Seasons after Lightstar's Revenge, the clans merged to form "The Kingdom", in a now abandoned twoleg city. They share this kingdom with many other animals and all cats have powers. However, when a darkness threatens the kingdom, it's up to a group of apprentices and travelers to stop it, and to answer an aged-old question: What happened to the twolegs?

Scorchclaw is a young WindClan warrior, the son of the esteemed leader Swiftstar and expected to carry out a bloodline legacy. But during a time of war where all Clans are rampant in fighting, how can he know who to trust? Is his family even trustworthy? What about his Clanmates? Scorchclaw must struggle with the meaning of loyalty to his family and his Clan. Who will he pick?

After finally receiving his warrior name, Fireheart finds his training is not yet complete. To Fireheart's dismay, the one who will finish his training is Darkstripe.

Lightpaw is a newly made apprentice in RiverClan. Except… she has no connection to the Clan at all. She and her siblings can’t swim, fish, and don’t even know who their parents are. They were raised by all the queens in the nursery. But Lightpaw feels like she doesn’t belong. But why does she get the urge to go to ShadowClan? She has no connection to there. Or does she?

Splashflight is now a warrior with her littermates, Streamfrost, Fluffheart, and Puffertail. But when she gets a message from StarClan, Splashflight must learn about the previous medicine cat, Goldenflow, and persuade her clanmates to believe that Goldenflow didn’t kill Mothstar. But strange cats have been influencing Puffertail, and his ambitions are up to no good.

Goldenflow, medicine cat of RiverClan, is mentally depressed by the loss of her sister. Worse, no one seems to care. But one day, when she gets blamed for murder, she gets exiled forever. But she realizes it’s not really a bad thing. Because that decision leads her to a new group of cats, a mate, and a new future. But evil still lurks in the shadows.

Smokewhisp, medicine cat of GrassClan, is left reeling after her mentor's dead body is found near the back of the medicine cat's den. With her mentor gone and having nobody to help her with her duties, Smokewhisp requests to take on one of Brightfeather's kits as her her new apprentice.

Bluestar is gone - murdered by her evil deputy, Tigerclaw. Taking the blame, Fireheart is thrown into the prisoner's den, leaving Tigerstar to become ThunderClan's leader. Knowing their situation is dire, StarClan agrees to send their hero a blessing from the ancient past. However, this may prove to do more harm than good, as Fireheart's world continues to spiral out of control...

Many generations have passed, and the life of Firestar has passed into myth, the story mutating with changing beliefs and the imperfections of oral tradition. This is ThunderClan's variation of the story.

Dustpaw is ThunderClan's newest apprentice. As he learns the ropes of Clan life, he deals with rivalries inside and outside his Clan that just keep getting worse with no signs of stopping. Meanwhile, mysterious omens and hidden predators begin to weave themselves into his Clan, telling of threats that could endanger everything from the roots of the trees to the stars above.

A strange gem settles inside a new host. Now Firestar has to juggle leading his clan, focusing on the Dark Forest, and protecting his loved ones, all as a dragon-cat.

Short of warriors, Mousestar orders Firegust and Dusttail to bring Windclan home. They succeed, but at a terrible price. Loyalties will be tested as mysterious scents are detected inside clan borders. As Mousestar attempts to integrate select outsiders without angering the clan; a new threat rises ...

Rusty is injured badly in his fight with Longtail (They put an untrained, pretty much kit, tom against a fully trained warrior what did they expect) and Spottedleaf steps in. Claiming the tom was sent by StarClan to become her apprentice, she gives Rusty a place in the Clan.

Butterfly has lived in the same place all of her life. However nothing stays forever. Over the course of a few moons her home gets destroyed by the incoming two-legs and all of the cats are barely able to survive. Yet their leader Sunrise still refuses to leave. Will Butterfly be able to take charge and stand up for what’s right? Or will she be doomed along with the rest of them?

A moon has passed since the journeying cats left Feathertail and Stormfur in the mountains. Those who remain must figure out how to get their Clans to get along to save them both as they go on this journey together.
