CHAPTER TWENTY EIGHT
Mr. And Mrs. Turner were spending the night at their home while A.J. watched over Timmy's health in the "Timmy Cave" out front. In fact, the Turners had left not long after the incident when A.J. had passed out from lack of food.
That was just as well, it gave Mr. Turner time to repair Timmy's broken window. Mrs. Turner had gone to the mall and picked up more clothes for Timmy. She even picked up a new fish bowl for Timmy for his "fish" i.e. his fairy godparents. As well as more video games and other things appropriate for you young pre-teen's room. After all, when all of this was ever, especially since they now remembered everything about their son being a hero, they would surely get their little boy back.
"Are you sure, Todd," said Theresa Turner, "that Timmy's coming home."
"Of course, he is," said Todd Turner, "I mean how can they stop us from getting our son back especially when we remember what a great kid Timmy is because they have to know we'll treat him right."
"I'm not sure, dear," said Theresa, "A.J. still doesn't act like he trusts us and he gave no indication that Timmy was coming home."
Before Mr. Turner could answer they heard a loud booming voice coming from Timmy's room,
"I am Hank the Rhino with my horn of protection and I here to defend Timmy's room from invaders and my CHEESE from invaders."
Django and Candace looked stunned. There was a bipedal Rhino that come out of the closet and was now glaring them. The two kids stared in shocked. They didn't stay there long tough. Because the Rhino named Hank yelled..,
"CHARGE!"
"Let's get out of here," said Candace to Django.
Django didn't say anything, but it was evident that he agreed with her because when Candace ran out of the room, Django followed suit.
Phineas, Ferb, and Perry gave a look of sympathy to Timmy. That poor kid seemed to have the worse luck.
"Okay," said A.J. "let's sit over there and talk."
As the four boys walked to the table, A.J. noticed Timmy seemed to have trouble standing. In fact, he looked like he was about to collapse. The young genius went to his friend's side and gently took his arm.
"Come on, buddy," said A.J., "You look like you're about to fall in the floor."
"Yeah," said Timmy between his breaths, "I guess...I'm crashing down from my adrenaline rush."
"Some of it is that," said A.J., "but that's what happens when a power you're not used to is generated by your body."
"Power," said Timmy, "What power?"
"The power that made the iron bar disappear when it was going to collapse on us."
"You mean," asked "Little T", " he brought me here."
"Well," said Jimmy, "sort of. It's a little more than that. You see, he created you."
Anti-Cosmo, Alden Bitterroot and Vlad Plasmius were just outside the ship invisible and looking in on the conversation with Jimmy Neutron and the clone. Hopefully, this plan of Bitterroot's would work.
Mr. and Mrs. Turner immediately jumped out of bed and opened the door to their bedroom. They saw a rhino on it's two hind legs chasing a teenager and a kid about Timmy's age. The Rhino was yelling something about "Cheese" and "Timmy's Room."
"What's going on here," asked Theresa Turner?
"I didn't do that, A.J.," replied Timmy, "Cosmo, Wanda or Poof did that."
"No, they didn't," said A.J., "they're not even here they're dropping off Poof at Mama Cosma's."
"Then they must have sensed it," replied the buck toothed boy, "and used their magic remotely."
"No, it was from you," said A.J. , "you see...,"
However, a phone rang and the computer voice stated,
"Call from Turner home."
"What the devil," said A.J.?
The genius picked up the phone and said
"Hello?"
There was a pause and A.J. had a funny look on his face and he stated
"Slow down Mr. Turner, you're saying that two intruders have come into your home...and they are being restrained by .a... Rhino named Hank?"
Phineas and Ferb looked at each other uncomfortably. They had a good idea of who at least one of the intruders were.
"It's a teenage girl and a boy," said A.J., "and the girl keeps saying that she's doing this to try to "bust" her brothers? Who is she?"
"She's our sister," said Phineas, "and her name is Candace."
"What do you mean," said "Little T", "he created me. I thought God created me, and put me in Mommy's tummy?"
"Yes, in a way God did create you, but...,." Jimmy paused uncertain of how to word this
Anti-Cosmo, Vlad, and Alden smiled as they listed to the conversation between the Neutron boy and the clone. It was confusing "Timmy" the clone and that confusion could easily give way to anger and rage. And maybe even hate!
