Alrighty guys, sorry for being late. I do have an excuse though. Do to unforeseen circumstances we couldn't pay our internet bill and we took off to my grandmothers for Christmas. So I will tell you like I said in the DF update. I will be doing a chapter today the 28th of December and I will be doing two on Friday. Anyway, today will cover the Genin test, so it won't be long, but it will finish the test and it will open the door to start doing wave in the next couple. I might do a chapter in between this one and the second Friday where it's just them relaxing at Konoha before the big mission to Wave. Alrighty, well let's go!

Naruto opened his eyes and stretched his limbs, he opened the curtains to his room and he looked over the village. These were the people of his new home, speaking of new homes his father moved him into what was supposed to be his room. It took a while, but he made it livable for now. HE smelled something in the air and decided to go downstairs. He threw on his long gray pants and walked down the stairs. HE came in to a very interesting sight, Minato sitting at a table with some food on it, his sensei, and a brown haired woman wearing an apron. Minato smiled to Naruto and motioned for him to join them.
"Good morning musuko, how did you sleep?" Naruto nodded and sat at the table thanking the woman for the food.
"Very well chichi, it was nice. I have never slept in a bed before, just on my futon." Minato nodded and waved at the two other people in the room.
"Kakashi you know, but this young flower is Mako. She is the cleaner for the house, she got here early and decided to make us some breakfast." Naruto bowed slightly to her.
"Arigatou, Mako-san." Mako smiled softly and waved her hand playfully.
"Its fine Naruto-kun, your Otou-san has been very nice to me. I look forward to learning more about you." Naruto smiled as he put some of the food on his plate and smiled.
"Itadakimasu." They all started to eat, Naruto casually looked over at Kakashi and his father. When they had all finished eating they went to their respective rooms to finish dressing. Naruto closed the door to his room and walked to the dresser. HE opened it up and retrieved his burgundy pants and top, also a deep crimson sash to tie around his shirt to keep it tucked. His uncle had given him this garb, traditional wear for the Yu Yan archers were a gray set of pants and shirts with a burgundy jacket and waist cloth with a brown or burgundy sash to show status. However his uncle gave him a different set of clothes to show that while he was a Yu Yan archer he was also a ninja. Naruto threw his garb on and went to the bathroom; he took out a small jar and looked at the fading mark on his face. He touched it softly and shook his head, now was not the time for such thoughts. HE took some of the substance in the jar out and rubbed it over his eyes and parts of his face. HE looked in the mirror to see the color in the markings returning. He capped the substance and left the bathroom. He walked over to his bed and took out some tape and tapered off the ends of his pants to keep them taught across his ankles. He taped his right forearm from elbow to wrist. He smiled testing the lee way that the bandages had and he went downstairs. Once at the door he pulled on his socks and pulled his burgundy and black boots on. They rose half way up his calf, he buckled them closed and stood to leave.
"Naruto, before you leave can I have a word?" Naruto removed his shoes and walked into the kitchen to see Minato still eating.
"What's the matter Chichi?" Minato smiled softly.
"I just wanted to ask you how you were feeling today. It's a big day in a land you are unfamiliar with, and I just want you to be open and honest with me." Naruto nodded.
"To be honest I am a little nervous, this is similar to the time I had to sneak into Ba Sing Se with two other archers. I'm nervous, but I can handle it, after all I am the Red Hot-Blooded Habanero's son." Minato nodded, Naruto went back and put his boots back on and grabbed his bow by the door. It was a special bow to him, the body was willow, the string was twined horse hair and it had carving for the Chinese talismans of Luck, Health, Visualization, and Silence. Naruto smiled softly brushing his thumb over the one for health and he shouldered his quiver, with this Naruto left to meet his team at the bridge in front of the hospital.

Naruto came upon the bridge but something wasn't right, only Sakura was there. Sasuke should have been there by now; Naruto approached the bridge and waved to his teammate.
"Hey Sakura-san." Sakura smiled widely.
"Good morning Naruto-san, how was your morning?"
"It was good thank you for asking, do you know where Sasuke-san is?" Sakura shook her head. Naruto and her fell into a comfortable silence. Ten minutes later Sasuke strolled up to the bridge looking like hell. Sakura looked worriedly at him.
"Sasuke-kun! Are you ok?!" Sakura rushed over to him seeing him scratched up.
"I'm fine, one of the children decided it would be funny to trip me and I fell into a briar bush. I will be fine soon, it looks worse than it is. Thank you for asking though." Sakura blushed and nodded, the three fell in together and waited for their Sensei to arrive. Naruto getting annoyed, he knew his teacher left before him so why was he late? Naruto started to walk around the corner to the bathroom when he was struck by something, or someone. Naruto looked up from his position and was lucky his war paint kept his blush from being seen. Atop him was a brunette with long hair in one braid, pink pants and a pink half shirt. Her stomach was exposed and so was her blush as to their precarious situation. Naruto looked up at her, she looked down at him, her pelvis pushing against his mouth. She squealed and stood up, she blushed badly. Naruto stood and brushed himself up, Sakura and Sasuke hearing the squeal came running around the corner.
"Naruto-san! Are you ok?" Naruto nodded and waved back to his teammates.
"We're fine, it was an accident, I apologize miss, I should have been watching where I was going." The teen nodded and she bowed softly.
"My name is Ty Lee, you should relax, and your aura is kinda pinkish and red, probably from embarrassment and anger at yourself for not seeing the situation." Naruto look dumbfounded, she hit the nail on the head. He looked at her and he blushed again, he smiled to her gently and nodded.
"Yeah, I'm sorry Lee-san." She shook her hands.
"Oh please just call my Ty-chan!" Naruto blushed and scratched at his cheek and nodded.
"Alright, Ty-chan, I am sorry for not watching where I was going, I would like to repay you for my mistake, maybe some drinks appropriate for our age and some dinner?" Ty Lee blushed and nodded.
"That sounds nice, oh I was actually trying to find something, and could you all point me towards the Yamanaka Flower Shop? It is my first day working there and I'm lost." Sakura nodded, knowing the place well, and gave the girl the directions. She waved goodbye to everyone and started running off. Sakura was giggling at Naruto and Sasuke gave him a smirk. They all jumped when someone suddenly spoke however.
"Yo! Sorry I'm late everybody. Now, let's go to the training field. Yosh!" Kakashi smiled and started leading them away towards the training field.

Alrighty guys, how was it? Gimme some reviews people! I feel lonely inside without them ;-; Anywho I am finding it difficult to write fight scenes with someone who wields a bow so if anyone has any tips anything would be helpful! Just PM me with the subject BT ( bow tips ) I personally have been trained with a Bo staff so I'm better with that and spears than a bow and arrow. Anyway you know the drill, review, favorite, all that good shit. Remember Friday is two chapters of this and a short one for Darkness Falls, which I think I know exactly what I'm going to write.
