CANCELLATION NOTICE

You are unfortunately not reading this wrong, dear readers...I am cancelling The Bloody Ashikabi.

I have my reasons for that, and while I am sure they won't satisfy you, here they are nonetheless.

I have lost the will to continue this story, not because of some flamers or critics, but because the spark that was there when I created this story is no longer there. And while I know what I want for this story, I just can't keep writing it, as I keep being dissatisfied with it.

For those of you who PMed me, asking if I was cancelling the story, and to whom I answered I wasn't...I'm sorry. It was never my intention to mislead you or give you false hope. But after starting the Nth version of the latest chapter, I just got fed up with it.

I pushed myself to try and write this story, but lately it has honestly been more a burden than anything else. I have new ideas I want to try out, and forcing myself to keep on writing something that no longer interests me very nearly killed any interest I had in writing.
So, sorry.

A WORD OF THANKS

Before cloturing this notice, however, I'd rather finish on a more positive note: this story was started years ago, and I never could have guessed it would become so popular. I owe this to you, readers, and words alone can't describe how thankful I am for you continued interest, for you pushing this story into the top hundred most favorited HP crossovers. If you remember, my ONLY story before it got something like 100 favorites, you can't imagine my reaction today when I realize that there are over FIVE THOUSAND EIGHT HUNDRED people who favorited it.

So, yeah. You guys are awesome, never let anyone take that from you.

I'm sorry, and I hope you will forgive me for this.
