"Your almost there Olivia, one more big push"
Olivia pushed one more time and she inhaled a deep breath. She looked up to see Elliot starring at Dr. Perry. Concern washed over her features.
"Why cant I hear crying?"
"Liv" Elliot breathed. She looked over at him with fear in her eyes.
The doctor quickly handed Olivia her baby. Olivia looked down to see her very much alive baby boy. She smiled as he looked down and saw his big blue eyes looking back at her. He has a less hair than his sister, but it was still brown. He was seven pound one ounce and twenty-one inches long.
"Some babies don't cry" The doctor said reassuringly. Olivia smiled up at him before handing her son to the nurse.
"I'm so proud of you Liv" Elliot said kissing her sweaty forehead. "I love you" He said pecking her lips.
The nurse came over and handed Olivia her baby girl. Olivia took her in her arms and looked at her daughter. Finally, they are one big family.
"So do you have a name?" The nurse asked.
"We Do" Olivia smiled at Elliot before looking at their daughter.
"Lily Hope Stabler" She said smiling.
"Wonderful, and for your son?" She asked as he was handed to Elliot.
Elliot kissed his head before looking at the Olivia "Jacob Lucas Stabler".
"Beautiful names" The nurse smiled.
"I love you Liv" Elliot said kissing her lightly on the lips.
She smiled up at him. "I love you too"
"Mommy?" Maureen said as she ran into the room.
"Hey sweetie" Olivia said as Maureen climbed into bed with Olivia. She snuggled into Olivia's side.
"Do you want to see your little sister and brother?"
"Yes!" Maureen said as Elliot and Alex picked up Lily and Jacob.
"Maur, This is Lily" Elliot said as he bent downy o show Maureen. Maureen's eyes got wide and she smiled.
"Can I hold her?" Elliot looked to Olivia.
"Of course" Olivia moved so Maureen sat in-between her legs and Elliot slowly handed Lily to her.
"Support her head, Like this" Olivia said holding Lily's head. Lily gurgled before smiling at Maureen.
"Mommy! She smiled at me! Look" Maureen said excitedly.
"I see!" Olivia said kissing Maureen's head.
"Maur, This is Jacob" Alex said showing her; her little bother.
"Can I hold him next?" Maureen asked looking down at Lily.
"Of course" Elliot said. Alex handed Jacob to Olivia and Elliot looked at his perfect family.
Olivia looked up at him and smiled, he couldn't be happier.
3 weeks Later
"They're finally asleep" Olivia said sitting down on Elliot's lap. He wrapped his arms around her. I was about 3 in the afternoon. She lied her head on his shoulder.
"Sleep" He murmured.
"Only of you sleep too" She murmured.
Since the twins have come home, they haven't been sleeping all that well. Olivia and Maureen haven't started school yet. They had two more weeks. Olivia would usually get up so Elliot could sleep cause he would work. So Olivia snuggled into his arms and they both fell asleep.
1 week later
Today was the Neighborhood cookout to end summer. The party was over at the Kelly's. Olivia and Elliot had gotten there early because over the summer, Melissa Kelly and her have gotten close. Olivia was in the kitchen Helping Melissa and Elliot was outside with John. The twins were sleeping in the guest room. Maureen was playing with Jack, They Kelly's little boy. Olivia smiled as she and Melissa continued to talk.
"So have you two been sleeping better?" Melissa asked.
"We have, we've gotten into a routine. I get up to get them if its after Two in the mooring. El will get up if its before then. That way we can both have at least a few hours of sleep. They are getting better though. They usually both get up around the same time every four hours" Olivia smiled.
"That's good! Jack was a handful when he was a baby, woke up every two hours." Melissa said smiling.
"I guess the twins are easy" She chuckled.
"How are you and El?"
"It's stressful, but we are okay" She smiled.
"No fighting?" Olivia and Melissa had grown very close and they tell each other pretty much everything.
"No, Not really. Only when we are really tired, but barely at all"
"Thats good, John was working a lot so that put stress on me" she breathed. "Now that Jack is older he and John do things together all they time. I love their relationship" Melissa smiled.
"I hope El and Jake will have the same"
"They will"
"I hope" Olivia smiled as she finished chopping everything and started mixing the salad.
"So, When do you think you two will have sex again?"
"Geeze Mel! I don't know, I wont be cleared for another two to three weeks!" Olivia said before she started laughing.
"I'm just saying, You will miss is"
"Oh I do" Olivia confessed, which caused both girls to break out into laughter.
"Mommy?" Maureen asked walking into the room.
"Yes?"
"Annabel is here" Maureen murmured. It took Olivia and Melissa all of three seconds to realize what that meant. Olivia took a sharp breath.
"Maureen go check on Lily and Jake please" She breathed.
"Yes Mommy" Maureen said as she and Jack ran into the back to check on the babies.
"Shit" Olivia breathed. If Maureen knew, chances are that Elliot knew too. She looked over at Mel who gave a faint smile and looked out the window. Mel looked back.
"He's here" She breathed.
"Why the hell is he here?" Olivia demanded.
"Someone must have invited him, after all it is a 'Neighborhood' cookout" Mel breathed.
"Oh no" Olivia said and stepped back only to feel Elliot's arms wrap around her.
"Liv" He breathed holding her close. She slowly turned in his arms and he held her tight.
"Are you okay?" He murmured.
"Yeah, for now" She said.
"He won't touch you" Elliot nearly growled.
"El" Olivia murmured looking up at him. He kissed her forehead.
"I love you Olivia"
"I love you too Elliot" She said pulling him into a slow passionate kiss.
Mel's breath caught as Frank walked in with Ilene close behind. He eyed Olivia as she and Elliot kissed. Elliot pulled her closer and she let out a low moan, only loud enough for him to hear. She slowly pulled away and smiled up at him. They both turned as Frank cleared his throat.
"Elliot, Olivia" He said with a slick grin.
Elliot held Olivia close. "Frank"
