Crash landing – Loki
I hummed to myself as I was brushing my hair to get the frustrating knots out before nearly jumping out of my skin as a large crash sounded through my apartment, making me carefully make my way towards the living room which I found almost completely trashed with a man lying in the middle of the room not moving. I slowly shuffled forward before crouching on the balls of my feet beside him, seeing numerous small cuts on his face as well as his battered body, making me realise he came through the window.
As I was reaching my hand down to poke him, the man's eyes snapped open and I jumped back with a squeal; landing on my backside on the floor. The man sat up and looked over at me, realising I was there. I waved hesitantly before another man came flying through my broken living room window, landing a few feet away from the other.
"Brother, you must come back to Asgard and face your punishment." I watched as the two, who I now presumed were brother though they looked nothing alike, argued back and forth about a prison of some sort for crimes of trying to destroy Earth. Once the blonde haired one threw his 'brother' into my glass coffee table which had miraculously not broken until now I had had enough.
"Stop!" I yelled, causing both of them to pause and look over at me as I stood up from my floor. "You've both broken enough of my stuff! If you can't sort this out like proper adults without fighting then get out my apartment!" I pointed towards the broken window which they had both come through. "Don't make me push you out." I warned with my eyes narrowed, making them both trail out my window and I didn't even care to look if they fell or not.

I groaned and collapsed onto my couch, my taking it easy evening had officially been thrown out the window; no that was not deliberate. I had managed to clear away all the shattered glass and patched the window up temporarily with a piece of flexi wood I'd borrowed off a neighbour until tomorrow. I'd just shut my eyes when they snapped back open again as a bang sounded, making me look to see the same black haired man come through my window again. I cured out loud which made him look over at me.
"Pick it up and put it back." I stated, pointing to the piece of wood on the floor. He stared at me for a while and I arched an eyebrow before he bent down and placed the piece of wood back so it covered the large hole in the window.
"You are very demanding for a mortal."
"Excuse me?" I asked, raising both of my eyebrows as he walked over to me.
"You are human, yes? I am Loki Laufeyson, God of Chaos from Asgard."
"Sure, this is probably a dream anyway. I'll wake up soon and you'll be gone and my living room will be clean with no broken window." I muttered, running a hand through my hair with a soft sigh.
"You are not dreaming. And do I not get to know your name?"
"It's Anna-Mae." I replied, yawning a little. "You can sleep on the couch if you want, there's blankets on top of the dryer." I pointed to the small room which I do my laundry in. "Night Laufeyson."
I made my way into my bedroom and shut the door before flopping down into my warm bed. A minute later I found myself shooting up and running out the room again to see the man still standing in my living room.
"Did you say God of Chaos?" A smile graced his lips as he nodded, making me wander up to him; tilting my head back to see his face properly. "Then why are you down here?"
"I am being punished for my crimes. I am not permitted back on Asgard until I have served my three year stay here on Midgard." He replied.
"You can stay here if you help me replace the window you broke." I pointed to it and he followed to where my finger led to.
"That was my brother, Thor, but I will help you for your kindness towards me fair maiden."
"Cool." I smiled. "I actually have a spare room so you can stay there, come on."
As the God followed behind me I could feel something warm in my chest, something that I had only felt once before when I was in love with a previous man. Oh man, what have I gotten myself into?
