"What's your suggestion then sir?" asked Garcia happily.
"Okay, everyone stand up; clear a bit of space in the centre of the room." He instructed standing and following his own instructions.
The rest of the team stood and moved the bags, shoes and other items that were on the floor out of the way.
"Okay stand in a circle, Rossi I want you in the middle." Hotch said motioning the senior agent into the circle. "What we're going to do is everyone has to say one thing they dislike about the person in the centre and two things they like. I'll start, and then it will move clockwise around the circle. Once Rossi has had his turn ill stand in the middle and whoever speaks first for me gets to go in the middle next, the cycle starts clockwise from whoever speaks first, Everyone understand?" he asked looking around, everyone nodded and he began.
"Rossi, I dislike how you still keep some of your ideas bottled up, it isn't helpful, especially on stressful cases. On the other hand I like how you can help some of the rest of us with our problems, and issues we are having outside of work. I also like how well you handle stress when it's thrown at you."
Rossi nodded and looked to the person standing on Aarons left, Morgan.
"I dislike how you've thrown me into uncomfortable situations at work. i do however like it at the same time because it allows me to test myself, another thing I like is how you've managed to teach everyone something, no matter how insignificant it may seem."
Next in line was Emily.
"I dislike how you have some issues trusting new ideas. I like how supportive you were when we were dealing with a case that was close to me, also how you have managed to bring us all together as a proper family."
Next up to bat was JJ
"I like how you have bonded with Henry, and how you treat him equal to Jack, even though you've known him longer than you've known Henry. I like the mature sense that you bring to the team, being just that bit older than the rest of us. What I dislike is how you kept your relationship with Strauss a secret from us." Her words brought a nod of acceptance from Rossi who looked over at Reid.
"I like how you put up with me when you joined the team, even though I was a total pain in the ass. I don't like how were apprehensive about me playing your money in poker, im excellent at poker!" this caused a chuckle to emit around the room. "I like how you held the cooking lessons at your house; it brought us closer as a team and as a family."
Finally Garcia was the last one in the circle.
"I like how seamlessly you fit into the team; I like how you are more than willing to welcome us into your home whenever any of us need it. I really dislike how you took my phones from me." she said, grinning as she did so. Rossi nodded and stepped out of the centre of the circle, with Hotch replacing him. Reid started off the next round straight away.
"I like how you helped me when I had my drug problem, you were accepting and helped me keep my job, you helped me keep my life. I like how I feel that I can talk to you on any issue that I want to, no matter how trivial it may seem. I dislike how you can be tense and so serious sometimes." Reid said, knowing that Hotch would appreciate the truth behind every one of his words.
Garcia was next to speak. "I like how you accept me and my uniqueness; I like how you can easily tell when I need someone to talk to. I dislike how you can get snippy sometimes." She said rushing at the end of her sentence.
"Aaron, I like how you act with this team, im glad that you took it over when I retired. I like how you see each and every one of us as family. I don't like that you spend so many late nights at work, you need to spend more time with Jack." Rossi said, keeping the circle moving at a steady pace.
"Hotch, I like how you are more than willing to kick my ass when I need to see reason, I like how that you're always looking for new opportunities for us as a team and as individuals. But man, I really dislike how you refuse to join me, Dave and Pretty Boy at a bar every once in a while."
Grinning JJ was ready with her likes and dislikes, "dislike; you are always so serious, I know that our job requires it from all of us, but lighten up. I do like how you stick up for us in cases and in the office, I also like that you were willing to organise this on such short notice, I think we all needed it."
Aaron turned to Emily, last to speak on his behalf. "I dislike how you keep your feelings bottled up until someone else has to act on them. I like how you welcomed me into the team even when you didn't really want me, and I love your laugh, we don't hear it often enough, but it has an amazing sound." The usually fearless Emily Prentiss was turning bright red as she finished her likes, but she was glad she'd said what she'd said.
Next into the circle was Reid, who looked around a bit nervous, unsure of who would start what the cycle, he didn't need to worry for long, as Emily started speaking again. "I dislike how you spout random facts at stressful times, but I love you for it all the same. I like how you're like a younger brother to me, and I like how you make JJ smile, all the time." JJ suddenly broke the pattern of the circle, causing it to go counter clockwise.
"I dislike how we had a span of time where we weren't talking. I like how close you and Henry are now. Something else I like, something I really like, is how amazingly you kiss …" the rest of her sentence was cut off and drowned put but the sounds of general uproar, as the room exclaimed its surprise.
A/N: Okay guys, hope this was okay…. I was originally going to do everyone in the team, but oh my gosh, it's a pain in the ass, this was always the intended outcome though so that's good I guess. ^.^ anyway, Im back at school, so can write in my two study sessions again, I probably wont as I usually don't haha, im so lazy!
