6. Chapter 5

Another Battlefront ch 5

We are looking in an unfamiliar classroom at 5 females in front of this classroom, who all seem to look over at the window. Just as they do a body comes flying from out of the woods and splatters blood all over it, another and another hits until the window is completely red and unable to see through. One of the females walks over and closes the windows shutters, as she does we see a sign in the corner of the classroom that says,
"9th GRADE
Classroom 3"
Then one of the females slams her fists on the desk in front of the class. This girl is wearing the standard unform for her class except she also has a black hoodie that the hood now fell back and we see her clearly. She looks just like Mei but isn't Mei.

Girl; (points at windows after slamming hands on desk/podium) THAT IS WHAT WE ARE DEALING WITH NOW! one of our enemy's has gone completely insane, and has been hunting down and killing ALL OF US! EVERYONE YOU SEE BEFORE YOU...is it, we have what's left stationed out in the forest near where we plan to ambush the Deadly Alive Battlefront."

The girl who closed the blinds steps up, she looks older then everyone else, she wears the standard uniform as well with noting extra, except a bit longer skirt then the rest and she has lipstick and earrings as to where most of the girls do not.

Girl 2; we have received information (turns on projector in front of class) that whoever has gone mad, is someone of high rank in their class, and this person, is the key to them discovering our secrets about them."

A third girl steps up, this one is in the standard uniform but has her entire head including her hair concealed and hidden, she speaks in a muffled voice due to her mask.

Girl 3; for those of you who habe been recently recruited to our class, the five of us are the highest ranks here, the first girl was our class leader, miss Fujioka Misaki, then there was miss Reiko Mikami, and the other two who havnt stepped up yet are only known as the twins, they had infiltrated the enemy's ranks at one point until they were being investigated by a couple officers who were suspicious. But they have many powers that no others in this world do as they were witches in their past life. They have gathered all our information and infiltrated as necisary. I will let them speak now."

Student shouts and raises hand

Student; wait! You didn't tell us your name!"

Girl 3; my name?...my name is of unimportance, knowing it won't accomplish anything for you, and besides we can't let you be telling the enemy's everything if you're captured."

Twins; which by the way, we doooo habe two poor souls who were captured, if you happen to find them, you will be well rewarded for finding out what they leaked, and then killing them mercilessly."

Twin 1; now, what information we gathered was the one who has gone completely coucou is member Luca, (showing video of last fight seen) now you see, we hurt Yusa, in trying to kill Yui, yusa showed her affection for yui and Luca was devistated, once Luca saw Yusa unconscious it was all she needed to snap! She lost her mind and started killing everyone that enraged her. She is a large threat to us, however she is vulnerable and weak from fear, sadness and loneliness."

Twin 2; she is a threat to Yui as she tried to kill her too, with her weakened state we could make her switch sides, and without her, they will never be able to tie any of their previous lives together."

Twin 1; whiiich, we have just recently discovered a plan of there's, they are planning to attack us while we attempt to go after Luca. They want an all out warfar battle where we stage our last stands and fight for what lies inside."

Twin 2; which isn't just Luca, but Hope, and Kokoro as well. The three of then have a bond together, and two of them connect to the other and with it all can reveal who our master is and why she did what she did. We cannot allow this. We must win this battle and take the three of them."

Twin 1; orrr, we have another option, Yui and Yusa are weak and in their infirmary, we could send a small group in after them while the rest of us deal with the battle."

Twin; or we could get in as quick as possible and get the three of then on our side, habe them go in and (air quotes) take care of (end air quotes) Yui and Yusa."

Fujioka; I will leave this decision up to our 1st officer and 2nd in charge after me."

Girl 3; no, I...will go in myself and take care of them."

Reiko; now hold on you can't do it alone we don't know what kind if defense they have there."

Fujioka; work something out, now all of you take to your arms, we march within the hour."

All the students grab weapons and put them together from under their desks. The 1st officer pats her side where a gun of some kind seems to be. As she fills up on ammo something fall out of her hood, a bow.

Fujioka; (swiftly grabs the bow and hands it to her) here be more careful, people might recognize it if they saw it in battle."

1st officer; yes, I know."

As the class is getting ready a person walks in the door.
It is Jack. The 1st officer walks over to him.

