"El" She said in a shaky voice.

"Hmm" He murmured.

She continued to shake him and he finally opened his eyes.

"What Liv?" He mumbled.

"I-I think my w-water broke"

"What?" Elliot said as he sat up and looked at Olivia. She nodded her head and he looked down to see the wetness on the bed.

"I'll grab your bag" Elliot said as he got out of bed. "Are you okay?" He asked stoping.

She smiled. "Yeah Ba-" She stopped and winced in pain. He moved closer to her. "I'm fine, just a contraction." She smiled lightly.

"Love you" He murmured and kissed her head.

"You get the bag, I'll get Maureen" Olivia spoke as she started to get up.

"You sure you're okay?"

"Yes, I'm not go to break El, I'm just in labor" She kissed his cheek.

Olivia walked over and stood by Maureen's bed.

"Maur, come on sweetie" Olivia shook her. "you gotta get up" Maureen's eyes opened and she smiled.

"What Mommy?" she yawned.

"The babies are coming" Olivia smiled.

"What!" Maureen said smiling wide.

"Come on, we have to go to the hospital"

"Yay! I can't wait" Maureen said somehow getting a bolt of energy. She jumped out of bed and grabbed a duffle on the floor.

"I got my bag, I've had it packed for weeks!" She said taking Olivia's hand. "Come on mommy, I want my siblings!" Olivia laughed and walked out to see Elliot ready.

"You ready?" He asked.

"As I'll ever be" She smiled. They all made their way to Elliot's car. It was late August and it was humid out. Olivia sat in the back with Maureen. Maureen took Olivia's hand and smiled.

They pulled up to the hospital and Elliot got out and grabbed Olivia's bag. Maureen got out and Elliot helped Olivia. She held on to Elliot as they walked into the hospital, Her contractions were about ten minutes apart. She squeezed his hand as another contraction hit her. She stood at the doors holding his hand and holding her abdomen.

"You alright?" Elliot asked when she stopped.

"Yeah, Almost over" She breathed. "I'm good" She smiled and took Maureen's hand as they walked in.

They walked up to the counter and they lady smiled.

"How can I help you?"

"Hi, I'm Olivia Benson. My water broke about 30 minutes ago." She smiled.

"Oh, Ms. Benson! We will get a room for you right away" She smiled.

"That was easier than I thought it would be" Olivia breathed.

"Fill this out and a nurse will show you to your room soon." She handed the clip board to Elliot and they went and sat down.

About a half an hour later Olivia was situated in her room. She was laying on the bed, Maureen was fast asleep in the chair and Elliot had gone to get her something to drink. She watched Alex walk in.

"Liv! How are you feeling?" Alex said walking over to the bed.

"Better now that I'm lying down."

"Good, where is Elliot?" She asked looking around.

"Right here" Elliot smiled as he walked into the room.

"Hey El" Olivia breathed as the monitor started to beep signifying another contraction.

"I hate these damn things" Olivia murmured squeezing Alex's hands. A few seconds later the pain subsided.

"Better?" Elliot asked.

"Much" she said taking the water out if his hands.

"Good" He walked over and kissed her head. She smiled up at him and took his hand.

"I'm going to take Maureen and head back to my house." Alex smiled as she walked over and took the sleeping girl in her arms.

"Bye Alex, thank you" Olivia smiled.

"No Problem! I cant wait for my God baby!" Alex smiled before walking over and Kissing Olivia and Elliot's cheek.

"Bye Alex"

"Seeya guys!" She said before walking out.

Olivia and Elliot had been sitting in the hospital room another two hours. The doctor was checking to see how dilated olivia was. She let out a breath as another contrition hit her. They have been coming more often now.

"Looks like you are eight centimeters dilated" her doctor said.

"I am?" Olivia asked.

"Yes, soon we will start you pushing. We have to wait for you to be ten centimeters" She smiled.

"Okay" Olivia said a little uneasy.

"I'll be back in a half an hour" She said before walking out.

"El" Olivia breathed.

"Yeah" Elliot said taking her hand.

"What if I'm a bad mother?" She said looking away from him.

"What? Olivia how could you say something like that?" Elliot asked.

"What if I kill them?" She said her breathing becoming labored.

"Olivia, you aren't going to kill them!" Elliot said taking her chin in his hands.

"What if I'm like my mom?" She whispered.

"Liv, you are amazing with Maureen, You are a fantastic mother" Elliot said kissing her head.

"I didn't raise her from birth" she said turning away again.

"Liv" Elliot said. "Look at me" She looked over at him with tears in her eyes.

"You have been caring for these babies for eight months. You will be an amazing mother. We will do this together. You aren't alone Liv" Elliot breathed.

"You sure?" Olivia murmured as a tear slipped down her face.

"Positive" Elliot smiled wiping her eyes and kissing her softly on the lips. "You will be the best mother in the world" He smiled kissing her again.

"Thank you El" Olivia breathed.

"I love you" He kissed her again.

"I love you too" She smiled.

"Okay Olivia, Its time to push" Dr. Perry said. "When I say push you are going to push for five seconds… okay?"

"Okay" Olivia breathed as she gripped Elliot's arm.

"I'm right here baby" He whispered.

"Okay Olivia, Push" She said as one nurse watched the monitor.

Elliot felt Olivia's grip tighten on his arm. She kissed her head.

"Thats it Olivia"

Olivia let out a breath as she leaned back to catch her breath.

"Alright Olivia…Again"

"I hate you" Olivia breathed out as she pushed. "All…your…fault" She said her voice strained. She let out a breath again. "You and your damn super sperm"

Elliot couldn't help but chuckle. "I love you too Livvy"

"Okay Olivia, I cant see the head. Push"

Olivia made a strangled noise as she pushed again, she caught her breath and kept pushing.

"Come on Olivia, Keep going."

Olivia squeezed Elliot's hand as she pushed one final time. She collapsed against the bed as she heard screaming. Elliot kissed her head.

"You did great Liv" He murmured.

"It's a girl" Dr. Perry said as she showed the baby to Olivia.

"She's so beautiful" Olivia said tears forming in her eyes.

She had big blue eyes like her daddy and brown hair like her mommy. She was six pounds ten ounces. She was twenty inches long.

"Olivia she is perfect, just like her mommy" Elliot said as he took their daughter into his arms.

"Okay Olivia it looks like the next one is coming. You ready?"

"Yes, I want it out" She said smiling.

"Okay Olivia just like last time"

Olivia pushed a took a breath, just like she did last time. Elliot was standing tight beside her holding their baby girl. Soon she heard Dr. Perry talk.

"Your almost there Olivia, one more big push"

Olivia pushed one more time and she inhaled a deep breath. She looked up to see Elliot starring at Dr. Perry. Concern washed over her features.

"Why cant I hear crying?"
