"And that was basically how I awakened to my Persona," Yashiro finished explaining.
Minato nodded to himself. It looked like their team was coming along now. They could go to counterattack any time soon as long as everyone was prepared. "I see. Looks like we're almost ready to go and attack the tower again. What do you think?"
"I think I can agree on that Minato-kun," Aigis nodded. "This time, I think it would be prudent to bring every member that we can once we also acquire them a decent set of weapons for them to use. Everyone also seems to have the concentration needed to summon their Personae when they need to use it for attacks and for support now, including Ken. Koromaru seems to be ready as well."
"Even the pooch?" Kanashi raised an eyebrow, looking at the white Shiba-Inu. Koromaru let out a determined bark, with fire seemingly burning in his eyes. "Well, that's reassuring. How's he gonna summon?"
"He has a dog Evoker," Mitsuru explained. "It is located on his collar," she said, indicating the blue, hemispherical shape on his collar.
"Oh. What's his Persona?" Kanashi asked.
"…It's Cerberus," Minato sighed.
"Oh. It's Cerberus," Kanashi nodded. "WAIT, IT'S CERBERUS!? Three headed dog Cerberus is summoned by this little mutt?"
"Arf!" Koromaru barked, jumping around in a circle before rumbling seemed to shake the ground and a blue light began to emanate from his form.
"No, no, I believe you!" Kanashi said frantically, trying to shield himself from the apparently, now deadly Koromaru.
Koromaru wagged his tail and nuzzled Kanashi's leg, almost as if he was trying to reassure him that he wouldn't attack him with his Persona. "Yeah. Yeah, I get it," Kanashi sighed.
"In any case… what about Kurow-san?" Yashiro asked.
"Well…" Minato sighed. "He can't summon his Persona properly. He obviously has one, and I know it's fairly powerful… but he says that when he tries to summon it, it gives him a lot of pain. That's why he only uses his powers and never summons the actual thing, but he can still fight pretty well with it."
"How's that?" Junpei asked.
"Well… he managed to give me a few bruises with his punches…" Minato explained. "He uses Rakukaja to boost the defences of his fists and it kinda left a mark. He also has Almighty, Dark and Light."
"Wow," Fuuka mumbled. "And he can't only punch, can he?"
"No. He can also use Hamaon and Mudoon, along with Megidola," Minato counted off on his fingers. "He gave me a lot of trouble when he started using them. I think he'll be fine on his own if we bring him along. He can obviously do a lot of damage without his Persona being materialised."
"Sounds awesome!" Kanashi grinned.
"Anyways, I think it'd be best if we discuss teams?" Akihiko asked. "It would be good to be prepared beforehand so that everyone can go off alone once we break in again."
"Well, I suppose so… I mean, best to do it quickly, and get it over and done with, right?" Yukari said.
"Yeah," Ken nodded.
"Alright then. We need a healer in each team. Thankfully, most of us do have healing spells, so we just need to split them up evenly," Minato nodded. "Yukari, Ken, Akihiko, Aigis, Mitsuru and I have healing spells."
"Well, my Persona has a healing spell on it as well," Yashiro commented.
"Alright then. I think I can split this up… Yashiro, Kanashi and Kurow. I know Yashiro that they can annoy you really easily, but I can't doubt you and Kanashi working together. Kurow has worked with Kanashi before, so I think I can group you guys. Is that okay?" Minato asked.
"Ugh… well, I guess," Yashiro said reluctantly.
"Hahahaha, we're gonna have lots of fun, smashing skulls between our badass bro-fists!" Kanashi grinned, slapping Yashiro on the back and also… knocking off his cap in the process.
"Did you just knock off my cap?" Yashiro growled.
"Yup!" Kanashi said with a sing song voice. Or at least as close to a sing song voice as he could get.
"Imma make ya hit rock bottom goddammit!" Yashiro yelled.
"Nah, imma make ya go to sleep!" Kanashi grinned before the two of them disappeared in a plume of dust and scuffle.
"Aaaanyways… Junpei, Koromaru and Ken can go together. I know you guys work really well so…" Minato smiled, already knowing that they'd be okay with how they were split up.
"Alright! We're gonna kick some ass!" Junpei cheered.
"Junpei-san, calm down. We haven't even begun attacking yet," Ken said, rubbing the back of his head.
"Aigis, and Yukari, would you mind staying behind with Fuuka?" Minato asked.
"Alright. I can do that," Yukari agreed.
"I can as well. I suppose that the last team will be Mitsuru, Akihiko and you?" Aigis nodded.
"Yup. You guys don't mind, do ya?" Minato said, turning to the two seniors.
"Of course not. I believe that this will be a successful attack," Mitsuru nodded with a small smile.
"Yeah. You know our teamwork skills rock," Akihiko nodded.
