Love Knows no Bounds - Thor
I felt someone coming towards me and turned round to face the direction I thought they were coming from.
"Tony?" I asked, reaching my arms out to try and feel around. I didn't receive an answer and retracted my arms to my chest, feeling fright claw its way into my chest. "Hello?" I squeaked out. I felt something sharp poke me in the back before hearing fast footfalls coming closer to where I was.
"Sarah don't move!" I heard my brother yelled, making me freeze in place. A whimper escaped me and I shut my eyes tightly, not that it would make a difference; I'm blind. "Thor, get her away!"
I gasped as I felt myself being lifted up and grabbed hold of a pair of broad shoulders as the person hurried away with me.
"Who are you?" I asked, not being familiar with their touch.
"I am Thor Odinson, God of thunder." A loud deep voice replied to my question. "I am acquainted with the man of iron." I knew he was talking about my older brother, Tony complained that a member of his team always called him metal man or man of iron.
"Can I see what you look like?" I questioned, trailing my hands up his neck to his face.
"Can you not see me in front of you maiden?" I heard his voice, imagining the look of confusion on his face. I shook my head.
"I'm blind." I replied simply, feeling the outline of his cheekbones, nose, jaw and lips. I imagined his face in my mind and though he was quite attractive, he had very strong and masculine features.
"Were you born this way?" he asked as I felt my fingers get tangled in his his hair which I realised came down to his shoulders.
"No, I had an accident when I was younger. One of our father's experiments went wrong and I was caught in the blast as it exploded, making me blind." I replied.
"I apologise fair maiden, I was unaware of the situation."
"It's not you fault Thor." I smiled slightly before feeling large fingers tracing my face.
"You have a beautiful smile, and your eyes are the same light green as the seas of Asgard are." I found my cheeks were growing warm and though I must have been blushing at his comments. "Love knows no bounds my lady."
"Are you declaring your love to my sister?" Tony's voice remarked from my right, making my head turn slightly in that direction. "Everything's fine sis, just some other agent who didn't know his place." Code phrase for 'enemy agent and I just kicked his arse, nothing to worry about here'.
"A fair maiden such as yourself is related to the man of iron? You are of such rare beauty."
"Alright, enough of that lover boy. She's my sister and I don't want to hear you trying to woo her. Keep that for behind closed doors."
"Tony!" I squealed, hearing laughter as my cheeks burned.
"There are no boundaries in love metal man. I wish to court your fair sister."
"Just don't hurt her." Tony said seriously. "Break her heart and I'll see what I can break of yours with my suit."
