Chapter 24: The End
Alexa and I sat in silence for what felt like days. When that woman came back, she did something that I almost killed her for.
"Ah, my dear children, I'm glad to see you again! I hope my friend has been taking care of you." She said as she walked into the hotel room. Alexa and I continued to look at the ceiling. The woman came over to me and lifted me up by my hair, I forced down the scream that tried to come out of my mouth.
"Let her go!" Alexa said sitting up
"Lex…don't." I said
"Ivy, you're always protecting me from all those people who knocked me down or tried to. I can't sit back and watch you get hurt." She said her voice cracking. She turned to the magenta eyed vampire. "You can do whatever you want to me. But don't hurt Ivy." She said slowly standing up. She glared at the vampire. The vamp punched me in the stomach and I keeled over, trying to regain the air she punched out. She walked over to Alexa who stood tall.
"So, you want me to torcher you like I was planning on torturing her, is that what you're saying?" she asked
"…Yes."
The vampire smirked "Very well." She jumped forward biting into Alexa's neck. Lex's eyes widened. When the vampire pulled away, Alexa collapsed. "I was planning on draining her blood, but I'll have you do it instead, and since you want pain, I'll let you completely change and then kill you when the job is done." Alexa began withering in pain of the floor, and then she let out a scream. I stood up slowly and looked at my friend in shock. I moved fast, I grabbed on to the vampires neck and choked her against the wall.
"I would kill you if I had the ability to!" I growled. I felt something pointy poke my bottom lip and the vampire's expression changed to fear. I pushed her into the wall harder and it cracked, making a dent. Suddenly I felt a sharp prick on my neck, I had felt if before, when the monster I was choking, but I was choking her, so…how? Alexa! I moved backwards bumping into my blood crazed girl and through the magenta eyed vampire across the room. I turned towards Alexa. Her lips were stained with my blood and her eyes were wide.
"Ivy…what did I do." She asked quietly. Strangely, her eyes where a bright purple and not red. I walked over and pulled her into a hug. "I'm so sorry…" I whispered.
"Ivy, why?"
"You a vampire now…I'm sorry."
"It's not your fault, now, I'll do my best to hold her off, but I need you to go get everyone else, I'll be fine." She said. Right after she said that we were both slammed into the wall behind us.
"Neither of you are going anywhere." The vampire growled. Alexa dashed over and took my hand.
"Use your power." She whispered. I nodded and closed my eyes. 'DANI, SETH, ANYONE! PLEASE HELP US! WE'RE IN A HOTEL! PLEASE HELP US!' I yelled as loud as I could in my mind. The vampire pulled Alexa away and through her across the room, and then she turned towards me. She pulled me up and slammed me against the wall much like I did to her not that long ago.
"I'm going to end you, here and now." She growled. She leaned forward and bit harshly into my neck and began sucking. Surprisingly I didn't feel like my entire body was on fire this time, but I was still becoming woozy from loss of blood. When she pulled away, the edges of my vision were beginning to fade to black. I looked into her eyes and they were slowly beginning to turn purple as well. Suddenly the door flew off the hinges and I black out to the sound of someone calling my name.

My head hurt and so did the rest of my body. I slowly sat up, blinking slowly. I was in what looked like Carlisle's office. I turned and put my feet on the floor, standing up carefully. I walked out of the room and down the stairs. I walked into the living room and saw everyone sitting there in silence. Seth was the first one to notice me, and he quickly stood up dashing over to me and pulling me into a big hug warm hug.
"I'm so glad you're alright." He whispered, then he pulled me into a kiss. Then when he pulled away, Alexa walked over and pulled me into a hug as well.
"How are you doing?" I asked her.
"I'm doing great actually, Carlisle needs to talk to you though." She said. Seth wrapped his arm around me as I faced the doctor. "Ivy, when you were bit by the vampire before, in the clearing, I didn't suck the venom out, there wasn't any to suck out. And now I know why. As a part Siren, you blood absorbed and incorporated the venom into your DNA, basically making you a vampire who doesn't need to drink blood with Siren abilities. Does that make sense?" he asked
"So you're saying I'm now part vampire?" I asked.
"Yes, the vampire that bit you broke a very high and kind of secret law. Any vampire who bights a Siren and drinks a semi large about of blood from a Siren will become a vampire who doesn't need to drink blood. And since Sirens are high beings the Vulturi decided to make sure that any vampire who would drink a Siren's blood would be punished by death." My eyes widened in shock.
"But what about Alexa!" I said
"We talked to the Vulturi and they understand. She was a reluctantly new turned vampire who was changed just so she could drink your blood. However the other vampire wasn't so lucky. The Vulturi took her away after we caught her. They are going to deal with her when they get back to Italy. You're safe now." He said. I let out a breath.
"So when we were fighting and I felt something poke my lip, that was a fang?" I asked
"Yes." I nodded slowly.
"It's finally over." I said smiling.
"Yeah, it is." Seth said quietly.
~Twenty Years~
"Mom!" a fourteen year old girl yelled. She had Black hair and bright turquoise eyes. I turned around and pulled her into a hug.
"Hey Liza, what do you need sweetie." I said
"Noah yelled at me for beating him in a race." She said
"Noah!" I called. A mini Seth came running into the kitchen. He was fifteen.
"Why did you yell at Liza, you know that she'll always be faster." I said laughing.
"It's not fair! She so fast! I'm a part of the pack now and she still kicks my butt even when I shift!" he said
"What's going on now?" Seth asked walking in
"Noah's upset that he lost another race." I said trying not to laugh. Seth turned towards his son.
"Where do you think she got in from?" he said pointing to me. Noah looked at me in shock
"You two used to race?" he asked
"She raced her brother to. She always won. So, unless you just want to run, don't race a part Siren. You will always loose." Seth said smiling "Now both of you go get cleaned up, the rest of the family is coming over as well as your guy's imprints. So move it!" he said pushing them out the door. The two teenagers continued to argue as they ran up the stairs. Seth turned to me smiling. Then he came over and kissed me. "He will never learn." He said chuckling.
"You didn't either." I said. "I can't believe how they've grown up, they even have imprints. And so does Violet!" I said. "Yeah, remember how Daniel reacted when he found out that Brady imprinted on her?"
"It was worse than all of what my dad did to you combined." I said laughing.
"Yeah, he was a little ruff." He said thinking back to all the times he got beat up by my dad.
"Hey, you were a little ruff to when you found out that Collin imprinted on Liza." I pointed out.
"Yeah…and both Leah and Brad beat Noah up when he imprinted on Ava. I guess it runs in both our families."
"No, I think it's just a wolf father/mother thing." I said
"Well, everyone's happy. And we're pretty much an immortal family. Noah shifted, Liza's a Siren like you, Violet is half vampire, and Ava got her mother's gene to shift, and both Collin and Brady shifted a while ago." Seth said pulling me into a hug.
"Yeah…and nothing bad seems to be happening to this group of kids." I said smiling.
And nothing ever changed, it was a peaceful time.
