"So, Rose, I heard that your escapades that make you end up in the hospital wing happens yearly," Cassidy asked as we -I actually don't know where we're headed. "I know what happened the first year, what did you last year and this year?" Muggle Studies ended and here we are, walking by the hallways, with no destination but towards my shame.

"Oh, um I got lost in the castle and wasn't found until two days after." I was trying to see the room that my parents went to in the third floor corridor in their first year. To see if there were still evidences of the past event.

*Second year flashback

Saturdays. I love Saturdays. No classes meaning it's the perfect day to stay out under the sun and just burn oneself with the heat. But of course it would rain. Why let Rose Weasley enjoy the day when you can make her miserable. Stupid rain. Why didn't you happen during weekdays, I would have appreciated it more. What am I supposed to do on a day like this?

Rose Weasley's to do list:

1. Visit the kitchen for some snacks to take outside (well that won't happen now)

2. Read a book, preferably outside

3. Do homework after reading

4. Sleep like a log

I guess I'll just have to settle to do these indoors. Question is, where?

Common Room - too noisy

Library - not allowed to eat

Dorm Room - there might be people or I would fall asleep

Kitchens? - can't disturb the elves

Hmm. You know for a really big castle, there's nowhere to stay. Oh well.

Dungeons: too dark and gloomy

Ground floor: too public

First floor: don't want to stay in classrooms

Second floor: nothing of notice

Third floor: ... Third floor corridor! I always wanted to visit!

So it was settled. I brought my bag full of snacks, a book, homework, a blanket (why not, it's fluffy) and not my wand. (For a self-proclaimed smart person, I sure am an idiot. I didn't forget about it. It just would fit in my bag and I didn't have pockets. I thought I didn't need it.)

I went through the door, half expecting Fluffy, the three-headed dog, towouldn't up but nothing. The room was fluffy-free and empty. The trapdoor was still there but it was locked and weak. Dejected, I sat on the trapdoor and thought of where to go next. As I made the motion to stand up, guess what happened - it broke! I fell! With no devil's snare to break my fall, my left foot broke instead. (I'm really starting to question my intelligence.)

"Bloody cakes!" Bloody tornado! Bloody! Bloody! Bloody hell! Groaning, I sat up and dragged my ass to the wall and rested my back. "Stupid. Stupid. Stupid." Chanting 'stupid' did not help. As I got my breathing even and the pain subsided, I thought of what to do. I can't walk. I don't have my wand. I can't cry for help. All I have is my bag. At least I have food.

I took out my blanket, some snacks, and the book I wanted to read, 'how to survive when you are stranded in an island'. Ha. Life is amusing. I'm sure someone will eventually notice my absence so I'll make the most of my time.

I read. I ate. I did my homework. I slept. A lot. Sunday passed the same way. Oh, why didn't anyone notice I was gone? Al, you stupid git, I was counting on you. Now I'm gonna die here all alone and forgotten. I'm hungry and dirty and cold. I cried myself to sleep.

The next time I woke up was on a comfy bed, with a fluffy pillow. The hospital wing. Sigh. Sobs. I cried like a baby.

"Rose?" Al, who was apparently sitting by my bed, approached me and gave me a hug. "We were so worried. What where you doing out there?"

"Alllllll..." and I cried harder. "I was so scared." Clutching hard onto his shirt, I started to hit him, "You idiot, why did you forget about me? I broke my leg!" - "I know." - "I'm hungry!" More tears. "There's food." - "I did my homework!" More hitting. "Good for you." - " I missed classes!" - "Yeah, me too." Hiccups prevented me to speak coherently so I just cried until I calmed down.

"Are you okay now?" Al asked.

"Yeah, I guess," cue sniff. "What happened? How did you find me?"

"I waited for you this morning in the common room but your roommates told me you never returned since Saturday. They thought you were with the family. I realized that I didn't see you at all yesterday so I got worried and asked people. Nobody saw you. I told Uncle Neville about it and we found you there, asleep."

"Is she awake?" Aunt Hannah appeared, bringing what I expect are some nasty potions. "Drink this, dear" - eugh, that's disgusting - "You shouldn't get in so much trouble if you don't like all these potions." Good point. "You're gonna have to stay here until your leg is fixed which I believe is around the end of the week." Another week of missed classes. Sigh.

"Okay."

"What happened?" Cassidy asked expectantly.

"I broke my leg and left my wand in my dorm." That wasn't a particularly good experience.

"Why? Where? How" Uhh..

"Um-"

"Cass, we have to hurry," the third person in our party spoke and dragged Cassidy away. "I'm sorry, we have to go." I have a feeling that sorry wasn't meant for their departure.

"Hurry for what? Go where?" I heard Cassidy ask before they turned around the corner. I shrugged.

"What's wrong with you, Scorpius?" Cassidy asked him when they finally slowed down to a walk.

"You were making her uncomfortable."

"Oh," she stopped. "We didn't have to leave her. You could have just pinched me." She turned and took his arm. "Let's go."

"What, wait-" She dragged him this time and jogged to where they came from.

"Rose!" Cassidy shouted as she saw the distinct mop of red hair.

"Cassidy," pause - am I allowed to call him Scorpius? "I thought you were going somewhere."

"Yeah, no. Scorpius forgot that we changed our plans. So we're free. Are you busy?"

"Not particularly. Why?"

"You wanna go with us to the greenhouse? I want to show you something." She seemed really excited, it's making me curious.

"Um. Sure." As long as I won't die, it should be fine.

"Great!" She clapped her hands excitedly. "Go ahead, and wait for me by the entrance. I'll asked Professor Longbottom for the keys."

"Wait!" And then she ran, leaving me with person number three. Okay... (I'm person number one by the way, Cassidy's number two.)

"Let's go."

"Okay." Silence. Silencio. That was the silencing charm. Did I do it silently and wandless? I must be awesome.

"Geh," I tripped and convenient soundcheck. Nope, 'Silencio' didn't work. He looked at me and I grinned awkwardly.

We arrived by the entrance of greenhouse number one and I was able to gather my courage to actually talk to him.

"I have a question." He looked at me and waited. Inhale. "May I introduce myself?" Now he looked confused. "It's just that we haven't been properly introduced so I don't know what to call you." Now he's surprised. "Anyway, I'm Rose Weasley. You can call me Rose." I extended my hand for a shake and he just stared at it with an amused expression. What? Was that too weird. Formal? Oh come on just reply so I would know what to call you. You can't be person number three at all times. I retracted my hand. He still didn't speak. Maybe my silencing spell really worked.

"I'm Scorpius Malfoy. You can call me Scorpius." Yes! He decided to humor me. Mission accomplished! I gave him big smile. He chuckled.

A/N: Three years. Um hi.
