You can't tell me it's not worth dying for you
"What does that matter Sesshomaru" Why did he always have to be so difficult.
"Kagome" What was wrong with her, he had never seen her so, desperate?
"You arn't meant to die" She dried her with her sleeve, she wore miko's clothing now.

"You care for me?" He asked,
"Hai" She whispered, not looking away, facing him,
"Why give you life for me, when I would not do the same for you"
She tried to look at him, but her belly flopped and her heart jumped , she quickly turned from him, her hair almost hitting him she spun so fast "I'm sorry, I- I tried to fight it, ignore it, how foolish could I be" She walked a few steps away the door "I'm sorry Sesshoamru, I never meant to I-
"Tell me" He grew tired of waiting, she was trying to tell him something, she had never been shy before, but now?
"I love you!" She yelled, she was so mad at her self, she bolted, to ashamed to stay in his presence.
He stood unmoving, even thought their conversation was heated, he never saw that coming, she had never once given him any type of sign that she ever felt that way. She hid it well, for his sake or her own?
What had he done to warrant her love? Did the girl even know what love was? He began to go after her.
She ran, Shippo was standing with Rin when she bolted "Kagome?" He asked,
"We have to go Shippo" She didn't slow down,
"Ill see you later Rin"
"Stay" Sesshomaru stated as he walked by them, Shippo's tail stopped waging "She told him"
"Told him what?" Rin asked,
"How she feels" It was about time.
Kagome slid open the door to find a storm brewing outside, the clouds were black and she could smell the rain. Her hands laid on the door and frame "I'm so stupid" The she let her hands fall and she moved, but then her wrist was caught and she gasped, and like a lightly bolt she was pulled and came crushing to his chest.
"Let me go!" She yelled, She didn't want hear anything he had to say,
"Miko" He warned,
"No, please, let me go" She was crying now as they rain started to fall "I'm sorry I came, I'm sorry I told you" She struggled against him but slowly calmed down,
"Kagome"
"Miko Kagome of the Shikon no tama!"
Both of them looked up to see a group and miko's and monks coming closer.
"It started" Kagome spoke "Sesshomaru, let me go"
He wasn't, he told her he would protect her,
"Miko Kagome, is this the path you choose?" One Monk spoke,
"I chose the innocent!" She yelled, trying to pull away from him,
They laughed at her "Innocent, yet you are within the arms of the enemy!"
"His not my enemy!" She yelled back,
"He is!" The man yelled "I cant see the blood on his hands"
"Yet you wish to kill him, then whos hand would be bloody then" She finally got her hand away and she stood in front of him,
"He deserves to die, it was the reason the Kamis above made us Miko, we are holy, they are demonic"
"He saved a child" She said softer,
"One child does that wash away the sins of a thousands deaths miko"
"He defeated Narakru" He stated strong,
"A mutial benefit" A miko spoke,
"Miko, you waste your breath" Sesshomaru spoke,
"I have seen the good in him, you can not judge him for his past sins" Kagome yelled again
"Oh but we can"

"Oh and will you answer for his sins?" A miko asked, she came forward "You were able to subdued his bother and now he is mated to our kind, it is the only reason he still lives, she answers for him"
"I don't understand" Kagome stated,
The miko looked past her to the demon in front of her "Will you allow her to answer for you?"

Kagome turned to look at him, then back to the miko,
"The when propose a pack" The man stated,
"A pack?" Kagome questioned,
"Yes, you wish to speak on their behalf no?"
"Yes" She said slowly, carefully,
"Very well, then we shall say a pack, you miko the strong of the strong, the immortal among us, shall make a binding order of the lands and beings to that of the strong of the strong, immortal among them, what say you demon?"
Kagome eyes went wide and she turned "Don't you-

Kagome turned to bolt from him, finally understanding, her power rose but he still grabbed her fleeting form, again, she burned his hand but he didn't care, he yanked her back and the breath was thrown from her chest and the force, it was so fast, she had no time to react, her hair was moved and he clamped down, her power was shut off effetely when he bit down, but her screams rose in its place.
The monk and miko watched in a transfixed stated as the demonic demon took to the miko, combining them.
