Elemental – Thor

I swung my legs as I sat on the tree branch a fair few feet in the air, making it snow with my elemental powers. I could control all the elements, but at this moment I wanted snow; so I made it happen. I twirled my pink hair with one hand while I drew frost patterns in the air in front of me, blowing bubbles with my pink gum.

I got bored quickly and swung backwards so I was hanging upside down with my knees bent over the branch that kept me from falling. I don't understand why my family never liked my power; I mean I made it a white Christmas ever year! What more did they want? But no, apparently I wasn't their 'perfect' daughter and they decided to produce my younger sister before kicking me out to fend for myself. I prefer it that way though, more freedom means less stress about nagging parents and annoying little siblings that have the need to trail behind you every minute of every day.

I found myself hanging above a tall broad man as he stood beneath me and looked up, making me peer through my hair at him. He was quite attractive to look at I had to admit. I popped the bubble that was halfway past my lips before flashing him a wide grin and waving enthusiastically.

"Hi, I'm Destiny. What's your name?" I asked, smiling as I looked at him upside down. I could feel the blood start to rush to my head and slipped my knees off the branch, landing perfectly on my feet just in front of the stranger.

"I am Thor Odinson, God of Thunder. What are you doing out here maiden? It is snowing and cold."

"I know, I made it snow. I felt like this part could use a clean slate." I shrugged before prancing around in the ankle deep snow that had settled on the ground. "I kinda feel like Jack frost right now." I remarked, giggling.

"You made it snow?" Thor asked, frowning slightly.

"Yeah, look." I bounded over so I was in front of him again before letting snow fall from my fingertips and onto his sleeve. I grinned at the look of wonder that overcame his face and blew onto his chest, creating a large snowflake. "You know, you're quite handsome." I commented, peering up at him as I stood on my tip toes; making him look down at me and I think I saw a hint of pink appear across his defined cheekbones.

"You are a very beautiful woman Destiny." My cheeks warmed a little which surprised me as I hadn't blushed in a long time. I guess there was really no need for me to, seeing as everyone seemed to avoid me because of what I could do.

"Thank you Thor." I smiled and stood higher on my toes to press a kiss to his cheek, feeling the slight scruff he had along his jaw.

"Could you make it summer again? I would prefer to walk with you around a more colourful landscape."

"Your wish is my command, sir." I grinned cheekily and stopped the snow, making the sun shine brightly in the blue sky as a smile curled the God's lips up at the corners.