1st officer; how many times have we told you not to come here directly. (Grabs hold of him) now what information do you have?"

Jack; (scared) I I'm sorry! L-look that girl I told you about Luca? Well turns out there's a secret about her, she's a witch. And her sister Lina, whome Fujioka killed, she was a witch too. That girl kokoro, s-she and hope were best friends in their past life. If the three of them get together they're gonna know what happened...h-how you and Fujioka killed all of them..."

1st officer; (tightens her grip) you talk too much, maybe it's about time I..."

She is interrupted by a loud sniper rifle fire sound.

Twins; oh shit...they are already attempting to take foot over us and are surely killing whats left of us out there."

Fujiioka;LETS MOVE PEOPLE!"

They leave the class room and shut the door behind them.

INSIDE LUCA'S DEN

Luca just enters back inside her room, she jumps onto her bed, looks at a picture of Yusa and smashes it, then she Crys. But then she hears a voice.

Kokoro; I know how you feel... (Comes and sits down on the bed next to her) I loved Yui myself... And now that they're...together...I just don't..."

Hope; (entering the room with tears in her eyes)Luca, Koko..."

Luca and kokoro turn to see Hope jumping onto the bed in between them.

Luca; kokoro...Koko, you're not Yui and I trust you I just I..."

Hope; look... I have a confession...koko..you're my best friend...you WERE my best friend in my previous life...that picture on your notebook of your past life...that was me as your best friend...we...I...we died together on that coaster.."

Luca; (sniffles) wait...did you say coaster?"

Hope; yes...Luca...the secrets have all been revealed and the three of us are the keys everyone needs to find the final pieces...we were never connected to these people before our accident. We...we all died...on a haunted roller coaster water ride...someone.. no...two people locked us all in, they must have arranged for all of us to be at that park that day, they waited till we were all on a ride together, all of us, and killed us all by fire, or actual murder with a weapon..."

Kokoro starts freaking out

Kokoro; I...NOOOO! DON'T HURT US!...PLLLLEASE (balling) DON'T HURT MY BEST FRIEND I LOVE HER...I WOUKD DIE FOR HER SO...(starts choking and convulsing)"

Hope; LUCA YOU HAVE TO DO SOMETHING!"

Luca; I...but..."

Hope; DAMNET PLEASE! ...she's all I haave...and...she loves you just as much as she loves me..."

Luca; ...s-someone loves me?"

Luca gets a determined look on her face, jumps up, Hope holds kokoro still as Luca casts a spell over top of them. A few moments later Kokoro gasps for air and breathes heavily for a moment then relaxes as she seems Luca and Hope.

Kokoro; I...I was it again..how we all died..Luca...you were there with us as an innocent person in the seat behind us...you tried to help...but...you got burned and died in the fire...Hope...you dragged my body out of there getting yourself burnt...I was still conscious and we were out alive thanks to you hope but then...I saw someone get killed outside in the forest around us...and then...a girl appeared...she...she looked like mei but..wasn't Mei, and she mercilessly killed us without any emotion...Luca I'm so..."

Hope; Shhhhh that's enough Koko, and I'm sorry but...I told your secret...how you..."

Hope looks at Luca and then looks back at kokoro, kokoro blushes.

Luca; to be honest... I have always liked you two..even..."

Luca sits down, she puts one hand on Kokoro's and one hand in Hope's, she holds them tight, the necklaces in her bowl on her dresser begin to shake and jump out, they float toward a necklace hanging on a mirror, the three necklaces shining float over above the glowing bowl on her desk, they fall in, and the second they do, Kokoro, Hope, and Luca all holds Eachother tight and start kissing one another, they all lay down on the bed and a bright light shines from the bowl and all that can be scene is a white screen. Then it fades, and the three of them are under a blanket together, with Hope in the middle. They all look like they just took a bath and had the happiest moment of their lives happen. They all look over to the emminating bowl on the desk, Luca jumps up wearing no bra and Kokoro's panties and rushes to the bowl, she looks inside, there's water, she stands their amazed and confused. Hope and kokoro then get up and come over too, (hope is wearing
Luca's panties, and Kokoro is wearing Hope's bra) they all look in the water in the bowl, look at Eachother, try to touch it one at a time but something almost magnetic pushes them back, except for when they try it at once, they all three then reach in together and pull out a single necklace. Kokoro and hope look confused but still pleased and weak.

