Alrighty guys, so I know there are some questions to ask, but I made it clear during the story. Akatsuki are not a large player in this story, the remnants will play a part but will not play much. Nagato is alive I will tell you that, as is Itachi. Those two are key elements in the story. Anyways, let us get onto the story, ne?

Naruto's eyes fluttered open, he felt weak, drained almost. He smiled softly remembering what had happened within his mind. He faintly heard voices.
"NUR-"
"Ge- D- N- Na- Naru"
"Naruto ca- resp-"
Naruto opened his eyes fully, they felt so heavy. Tired, he was so tired. HE looked to his left and saw a black haired girl, so beautiful. HE stretched out his hand weakly and he touched her nose before his arm dropped. HE chuckled weakly.
"Got your nose." The black haired girl cried happily and enveloped him in a hug; she kissed him ferociously and probably would have done more if it weren't for the present company. Naruto looked around and saw Sarutobi, Kakashi, Sasuke, Sakura, Kurotsuchi, and a couple of ANBU. He felt his chakra being sapped and looked to his bare chest. Chakra seals, great his day was just getting better. He felt his mind wrinkle for a second and the chakra seals burnt out. HE felt his energy returning to him and he sat up. He could feel things he had never felt before; he felt the kindness and worry emanating off of Sakura, Kurotsuchi, Kakashi, and surprisingly Sasuke. HE could feel the weariness and the fear coming off of the ANBU and he felt the sadness, the worry, and the underlying anger from Sarutobi. Naruto gave a single fingered salute to Sarutobi and he grabbed the chains around his feet ripping them like they were paper and he went to stand, he started to fall but he felt Kurama's chakra rush through them and he stood straight. He looked at the shocked faces of the people there and he smiled.
"It's almost like you all missed me, eh?" ANBU surrounded Naruto and he felt their blades at his throat.
"Kyuubi, let Naruto have his body back, or have you devoured his soul?" Naruto looked confused.
"Old man what're you talking about? Kurama is still in my gut." Hiruzen snarled and the ANBU had him on the floor his hands behind his back and one hand pulled his head back by his hair forcing him to look up at Hiruzen.
"I repeat, Kyuubi, what have you done with Naruto!" Hiruzen was about to pull out a Kunai when Kakashi plopped down in front of Naruto. His sharingan spinning he almost read Naruto's mind.
"It's him, who else has a naked Kurotsuchi, pranks, and trying to sneak alcohol on his mind?" Hiruzen sighed as the ANBU vanished with a pop. Naruto stood stretching his shoulder out; he walked up to Hiruzen and looked him in the eye. Hiruzen went to hug Naruto but Naruto kneed him in the balls.
"Mom basically told me to give you that. You don't want what she really told me to do; it deals with chains, bondage, and several buckets of dog pheromones." Hiruzen stood shaking the blow off and he stared into Naruto's eyes demanding answers.
"What do you mean your mother, your mother is"
"Dead I know, dad sealed a part of her chakra and soul into my seal so when a certain event would happen she would be there to help me subdue Kurama. When Kuro attacked my soul it activated both parts of the seal releasing the sealed copy of dad and mom. I know everything old man, everything." Hiruzen looked like he aged fifty more years and he sat down in a chair.
"We will talk about it later, for now I need to know, not as the Hokage, but as Hiruzen, why is Kyuubi's chakra flowing through your coils freely?" Naruto nodded and sat back down on the bed, Kurotsuchi crawled onto it with him and sat in his lap, he wrapped his arms around her waist laying his head on her shoulder.
"Kurama and I have been friends for a long time, old man. When Kuro invaded my body when I was a child Kurama made himself known. Over the years I have come to know him and we have an understanding, he is my partner now. He has given me free reign over his chakra, he trusts me." Hiruzen nodded and he looked to Naruto.
"I need to get back to work, but keep me updated Naruto, you may trust him, but I don't." Naruto nodded and Hiruzen vanished. Not a puff of smoke or swirl of leaves, just gone. Naruto smiled as he let a sigh he hadn't realized he had held go. The next two hours were questions from his teammates and friends, when his teammates had left and his friends as well the only three left were Naruto, Kurotsuchi, and Kakashi. Naruto smiled softly and whispered in Kurotsuchi's ear, she stood and left the room leaving Naruto and Kakashi.
"So, how much did they tell you?" Naruto smiled softly.
"Everything. Thank you for protecting me all this time, Sensei." Kakashi smiled and ruffled Naruto's hair gently and nodded.
"Tell you what, you get out of the hospital in the next week, I'll sign you three up for the Chunin exams, and I'll even track down Master Jiraiya to come and fulfill his duties as your godfather, how does that sound?" Naruto smiled softly and nodded, but Kakashi saw tears coming down his cheeks and onto the bed matting. Kakashi laid a hand on his shoulder and Naruto lifted his head looking into Kakashi's eyes.
