Amy's pov...

Bee and i sat there for a while and watched the sun rise.

"We should head down." He said gently. I sighed but nodded. He got up and i followed him to the bots elevator. I closed my eyes not waning o face more questions, not wanting to face the fact father was sill out there. The elevator hit ground level and we stepped out. I followed Bee o the main room where the others were. As soon as i was sen everyone stopped talking. I growled, turned and headed to my room.

I hated that. I hated attention like that. Why cant they all leave me alone?

...Fast forward... at school during lunch...

Amy's pov.

I sat with Raf and Anna who were joined by Jack and Miko. we were eating quietly when the only a week new kids came over. I had already had a run in with them and it ended quickly but they apparently haven't learned their lesson.

"Hey, We want a rematch princess." Tom said. I made to reaction to acknowledge them. They did not like that. Jason grabbed Anna's arm and that was it. I stood grabbed his arm twisted it behind his back and shoved him away.

"Try that again." I growled lowly. They glared.

"This is not over." Tom said and they headed off.

After school i made sure Anna went with Raf before heading to work. It was a slightly longer shift i woked till nine. It was 8:45 when i heard a familiar vehicle pull in i looked up and held in a growl. Optimus. He came in and sat down and ordered hot chocolate and a word. so after my shift i got my stuff and sat down.

"Amy, i am worried about you." He started.

"Well don't be." I replied. He sighed. This has happened on several other occasions and it almost always ended the same way.

"Amy, i am your legal guardian now and i cared before that happened. i want you to trust me."

"Well i don't so back off."

"I have had just about enough of this young lady." He almost snapped witch took me slightly be surprise. "You and your attitude when we are all trying to care." I made no comment got up and left without another word.

"He has no idea what he has just done. He never will. I don't get why this hurts. It shouldn't." I thought on my way back to base.

After that it wasn't the same. It was always tense if he and i were in the same room well more then before. So i used up any and all of my extra time to practice after school, work, train, spend time with Anna, and working out. I would not waist my time letting this stupid emotion get in my way.

Over the next week nothing really changed. Tom, Jason, and Brad kept trying to get into fights with me. The bots whenever they saw me bugged me on how i was doing, i kept away from Prime. Every night when i couldn't sleep i would go practice and work out. Prowl had come in and asked me about human culture on one occasion, Jazz would come to school to listen to our music, Ironhide had asked to teach me to shoot i have yet to answer him.

But anyway im stuck in my last class late because of the teacher. As soon as we were dismissed i bolted out to find Anna. She was not at her locker but there was a note. It read.

Amy,

Come to the gym or your sister gets it.

I growled and ran of to the gym and slammed the door open. Brad was holding Anna tightly by the arm.

"Amy!" Anna almost cried. I stormed over.

"Finally!" Tom shouted. He pulled his fist back and hit me once.

"Don't try that again." I warned darkly. He did.

"Anna go find Raf." I told her knowing she would not tell if i did not give her permission. she ran off when released. I cracked my knuckles and pulled my fist back...

...after school...

Normal pov...

It was an ordinary day for the bots nothing happened no cons, just training and waiting for the kids to come home from school. Optimus looked over from the computer he was working at when he heard the familiar sound of Amy's motorcycle. She pulled in parked in her usual spot got off through her helmet, grabbed her bag and stormed off to her room. Anna who just pulled in with Bee and Raf frowned watching her sister go.

"Hello Anna, Rafeal. How was school?" Prime asked. Anna walked up to him as Raf answered.

"It was okay. Lots of homework." Optimus picked Anna up.

"It was okay i guess." Anna said.

"What happened dear one?" He asked her.

"I can't say. It's Amy's place not mine. She's the one with the letter." Anna said. Prime frowned.

"I will go talk with Amy. If you need help with your school work Have Ratchet help you." Optimus said and placed Anna on the platform and headed off to Amy's room.

...With Amy Her pov...

I through my bag across the room when i entered. I growled and shut the door before slamming the letter on my desk. I hated this. I didn't start it. It is not my fault. I snarled to myself and started doing push ups. It wasn't to much longer when i heard Optimus enter his room and transform. then there was a knock on my door.

"What?"

"Amy, I think we need to talk." He said.

"Nope."

"Either you come out or i will come in either way we are going to talk." He replied making me snarl. He waited a second before opening the door.

"Amy, what happened at school?" He asked. I could not see him with my hair in my face as i continued doing push ups but i could ell he stayed by the door for now.

