Hope everyone had a fun Halloween night.
So here is the next chapter I hope you guys like.

"Officer Marlo Cruz, we have made our decision." Elaine Peck said as head of the table, Marlo standing at the other end.
"I am prepaid for whatever my punishment is Ma'am and Sir's" It was true. She didn't know what it would be but she still hadn't made any arrangements, just in case.
"We have gone over everything you've been involved in since you first started with S.W.A.T, up to and including your transfer to Fifteen." The chef of Police started.
"We've talked to all of the people you've worked with from the S.W.A.T team members, to your co-workers at Fifteen." Elaine Peck stated next.
"Over all the years that you have been on the force, you have only killed one person. To save your partner at the time." Her old Sergeant stated next.
Marlo closed her eyes at the memories that came with that statement. The woman was bipolar like she was and she charged at Andy with a knife. She did what she had to do.
But, the woman had been bipolar, and that was what made it so hard.
"We have two options for you. One you can quit." The Chef of Police said.
Tears started to well up in her eyes.
"Or you can agree to fortnightly drug testing, to make sure you are on your medication." Peck finished saying, which made Marlo smile.
"For a while you will be on desk duty for the term of your probation." Her old sergeant told her.
"So Officer Cruz, what option will you accept?" The chef of Police asked her.
"Option two."
"Very well. You're first drug test will be Friday and when the results come in you can start on desk duty until your probation period is up." Elaine Peck said dismissing her.
"Thank you." Marlo said before she left.
After a long shift Nick and Fiona decided to go and see Andy at the hospital. They stopped and got her a burger, fries and a bottle of juice.
Fiona was nervous. Not only was she meeting her boyfriend's ex, and best friend, but she was also the woman that owns her uncles heart.
Even though he left to make her happy, he still loved her.
"You ready?" Nick asked as the elevator began to open on the floor they needed to get off on.
"As I'll ever be." She told him grabbing his hand as they stepped off onto the floor.
They traveled the few meters to Andy's door. Nick was about to knock when he heard a very heart broken Andy.
"Sam, please if you want me to be happy come back."
They walked into the room to find Andy hanging up the phone holding something in one hand and wiping under her eyes with the other.
"Andy?" Nick said.
"Nick! Hey." She motioned for him to come give her a hug also hiding the ring before he saw it.
"God I'm so glad you're back. You have no idea how much I missed you."
"I missed you too." She looked up over Nicks shoulder to see a dark haired woman standing behind him. With Dimples.
Nick noticed and began to introduce them. " Andy this is my girlfriend. Fiona Swarek."
"Swarek?" Andy asked looking straight at her.
"As in Sam's niece." She said coming closer.
"Wh-where did he go?"
Fiona looked at her apologetically "He doesn't want me to tell you. He just wants you be happy. So he left so you can be."
"Please I'm not happy. Not without him. "
Fiona sighed and told her. They visited for a little bit before the doctor came in and told them visiting hours were over and that Andy would be released on Friday. The next day Andy planned on going after Sam.
Xavier knocked on a door he used to have a key for.
He hoped she was home.
They hadn't seen each other since that day at the station.
Marlo opened the door thinking in was her dinner order. The last person she thought would be at her door was Xavier.
"Xavier, Hey." She said surprised.
He chuckled at her being surprised. "Hey."
He waited on a invitation to come in, which Marlo gave.
They were seated at her island in her kitchen, she on one side he on the other.
She started their awkward conversation "So, how have you been?"
They talked about him starting undercover, then her transfer.
His relationship with Andy.
Hers with Sam.
Her secret about being bipolar, being out.
Then came that they were both single again.
"You know you being bipolar never changed the way I saw you or the way I feel about you."
She just sat looking at him dumb struck.
"What?" He asked.
"You said 'feel' not felt."
"Because I still feel it. " He said with Love in his eyes.
When Sam arrived at Sarah's she knew that something was wrong, but didn't push.
Fiona had called and told her the real story.
Sarah would try to bring it up, but Sam just changed the subject very quickly.
Fiona called Thursday night letting her know of a plan to get Sam back Toronto.
Sarah helped anyway she could.
Sam was going to be surprised and she couldn't wait.
But what she didn't know was Sam was looking to transfer down here.
As the day went by, Andy had people come and go. Hailey came by to tell her she had gotten in touch with her family and was going back home, but she promised that she would come to visit.
Marlo and Xavier came by together.
Thursday night when Fiona, Nick and Traci came by, Andy told Fiona her plan and wanted her help.
Andy wasn't going to lose Sam again. Not after his confession.
Friday morning came, Nick and Fiona came to get Andy from the hospital. Traci was waiting at Andy's condo for them.
They didn't even get out. Traci just came down with a bag in hand and got into the car.
Their drive was long, but Andy didn't care.
She played with the ring that was now on a chain around her neck. She was going to let him put it on her finger, and until then it stayed on the chain.
When they arrived, Fiona jumped out to see if he was at the house. He was, so she let Andy know to go around the back.
"Uncle Sam?" She called to let him know she was there.
"Fiona, hey. I didn't know you were coming."
He said closing his laptop.
"Yeah, about that. I have something for you." She said walking to him.
"Yeah, what's that?" Giving her a quick hug.
"You have to go out in the backyard before I give it to you."
Sam got up very curious about what was out there. When he walked out there he was speechless.
There stood Andy.
He turned to go back in but Fiona had shut and locked the door.
Sam turned back to Andy. "What are you doing here? Shouldn't you still be in the hospital?"
"I got out today." She said playing with her hands.
"Well shouldn't you be with Reed letting him take care of you?" San said letting a little anger out
"No." Andy was a little surprised by the anger coming from him.
"Well why are you here?"
"I came to talk to you."
"Okay talk." Sam said sitting down on the steps in front of her.
"I- uh I." She really didn't know where to start.
Come home
I love you
I'm happy with you
Put the ring on my finger
"Go home Andy. Go home to your boyfriend."
That gave her the courage she needed.
"No. I want you. You only."
"Funny just last week you were telling him you will always love him. You don't even know what you want Andy."
"Do you even know what you want Sam?"
"Yeah I want you to leave and to forget about me. Go back to your happy life and leave me the hell alone." He said getting up and walking away before he took it back from seeing the hurt in her eyes.
Fiona ran outside to help Andy sit down to catch her breath from crying so hard.
"He didn't mean it." Fiona said.
"Yeah he did. You didn't see the anger in his eyes."
She knew her uncle didn't mean it. "Come on."
She helped her into the truck and they were on the way back to Toronto.
A week later Frank told everyone that Sam had transfer to St. Catherine's. Andy was glad she had the next few weeks on desk duty.
So I want to start with How I handle Marlo because I know I will get some backlash. 1. She didn't cause any damage like she did on the show. No one got hurt physical. 2. Its AU.
So we cleared that up. I hope you guys like it. I tried to make it longer.
There is only a few more chapters left I feel like but we will see.