"Thank you, big brother." Kakashi smiled and went to leave the room.
"You're welcome, little brother." Kakashi turned to the side letting Kurotsuchi into the hospital room and closed the door as he left. Kurotsuchi smiled as she saw Naruto relax into the bed and she crawled into it next to him handing him a small tray of food and a coffee. Naruto thanked her and the two laid there talking about the events that took place in his mind and what his parents had told him. Kurotsuchi sipping on her coffee relaxed for the first time in almost three months against her lover, she smiled softly and thought she would have liked his parents. When she had finished her coffee she threw the cup into the garbage, same as Naruto's and she left the tray by the door for the cleaner to take to the cafeteria for washing. Naruto sighed deeply holding his lover, content with the world for now. He smiled seeing her yawn.
"You can go to sleep if you want." She shook her head and wiped her eyes and turned over resting her back to his chest. She smiled softly as she decided to tease him.
"You know for being in a coma for three months, I'm glad there are some things that still work as they should." Naruto coughed in surprise and Kurotsuchi giggled.
"Gotcha!" She smiled widely and he wrapped her in his arms, he chuckles and pokes her forehead.
"Seems someone hasn't lost their sense of humor, princess." She winked and snuggled against him.
"You need to hush and learn your place, warm pillows don't talk." Naruto buried is nose into the crook of her neck kissing his way up it, he nibbled her ear lobe and heard a faint gasp as his hands went under her shirt and traced her naval.
"Can pillows do this?" She groaned and shook her head; he smiled as he started kissing and nipping on her neck. His hands rose slightly higher and he could feel she wasn't wearing a bra, he brushed the under skin of her developing bust with the nails of his thumb. HE felt her gasp suddenly and arch her back. She captured his mouth with her own for a second before sitting on his pelvis; she ground against him her hips bucking softly against his. She saw the look on his face and decided it felt good for both so she would keep rubbing herself against him. She removed her shirt and lay against his chest still rubbing against him. He smiled softly as he wrapped his arms around her burying his face against her neck continuing to kiss and nip at it. She moaned softly feeling herself getting moist. HE flipped the two over and moved himself southward his mouth trailing against her skin planting kisses and nips. When he reached her tender breasts he gave them one soft long kiss and he took the right mound of flesh in his left hand and the left mound in his right hand. He started using his fingers to play with her nipples and knead the breasts, she moaned a little louder her back arching again. He smirked as he gave a rough lick against the tender underside of the breast, he felt her hips bucking against his as he pushed against her core with his. She moaned loudly and Naruto trailed his tongue underneath her breasts to her left breast. He suddenly took her nipple into his mouth licking it, suckling it, and grazing it with his teeth. He heard her moaning again and he was snaking his left hand towards her pants, no sooner the finger tips pushed under the cloth did the door open.
"Oh my, I…I'm sorry, I will come back another time." The startled teens sat up Kurotsuchi covering herself with her balled up shirt and Naruto groaned in frustration. Sakura blushed a deep crimson and she left the room closing the door. Kurotsuchi panted lying back against the bed as she pulled her shirt on. Naruto got out of the bed and he leaned over kissing her cheek.
"We will finish this later, love." Kurotsuchi sighed in frustration.
"I was getting close too." Naruto chuckled as he stretched his limbs and cracked his back. He tapped a seal on his left arm and a suit of his clothes popped out. Looking at the coat he saw the insignia Kuro and he had made together. He gripped it tight and threw it into the garbage. He threw on his pants, sandals, and a tank top. He turned and smiled softly to Kurotsuchi who had stood and was walking towards the door.
"Where are you going?" She gave him a sigh.
"To finish off, anyway, I'll see you at home; I signed the papers for you to check out. You're free to leave when you want." Naruto chuckled but nodded. He checked his storage seal on his arms and shoulders, all of his gear was accounted for. Naruto stepped outside of his room and took his leave of the building. As soon as he stepped outside he took a deep breath, he wondered why people were gasping but he would find out later, he always does. With a strong leap he took off towards the cemetery, he had a mission given to him by his parents he had to fulfill. He felt another wave in his mind and nodded, he pumped Kurama's chakra into his limbs and he took off even faster than before. Passing by buildings flipping over poles, vaulting gaps in buildings, he felt free, he felt alive. Before too long he arrived at the cemetery of Konoha. Knowing his mother wouldn't be buried with his father in the Kages crypt he went towards the part of the cemetery labeled with the last names starting with U. He ran to the end and came across three names with Uzumaki written on them. Uzumaki Kushina, Uzumaki Mito, and Uzumaki Kaizen, Naruto looked puzzled but he would ask his Sensei later about it. He channeled chakra to his hands as he started to dig, it would protect his fingers should he hit anything hard. HE dug and dug knowing exactly what he was going for until he felt his hands graze wood. He felt along the lines of the object and he grasped the hinged door. He opened it softly and he caught a smell that made him gag and he saw a skeleton with a little sinew along the bones. He smiled softly and reached down brushing his thumb across the cheek bone.
