wall? You mean to say that it was Kanashi's fault that the message is there? And because of how embarrassing that was, you wish to give him retribution?" Aigis broke down the situation succinctly, all the questions earning nods from Nyx.
"Yes," Nyx answered.
"Unfortunately, I don't condone playing pranks or exerting revenge…" Aigis sighed.
"Neither do I. But this is a first for me," Nyx said with a low tone.
"I see. Was there any particular reason for that message that Kanashi put up?" Aigis asked.
"I merely made him unconscious while he was shouting like a maniac. However, it seems that it made him think that it was out of disrespect or something of the sort," Nyx explained.
Aigis mulled it over for a few moments before saying, "Nyx-san. I think you should try to clear the situation up first. If he doesn't listen, I will help you in whatever way I can," Aigis said with a flat tone. She valued peaceful settlements now more than ever, but of course, she knew as well as anyone that sometimes force would also be needed to make someone back off from a situation.
Nyx's eyes widened as she processed what Aigis said. She was actually considering helping her? That easily even? She was amazed, but of course, she got a sense from Aigis that she would only help her if she did just that. Well, it certainly wouldn't be that satisfying, but she supposed that she could try at least to see what happens.
"I will see what I can do," Nyx sighed, finally dropping the crushed alarm clock into the bin.
Aigis nodded, and with that she walked off to do her own business.
Of course, Nyx was still very sceptical that any attempt made by her to try and clear up the situation would work, but it was still something that she could try. That is, tomorrow, because Nyx was finally getting sleepy.

Well, I'll try to clear what has happened. Believe what you will. Say that there are some days' gaps between the chapters unless they continue off from a previous event, so we can assume that there may be a few days between the chapters that Nyx has been using to hang out with Minato's friends or go on the internet and hang out with Kanashi that way.
Of course, first impressions aren't always going to be everything when you meet a person. As Kanashi has been opening up, he's starting to show how proud, whacky and how much of a douche he actually can be. He's a troller, 'nuff said.
He openly played a prank on Nyx that has humiliated her, and that's what's gotten her so angry at Kanashi. The prank happened earlier on the day that Nyx was reflecting on events that had occurred throughout the day, so the anger built up, and now she doesn't really like him that much.
I feel like this explanation complicated things even more, but I hope you get it.