Luca; "gasps" oh my gosh...my necklace was the one on the mirror...our...girls, our necklaces...that represented all that we are and were like our life forces just...if destroyed we wouldn't be, they all merged into one powerful enchanted necklace it's...like..."

Hope; (in a soft pleased mannor) it's like our baby"

Kokoro looking worse then them starts wobbling and almost falls to the floor, but as she begins to fall both hope and Luca let go of the necklace and reach and grab hold of kokoro. The necklace emerges on it's own from the bowl, as they hold kokoro up, the necklace shines, then, to their eyes in a flash the necklace is gone. But as they look down at themselves they see they have matching witch outfits with wands specially made for each one.
However so tired and exhausted from their "fun" they toss everything off, and jump back into bed and fall asleep cuddling together, mostly with kokoro being smothered by both of them.

IN THE WOODS OUTSIDE SSS HQ
At the midnight hour

Karinko, Aki, and Kouichi stand before the entire battlefront from a makeshift wooden platform.

Karinko; (standing attentive looking out across them) Today, we stand here, ready to fight, We are to draw attention from the enemy to get back our sisters, We have a chance today to rise up and change the tide of this ongoing war, you may think this is just some simple task or a Pety rivalry and this is for revenge. Well this is NOT! THIS IS WAR! we are Fucking DYING because of these people. Today, I ask you one thing, FIGHT! And make a change for us all, take down all you can and stay alert, watch out for Eachother."

Karinko steps back, Kouichi and aki step forward.

Aki; may you're blades strike with precision."

Kouichi; and may your hearts drown in their tears of blood."

Aki; fight hard, and we can win this!"

Kouichi; for those we have lost, and those we have found."

Karinko steps forward

Karinko; and for our fearless and brave leaders, FOR YUI!"

Aki; FOR YUSA!"

Kouichi; FOR HOPE!"

KARINKO; FOR KOKORO!"

Aki; FOR LUCA!"

KOUOCHI; FOR YUKARI!"

Karinko, Aki, Kouichi; FOR THE DEADLY ALIVE BATTLEFRONT!"

Battlefront; YEAHHHH!"

Everyone looks inspired in the battlefront, they all wave their weapons high in the air.

Karinko; ON MY SIGNAL, WE MARCH!"

Karinko looks to the sky above waiting for a signal.

DEEP IN THE FOREST

Yukari and her group are moving swiftly through the forest, Izumi slightly trailing behind them lost in thought.

Asura; (looking back at Izumi) are you alright?"

Izumi; huh? Yeah...I-I'll be fine"

Yukari; she's strong Asura she can take care of herself"

Kaito; w-we're nearing the mountain."

Yukari abruptly stops and holds her arms out stopping the others, inadvertently everyone falls over with the force.

Kyouko; (rubbing her head) gahhh what the hell was that for Yukari?!"

Yukari; sorry, but this is Luca's mountain we're about to see...she's a witch and a crafty person (gets up and starts sneakily walking along poking around with a stick) there's just got to be a..."

Yukari makes a high pitch squeel a minute or two later as she trips a wire and a giant fireball is shot through all the trees in front of her barely missing her, she looks a little scared and falls back trembling.

Yukari; tha...tha..."

Izumi sitting behind yukari puts her hand on her shoulder.

Izumi; you're ok, I promise, we need to give the signal soon, best friend."

Asura; someone seems to be acting more normal again."

Shiina; it is because they have switched roles, in their previous life together this is how things were."

Kaito; (suspicious) and just how do you know so much about them?"

Shiina holds out Hope's book.

Kaito; MY SISTERS BOOK! HOW DID YOU GET THAT!?"

Shiina; when she ran out crying she forgot it."

Aki; Ohhh she has that smart girls book Kyouko."

Yukari; huh Hope's book?"

Kaito; all of you are new so you wouldn't know about some of our more delicate secrets. What exactly have you READ in that."

Shiina; what was needed"

Kaito; I don't know how you even were able to read it without..."

Shiina; (playing with her weapons, spinning them on her fingertips) I have my own collection of everyone's dna samples and blood, I need nothing more."