"Nothing." I snapped.

"Where is the letter?" He asked. I growled lowly.

"Desk." He walked over and i heard him open it. Three. Two. One.

"Amy Black Prime What in the allspark?" He raised his voice. I got to my feet letting my hair fall in my face.

"Thank you for asking for my side." I said sarcastically.

"Do not take that tone with me young lady you are in big trouble." He raised his voice again.

"No. You can back off! Your just like everyone else!" I yelled shoving my hair back so he could see my glare but thats not what he took notice of. "You just take the side of the teacher just because there older!"

"Amy, what happened?" He asked his voice quiet as he tried to approach me. I backed away from him until my back hit the wall, I was not used to fighting him but I was used to fighting men in general. He came closer and immediately I tried to hit him but he grabbed my wrist holding it firmly.

"Let Go!" I tried to yank out of his grip but the wall kept my from going anywhere. I tried to hit him with my other hand but he caught it as well. He held both my wrists in one hand as I tried to get away but He was a lot stronger than the others. His other hand came up near my face making me flinch away out of pure instinct. His fingers touched my cheek lightly. My breath caught. I couldn't breathe my eyes closed tightly as my whole body tensed up. I felt his grip loosen and I yanked away from him backing my way to the door.

"Amy, I-." I cut him off.

"Stay away from me!" I snapped. "I don't want to hear it anymore! I can't believe i almost trusted you!"

...Normal pov...

"Stay away from me!" Amy snapped. "I don't want to hear it anymore! I can't believe i almost trusted you!"

She turned and ran out of the room leaving Optimus feeling guilty, worried, and slightly hurt. She ran to her motorcycle got on and sped out of base.

Optimus sat down on her bed and held his head in his hands. He looked up when he felt smaller hands on his.

"Its gonna get better." Anna said.

"I will make it better. I will not jump to conclusions again." He replied. Anna nodded.

"Give her time she will be back later." She said.

...With Amy... Amy's pov

I sped down the dirt rode in anger. after a while i stopped by a canyon. I got off my bike watched the sun set. I was feeling so many emotions. I felt betrayed. i felt lost. hurt, anger frustration. I had it and looked up to the sky, clenched my fists, and yelled out in anger, sadness, frustration, and everything else. i fell to my knees and breathed deeply. a song came to mind.

"He was never there before. His voice is not familiar to me. My heart is bleeding out and it is his fault! Who am i talking about? Father? or Prime?" I growled thinking about it. "Father was there to beat me. Prime, he is a giant alien from space who doesn.t care. Maybe they both deceived me."

" will hold this pain till the day i die. No one deserves to feel this way. i will hide my face from thoughs who will cause Anna harm. because they will have no face to remember when i send them to the hospital. I will Fight this. I will burn before i let anyone take the pain. I will let it burn me."

"Is this something i should be learning? Is there a lesson here? Love is drops of rain that fade away they dont care. Do they? Of course not!" I growled and grabbed my head. "Why am i debating this? They don't they don't!"

i laid down on the ground and stared at the dark night sky as the song continued playing in my head.

i will burn with it as long as Anna is safe. I will let it burn me till the day i die if it keeps Anna safe. Anna is my light. If she goes out i will too.

I am not afraid. I will not go out yet i will fight. I will go on till the end. I will let it burn me. I will let the pain consume me if it means Anna is safe.

I got up and headed back to base. I breathed deeply as i entered base. I parked my bike and headed for my room.

"Amy?" Prime's voice made me pause in step. I half turned to him for a second before heading to my room. I didn't want to talk to anyone.

Anna was asleep when i went into our room so i quietly changed and laid on my bed i shoved the sheets aside not wanting them right now. I slowly drifted off to sleep.

...Optimus's pov...

I watched her go i felt terrible about it all.

"Optimus. Do not beat yourself up for something any of us would have done. We all make mistakes." Ratchet told me.

"Old friend, she needs us and i made a bad mistake it will take us longer to earn her trust now." I replied.

"We will gain her trust in time. Go check on her now." He said.

I nodded and headed for my quarters. I laid down on my berth and activated my holoform and quietly entered their room. Anna was sleeping tucked into her bed. Amy was laying on her bed with the comforters to one side. I quietly walked over and gently adjusted her before pulling the blankets over her.

"Goodnight my dear one. I am so sorry." I murmured before heading out.