"Mom, I am here to collect what you have guarded for me. I love you, and I await the day I join you in the afterlife. I'll even find dad and I'll make sure he's safe, so wait for us. I love you." HE shifted her skeleton which fell into a pile of bones at the bottom of the rounded casket. HE saw it, a small seal; he held the tiger sign as he bit his right thumb. HE swiped the blood across the seal and channeled his chakra into the seal and out popped the sealed items. His mothers hair clip, diary, two gold bands, a locket, kunai, and a scroll. Naruto used some blood to make a small storage seal on his neck and sealed them into it. Naruto reached down one more time and caressed the skulls cheek and closed the casket. HE jumped out of the hole he had dug and was met with an ANBU with long purple hair wielding a sword poised to strike through his throat at a moment's notice.
"Who are you and what are you doing at my master's grave?" Naruto nodded and he motioned for her to remove her sword from his throat. She obliged him and recovered the grave with dirt.
"My name is Naruto Uzumaki, yes I am the Kyuubi's jinchuriki, but I am Kushina's biological son. Recently something happened to my mind that forced me to relive some of my first moments as a child, and I saw the Yondaime sealing something into her skin. I figured something that would be sealed in there couldn't be lost so I came here to find out what it was." HE reached up to his neck and unsealed two items, Kushina's hair clip and her diary.
"These were hers and I found them inside of a seal that was lined on the side of the coffin. I've told you everything, so now, can I go?" The woman pursed her lips but felt a hand on her shoulder, Naruto looked on in shock, he knew that Kurama's chakra gave him the ability to feel emotions, but he had never felt a protective nature before, and this man's for her was like a bear to its young. The man nodded to her and she sheathed her sword. Naruto got a good look at the two, one in civilian gear with a sword on her back, the other a Jonin with a forehead protector in the form of a headband. He looked sickly but he could tell the man was dangerous. He looked to the man and nodded softly as he started to leave.
"If you are who you say you are, and you are Sensei's son, prove it. Tell me, you saw her inside of those visions you had, what did she truly look like?" Naruto's eyes softened as I brushed the hair clip with his thumb and he sealed the two items into his neck again. HE looked into her eyes seeing for some reason, desperation? Yes, desperation, hope, love, he felt it all. This woman thought of Kushina as more than a sensei, it was clear for him.
"She was beautiful, hair like the color of love, so beautifully red. HE skin was pale, almost like milk, but radiant and more like marble. Her eyes were so full of love and kindness they made you want to melt around her and just trust her with everything. She was amazing I could tell enough of that from her image." Naruto smiled softly and all of the sudden he was entrapped by the woman in an embrace. HE felt her hugging him tight.
"Little brother I thought you had died! I searched for you but the Hokage said you had died, I can't believe it. After all this time you are alive!" She buried her face into the crown of his head and cried softly for almost half an hour. The man walked over to them and placed a hand on her shoulder and she looked to Naruto and wiped her eyes.
"If you ever need help or training, come to me ok? Your mom was like a mom to me and I owe her so much, but she was family. You are my family too now Naruto." Naruto nodded softly and took out a piece of paper from his pocket, he wrote his address on it.
"Here, if you ever want to visit and I am in Konoha, I live here. Don't worry; I'm not leaving anytime soon, okay?" The woman nodded and smiled softly down to him.
"My name is Yuugao, and this is my fiancé Hayate." Hayate nodded to him and Naruto felt him calm down a little. Yuugao watched Naruto turn to leave but Hayate jogged over to him and whispered something into his ear. Whatever it was it made Naruto's eyes widen, Yuugao wondered what it was.
"What'd you tell him dear?" Hayate stopped next to her and smiled softly.
"Nothing important, it was just something man to man." Yuugao nodded and relaxed against him laying her head on his shoulder. The two just stayed there in the presence of her master.

Hayate ran over to Naruto and stopped him.
"Hey, what's up?" Hayate leaned over to Naruto's ear and he whispered.
"If I find out you are lying, you will wish you were dead. If you think Kakashi is strong, you don't want me as an enemy. Yuugao is my life, so make sure not to betray her." Hayate stood and went to leave. Naruto stood there stunned for a second and took off towards his apartment. Naruto just met one of the only three men he would come to fear.