Kaito; wha...HOW DID YOU..."

Shiina; unless you'd like Asura to find out your secret, I suggest you quit prying."

Asura; (staring off into the sky) hmmm? Someone say my name?"

Kaito; (face red embarrassed)OK OK OK!"

Izumi; Yukari?"

Yukari sitting there starts seeing visions of that fateful day flash before her eyes, the flames, the water, the screams of people dying and the blood. Yukari's eyes widen and she starts shaking.

Yukari; (a few moments after Izumi questions her) NO NO NOOOOOOOOOO! (she starts swinging and flailing her arms around) DON'T KILL HER DON'T (begins crying)"

Kaito; what the hell is she talking about?"

Izumi; Yukari, YUKARI! snap out of it! (Puts her hands on Yukaris cheeks)"

Yukari; (Screams and squirms) NO NO I WON'T TELL I SWEAR I DIDN'T (screams higher then before and everyone in the entire forest can hear)"

A rustling is heard about a quarter of a mile away.

Shiina; wee need to go, she has attracted unfriendly company."

Izumi; I...it's...Yukari...we need to give the signal"

Yukari; NO NO NO ! I WON'T TO WITH YOU LEAVE ME ALONE, YOU ALREADY KILLED IZUMI AND MY OTHER FRIENDS DAMNET WHAT MORE DO YOU WANT! (screaming and crying)"

Asura; FUCK SOMEONE SHUT HER UP!"

Izumi; no wait..."

Shiina; we need to get her back to hq, if were lucky she'll still be like this."

Kyouko and Aki; how would that be lucky?"

Izumi; because...she's seeing that day..something with that fireball triggered it."

A loud crash is heard nearby, then a high pitch ringing noise that only Yukari, Kyouko and Aki can hear. Kyouko and Aki drop to their knees

Kyouko; (holding hands over ears) ahhhh IT HURTS SO MUCH!..."

Aki; I CAN'T TAKE IIIT GAHHHHHHHHHH!"

Aki and Kyouko start to flash rapidly between their looks and some other person. Yukari stands up with eyes closed and points at the two of them.

Yukari; our eyes can betray us and fool our brain but they cannot fool our heart. Smoke and mirrors, ashes to ash, magic moon to magic light, REVEAL!"

A bright light glows brighter and brighter around the two

Kyouko and Aki; GAHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHH!"

The light fades as their screams stop. When the light fades their true identitys are shown.

Shiina; the twins?"

Kaito; if you know the twins...then they did betray us."

Asura; mmm but to do it again?"

Shiina; this explains it. They always fed information to class 3 but none of us knew how they would always be able to acquire so much. They can shapeshift into anyone they please."

Yukari; (standing looking down) they need to be killed"

Wind picking up around them.

Izumi; (shocked and astonished at Yukari's words) what!? But how do you? Or why...you...yukari..."

Shiina; she's right, we need to take them to Luca, she can kill them."

Asura; well (grabs one of the twins bodies) lets get moving. Oh and sense you all have been so goddamn busy (pulls out flare gun shoots straight up into the air) now lets move."

SSS HQ
about 2 minutes waiting after speech.

Karinko; (sees flare) that's it! TO ARMS we march, NOWWWWWWWW!"

Kouichi; TO BATTLE!"

Battlefront; (shouting a warcry)"

They march into the forest toward the mountain.

OTHER SIDE OF FOREST

Reiko; LOOK! (points to sky)"

Fujioka; CLASS 3! THIS IS IT! The Enemy has waved their flag of war to us, it is our time to end their lives and capture their sisters hearts."

Girl 3; TO ARMS! WE MARCH! (pulls out gun)ONWARD TO VICTORY!"

The assassins march out toward the mountain.

Yukari and her group are on the cliff they have to jump up onto rocks from, just as they hear the two sides marching in, they look to their left as they hear a noise and see Aki.

Aki; oh hey, I see you've made it this far and found the traitors, good job."

Kaito; uhhh Aki, WHAT THE FUCK ARE YOU DOING UP HERE!?"

Aki; we all agreed guns are for extreme circumstances only, well, (sets down .50 calibur and semi-automatic sniper rifles in front of him on bipods) I'm going to be up here sniping making sure we have the upper hand and in case they have a plan to get our girls.