"Looks like these are done," Minato said. "Yashiro, Kanashi, didn't I tell you before that getting into fights like that all the time isn't good?"
"Shut up!" the two said in unison before going back to fighting.
"Anyways, I'll just have to check with Kurow, and then we can be sure," Minato sighed.
"Did someone call the crow?"
"Yes, someone did call the crow. Now can you not spray paint the ceiling?" Minato asked Kurow.
"But I wanna," Kurow said stubbornly.
"So you want me to use Armageddon?" Minato asked.
Kurow's grin was instantly wiped off his face and he put away the can of black spray paint. "Fine…" he said, rolling his eyes. "Wassup bitches?"
Minato took a moment to calm himself down before saying, "We were just discussing the teams that are gonna go into the tower so that we can trash the place for good. Are you fine teaming up with Yashiro and Kanashi?"
"You mean the snivelling duo over there?" Kurow laughed.
"Yes, I mean them," Minato said, brushing off the insult.
"Hey, we resent that!" Kanashi and Yashiro said in unison as they broke up the fight.
"Eh, but why them? You mean you aren't going to let me anywhere near the ladies over there?" Kurow asked, pointing to the row of girls on the couch.
"Minato-san, he is dangerous," Aigis exclaimed as she stood up and pointed her finger guns and pointed them at Kurow.
"Uh… okay, never mind," Kurow said with a disappointed tone. "Thought I was gonna get another chance to look at them gals' underwear like the last time."
Minato immediately put away the incoming blush and started contemplating whether he should tell Kurow that he's already seen and kept all their underwear… He probably shouldn't.
"What!? How?" Yukari exclaimed.
"Well, I remember this one time, I was crawling under the desk to get away from this teacher whom I affectionately refer to as 'dick' and I swear I saw this one pretty's girl's underwear. Trying to look for the camel toe, but I couldn't find it because she stepped on my hands with her high heels before I could look anymore," Kurow explained. "Why?"
Yukari gave him a look of disgust before storming from the lobby and walking up to her room.
"That was uncalled for," Mitsuru said, glaring at Kurow with the iciest glare that Minato had seen in the long time.
"Huh. That brunette kinda reminds me of that girl too. Stuck up prissy princess figure," Kurow chuckled.
"What happened to her…?" Fuuka asked nervously.
"Well, by the end of that detention, she was all like putting her hands all over me and it almost seemed like the beginning of an obligatory sex scene, but it wasn't. And then after we were out of the building she kissed me. That was pretty awesome." Kurow grinned.
"…how is that even possible?" Junpei said, blinking with surprise.
"Why am I still here?" Ken asked before Akihiko took him by the hand and led him upstairs.
"It's called uh… I dunno. Teenage bonding time I guess?" Kurow wondered aloud. "It was kinda like how the jock got with the weird, kleptomaniac in the end. Awkward but perfect."
"Heeeey, just wanted to say that after hearing that, I think you're more awesome than before!" Kanashi shouted before getting caught up with an elbow strike from Yashiro.
"I don't know," Minato sighed quietly, shaking his head. He felt like he was surrounded by a bunch of crazies. How was it that he could surround himself with people like this? Oh right. Persona. Messing up people's lives since the beginning of human consciousness. He remembered.
"Anyways, was that all?" Kurow asked Minato.
"Yup. Thanks Kurow," he nodded.
"Mmhm," Kurow said before walking over to the scuffle and joining in.
"What?" Minato blinked.
"In any case, this meeting seems to have been settled. Once we have our supplies ready for attack, we can go to Strega's base like you did the last time. It would be best to tell us beforehand so that we can clear our schedules and prepare accordingly," Mitsuru advised.
"Don't worry. I will," Minato replied. "We'll need to get some rest before attacking so that we can get them at full power and totally trash the place. I'd gladly get rid of that Takaya then, with whatever means possible.
"We must remember that we should only kill if necessary. Incapacitate at all other times," Aigis said.
"True that," Junpei agreed.
"You hear that guys?" Minato asked the scuffling trio.
"Gotcha captain!"
"Heard ya loud and clear blue haired emo!"
"I know."
"And are you ever going to stop fighting?" Minato asked.
"Hahahaha, no, dumbfuck! I need to take these dimwits out!"
"Nah, these mothercanuckers are going down!"
"Hell to the no."
"Just leave them be Minato-kun. If their fight gets out of hand, I will personally deal with them," Aigis said, readying her gun fingers.
"Just… don't kill them. We kinda need them in their best conditions, you know?" Minato said, rubbing the back of his head. "Now… I think I better fill in Nyx on our plans. Good luck handling them."
"Good luck to you as well," Aigis replied.
"Yeah. Yeah, I know," Minato sighed.