"Okay, Mr. and Mrs. Turner," said A.J., "why don't all of you come down to the "Timmy Cave", and we'll try to get this straightened out."
A.J. hung the phone up and turned to Phineas and Ferb,
"Tell me, guys does your sister make it a habit of breaking into people's homes?"
"I think she was looking for us", said Phineas.
"To "bust" you for what," said A.J.?
"It's her way," said Perry the Platypus, "she's sort of an overprotective sister...well, in a way."
"Well, hold on," said A.J., "let me go and let them in, and no Timmy, you can't go with me, I want you to stay in bed and rest."
"Okay," said Timmy.
Candace and Django were being restrained by the bipedal Rhino as Mr. and Mrs. Turner were leading them to the mailbox.
"Try to find another way in," said Candace to Django, "that was a BRILLIANT idea."
"Hey, at least," said Django "at least we're going to where Phineas and Ferb went."
Suddenly the mailbox flipped over and a hole appeared. A young African-American boy, about Phineas and Ferb's age. Candace scoffed.
"What is this, munchkin jail? You're just a kid."
"I can always call the adult cops," said A.J., "if you'd prefer that. I'm sure they'd be very interested in a burglar and her young apprentice."
"I'm not a burglar," said Candace, "and Django is not 'my apprentice'."
"So you just broke in through a window...," said A.J.
"We did not," said Candace, "we TRIED knocking and no one answered.
"Wait a second," said A.J., "Hank, why don't you go back to Timmy's room and guard it. Mr. and Mrs. Turner why don't you bring Candace and is it, Django, down to the Timmy Cave."
"Okay," said Hank, "tell Timmy, I'm there for him."
I'm sure he already knows that."
Nyueng Chang was quite pleased about the information M.E.R.F. had given him. Anti-Cosmo, Bitterroot, and Vlad had some business they had to attend to so the old man wanted for them to discuss the next phase of their plan.
"Okay, Timmy," said Jimmy, "I guess the best way to tell you is this. Do you know what a clone is?"
The Timmy clone nodded and said,
"Yeah, it's a copy of you. That's how the Bounty Hunter in the Space Wars movie was made."
"Okay," said Jimmy, "since you know what it is, the best way to tell is just to come right out and say it, you're really a clone of Timmy Turner."
All three of the evil beings (who were invisible thanks to Anti-Cosmo) grew large grins. The clone hopefully would get angry and feel betrayed, and what resulted would be such rage that Neutron and his friends wouldn't have a chance.
A.J., the Turners, Candace and Django entered Timmy's room, Phineas and Ferb looked at each. They had expected Candace, but they had clearly didn't know that Django was with them. Actually, when they had heard there was a boy with her; they had expected it to be Buford, or Baljeet, or perhaps Irving.
"Django," said Phineas, "what are you doing here?
"Disappointed it's me, huh, " said Django, "I guess you'd rather have your new best friend Irving around."
The contempt with which Django said Irving's name suggested a great deal of anger toward Irving, or perhaps even hate.
"Irving," said A.J., "is that another apprentice that's going to help you with your home invasion."
"I told you," said Candace, "we're not burglars. I was trying to find my brothers. I didn't touch any of that kid's stuff in his room. We looked in the closet and then that stupid rhino came out."
"That Rhino," said A.J., "should be the only thing in the room. And that kid," with that A.J. pointed to Timmy Turner, "has a name Timmy, and since my parents currently have custody of him, most of his stuff is over at my house."
"Well," said Django, "he must be rich if that was just a little bit of his stuff. There were a bunch of clothes, video games and a brand new goldfish bowl."
A.J. looked stunned and then turned to Timmy and said,
"Buddy, you didn't happen to wish your stuff over to your parents house."
Timmy shook his head and stated,
"No, I wouldn't have any reason too."
"He didn't," said Mrs. Turner, "we bought Timmy a bunch of new things; clothes, video games, comic books."
"That's kind of premature," said A.J., "Timmy's not even supposed to come back into your custody until a year from now."
"Yes," said Mr. Turner, "but that was before."
"Before what," asked A.J?
"Well," said Theresa, "before all of this happen. I mean Timmy is coming back home, now, especially since we remember everything about the Darkness, surely, you know we'll treat Timmy better now."
Hope this isn't going off track too much, but I needed to explain why all that stuff was in Timmy's room when he was at A.J.'s house. I will tell you this, Timmy is still going to be living with A.J. for a while.