Izumi; good thinking, well, good luck to you."

They begin their climb up slowly. Aki finishes setting up his sniper and peers around the battlefield through his scope.

Aki; well well what do we have here?"
He shoots a shiny string on a tree nearby a group of assassins. The assassins look up as the metal string falls in front of them. They look at Eachother, then the ground beneath their feet catches fire and they all drop their weapons and start running around in a panic.

Aki; hahah, war just isn't war without some idiots dying from stupidity. Now wait a second..."

He looks down where a small group of assassins is near the mountain alone who are killing anyoennwho gets near them with ease. Aki gets a look at one girls face and he jumps.

Aki; that...that girl looks like Mei but.. her eye gives me a cold feeling...huh what the hell!?"

He sees one girl next to her pull out a gun and shoot anyone who gets near.

Aki; alright you want a not fair fight I'll...(someone taps on his shoulder, he reaches for his knife slowly)

Izumi; calm down it's just me"

Aki; (sighs in releif) what the hell are u doing down here? I thought u were going with them."

Izumi; n-no not anymore, I need to fight"

Aki; after learning what we did I don't blame you, need a weapon?"

Izumi; no, but...you havnt shot at anyone except those 7 idiots who...seem to still be running in circles screaming on fire."

Aki; patience, I can't give away my position or I'm fucked and so are all or you up there or well...them. what weapons do you have?"

Izumi; I have blades in my sleeves I'll be fine."

Aki; well, how skilled are you?"

Izumi; what's that supposed to mean!?"

Aki; look, go grab Karinko down there and direct her to that group of about 3 people at the base, I'm gonna shoot at one and the two don't look very fridnly, one reminds me of Mei even, but they give me the fuxkin creeps, just look into their eye."

Izumi; Huh? A girl who looks like mei with a...FUJIOKA!"

Fujioka hears her name and looks up.

Aki; oh shiiiit! What did you do that for!?"

Izumi; that...I...she's..."

Aki; look it's all you and me against those three (takes shot and clips Reiko's mask, reveiling her face)"

Izumi; REIKO!?...(Gasps in disbelief and horror)"

Aki; I don't know how you know their names, but they're coming for our asses now, you've got to pull yourself together and fight them. I'll signal karinko, Kouichi and iwasawa theyre right down there. (Shoots at Karinko's blade."

Karinko; (turns to Aki)HEY WATCH WHERE YOU'RE...SHIT! Kouichi, TD we need to move, that's the leaders after Aki and Izumi."

Kouichi; (gets a glimpse of them) WAIT!...those two are...ARE!...(he falls down and is almost traumitized to see them)"

Karinko; (grabs Kouichi) DAMNET LETS MOOOVE! IDC WHAT THEY ARE TO YOU IF YOU KNOW THEM OR WHATEVER BUT IF THEY REACH THAT MOUNTAINTOP WE LOSE EVERYTHING!"

Kouichi Trys to stand and moves as TD and Karinko take off toward them.)

Aki; go go, I'll cover you"

Izumi nods and slides down the hill, the third girl jumps in at her and clashes blades with her, the girl begins to pull out her gun, but Aki shoots her hand clean off and the gun flys. The girl screams in anger and pain, she attacks Izumi with a heavy attack with her knife, and Trys to stab her with kunai. Karinko and Kouichi and TD get there, TD immediately as he sees look on Kouichi's face takes on Reiko, and Karinko takes on Fujioka.

Fujioka; quite an unfair (clashes swords) fight, don't you think."

Karinko; (jumps back and rushes forward at her) unfair, MEANS NOTHING IN WARRRR!"

fujioka dodges gracefully to the side and spins and slashes off Karinko's right arm.

Karinko; (falls to the ground)GAHHHHHHHHH (holding onto her bleeding arm) you...Fucking...bitch..."

Fujioka; I've had enough of you, say hello to death for me."

Fujioka goes to cut off Karinko's head, but a metal sound is heard, Izumi stands before her her hidden blades blocking the attack.

