Hello my beautiful readers! Now you have full permission to hate me for not updating for like a month and I am truly sorry about that. Just with starting high school and my midterms its really hard. But I am going to do better I promise!

Disclaimer: I obviously don't own Austin and Ally or Ross and Laura, but I don't want to get sued so you get the drift.

Laura's POV:

We came back from Australia a week ago and had started filming again. We were doing a table read for the second episode for the new season, but I wasn't focused at all.

I couldn't get my mind off that dance.

I know it probobaly didn't mean anything but a little annoying voice is telling me otherwise.

"Laura?" I'm torn away from my thoughts as I hear a familiar voice say my name.

"What?" I say looking up. My curly haired best friend is staring at me like I've grown a third eye. "It's your line." she says in a duh tone.

"Oh, um 'Actually right on time. You see I set your watch ahead 45 minutes so you wouldn't be late'."

The latina keeps going, trying to make up for my small mistake. But I look over at the blonde to my right and notice him staring at me. He knows somethings up, and when he gets suspicious, nothing good can come out of it.

We finished the table read even with me losing focus every five minutes.

Raini and I were walking with the boys to Calum's dressing room when I felt a hand tug on my wrist. I jerked back almost falling flush on who ever grabbed me.

I looked up and saw the familiar blonde looking down at me. His hair looked different, perfectly wind blown so that a few strands covered his eyes. Every cowlick seemed to be perfect, and his dark brown eyes were-

What am I saying?

"Laura?" He said waving his hand in front of my face. I rolled my eyes and slapped it away.

"Yes Ross?" I said stepping back and smoothing the imaginary wrinkles from my skirt.

"Are you okay? You've been acting weird ever since we got back from Australia." He said looking at me, expecting me to tell him something abnormal.

"Huh? Pfffft I'm fine! What would make you think I wasn't fine?" I said my voice going two octaves higher than it was supposed to be. I coughed trying to get it back to normal.

He looked at me, unconvinced to even a minor degree. "Please, I know you better than you know you. And there's something going on." he said looking at me evenly.

I huffed. "Your making a big thing out of nothing. Honestly I swear to God I'm fine." I said looking at him.

He sighed and grabbed my wrist. "Ross!" I hissed at him trying to wriggle free of the hold he had on me.

He ignored me, pullling me into his colorful dressing room. I looked at the colorful, spray painted walls and the black couches covered in blankets.

I turned towards his mini fridge opening it and looking inside. "Oooh I'm taking this." I said grabbing a bottle of grape juice off the top shelf. I unscrewed the top and brought it to my lips.

I ignored him, because I was doing my best to avoid his accusing glare right now.

"Laura." he said.

I paused mid sip. I lowered the bottle and licked my lips. I saw him closing his eyes like he was trying to, compose himself?

I plopped down onto the couch and wrapped one of his many blankets around me.

He sat down right next to me and trained his eyes on mine. He pleaded with his eyes for me to tell him, but if I told him, what would he say?

He sighed and leaned back, grabbing the basketball sitting next to him.

"Your a terrible liar, Laura Marano. Just absolutely awful." He said tossing the basketball up in the air.

I looked at him, he looked, radiant. Just like that day on the beach. His hair was glowing and his eyes were bright. The corners of them crinkling just a little as he grinned.

Wait, I'm doing it again aren't I?

I shaked my head trying to rid the adoration thoughts from my head. He opened his mouth to speak.

"Are you going to tell me what's wrong or am I going to have to tickle you till you tell me?" He said glancing over at me.

I sighed. "I just have something on my mind right now." more like someone.

Like he heard my thoughts, he paused, his hands positioned to throw the ball in the air one more time. He twirled it so that it landed under his arm as he sat up.

I ran my fingers through my hair, unlocking some of the tangles that my brush had missed.

He looked at me. "Does that something happen to be a person?" He said his eyes void of emotion.

I shrugged not breaking our eye lock for one second. He reached up and gestured to his eye.

"You've got a runaway mascara clump." He said smiling.

I reached up and swiped around my eye. He shook his head and reached his hand up, wiping away with his thumb.

His touch left a trail of fire under my eye. His hand lingered there, unmoving. We were closer than I thought, and I could feel his hot breath tickle my lips. His hand moved to my hair, smoothing it back behind my ear.

I looked at his eyes and saw a shimmer of fear. I hoped he couldn't hear my heartbeat from where he was.

I involuntarily started to lean towards him, and he started to lean towards me. But reality snapped back, because I heard the door knob turning. We both stopped short, our lips inches away and jolted up from the couch as a curious latina and coppertop popped their heads in.

They looked at each other than back at us.

"Come on guys," Raini said clearing her troat. "We're about to go out for lunch." She said cocking her head at us. "Unless you two would like to stay here..." She said starting to pull the door closed.

"Nope, I'm coming!" I piped in grabbing the door and the disoriented blondes wrist, pulling him out with me.