Izumi; you dare, come to my afterlife, and hurt my class, when all I Fucking did was try to save you before...HHHRAW! (pushes the blade away and both jump back)"

Fujioka; (looks over and sees the girl without a hand passed out on the ground from bleeding, she points her blade up at Aki and stares at him with a serious face, then sheathed her weapon.) This day is yours Izumi, if only it was you instead of her who joined me that day."

Izumi; (angry)what are you talking about!?"

Fujioka nods to Reiko who Is fighting TD, she has had her hair chopped in half and has cuts and scratches all over her arms and legs, as she looks over at Fujioka, Kouichi runs in and punches her to the ground, he barries her face into the ground and beats her until the ground around her is bloody and she stops moving.

Kouichi; you were my Fucking aunt, you ...I was so upset when I had to kill you for the classes sake...but here you are..mocking our class and our sacrifices...you're Fucking dead to me, DEAD DEEEEEEAAAD!"

He pulls his arm back to swing her own sword at her but his arm is stopped by Yukari who has Kokoro, Luca, hope, shiina, Kaito, and Asura with her.

Yukari; stop Kouichi, imagine how she has felt, she knows everything from both lives, she has suffered and felt pain, and she has experienced death twice in very gruesom ways."

Hope; I can heal her, we can bring her to our cause."

Mei appears with Yui and Yusa.

Mei; it is his decision, as it is mine (walks up to fujioka) to kill my sister or let her live."

Fujioka; (fist balled up in anger) so were face to face finally."

Mei; yes, what you have done here is unforgivable, you are...a monster! "

Fujjioka; I became what I had to, you were always everyone's favorite and your mother loved you, she gave you that eye after all."

Mei; so, your memories habe been shaded, and you did everything out of jealousy and anger."

Luca; no Mei, she was the one who killed us all on that day, she did it not just for those reasons, but for also she was the extra student in the class as reiko's situation was, but she learned of it all. And she didn't know what to do, she was tired of others suffering but was hungry for power knowing she was omnipotent."

Hope; she did all kinds of research and found out about my book and the afterlife. Originally Shiina was supposed to hand the book over to Fujioka, but along the way she met Yui first and was reminded of so much from before and saw what she was doing and without saying anything switches sides."

Fujioka angrily looks over at Shiina, who just shows her blades ready to be thrown.

Izumi; what was she planning to accomplish with the book?"

Fujioka; nothing you need to know. I think it is clear, you have won for today, enjoy this victory, for there are still more assassins in the shadows. Take Reiko, but in exchange for taking so many. (She looks down at the battlefield and her eye glows, everyone in her sight of view including some of the more known people like Iwasawa, Irie, and others burn and disintegrate before their own eyes, their screams are heard only for a minute as they disappear. Everyone is so shocked and astonished including Yui who is just distraught, Fujioka looks over at Karinko and puts her finger on her forhead, then looks up at Aki...who got smart and ran as she started doing her thing. She looks back at Karinko and snaps her fingers, Karinko's head explodes and her body falls over.) Have a good day SSS. (She grabs onto the other girl who's missing her hand and disappears before their eyes.)

What assassins remain now all look back and block any incoming attacks then retreat.

The officers of the battlefront stand before what's left of them and they all look up to them, and most look at Yukari.

Yukari; w-why is everyone looking at me?"

Yusa; that, is the look a leader gets when her army has won. "

Yukari; but I'm not the leader you ar..."

Yui; no, I'm stepping down, I'm not cut out to be the leader, I put on an act for everyone to try to seem so mature and like I knew what I was doing...but you're a better leader then I."

Yusa; it's time the battlefront saw the true faces of it's leaders."

Hope; Luca, Kokoro, Mei, and Yukari get shoved up to the edge looking down at everyone.

Yui; (speaking down) everyone these 5 are your true hero's and leaders of the battlefront. I am stepping down to a normal officer rank as is my lover Yusa."

Yusa; these are the true faces behind the battlefront."

Yui; with the leading commander being miss Yukari Sakuragi. If not for her today...wouldn't have even happened. So please, welcome your new commanders and leads, Mei, Kokoro, Luca, Hope, and Yukari."

Yukari steps forward nervously.

Yukari; thank you for the vote of gratitude and thank you all for your support today, thought we lost many we gained a few, I see some of you with assassin outfits who are ready to join us. Welcome, to a new age, of Another Battlefront!"
