Chapter 18

First of all again I'm sorry I haven't updated in so long, I don't really have an excuse for it apart from laziness and a little bit of a busy schedule, and maybe a little bit of writers block but that's no excuse for not updating for god knows how long. You would have had this yesterday but due to my very low attention span I got distracted by Christmas songs and Auslly and Raura cuteness and then later on television but I'm hopefully slightly more concentrated this morning since I have three hours to finish this, go in for a bath and get to volunteering...getting dressed and drying my hair will be somewhere in between going for a bath and volunteering. Anyways enough of my morning routine, you may want to re-read the last chapter or two before you read this one but I tried to re-cap you a little bit at the start but that's barely anything.

Rydel's POV

It's been two weeks since John came back, Ratliff has barely left our room or our bed for that matter. Ally has been upset because she thinks it's her fault that they didn't get moved into the hotel in time. The house is silent- Ell's in bed as usual, Ally is sitting in the living room staring into space and for a change she's not crying, everyone else is in the kitchen.

"We need to do something about Ratiff and Ally." Rocky is the first to break the silence.

"It's been two weeks. I can't cope with my house being this quiet anymore." Mimi adds.

"I just want my Ellington back." I sigh and Austin pulls me into a tight hug.

"He'll be okay. He just needs some time to adjust to it." He says softly.

"It's been two weeks! I'm almost two months pregnant, I want him to be there through all the doctors appointments. I need him." I say through body wracking sobs.

"Shh..we'll work something out." Austin soothes me with his smooth, soft voice and gentle strokes to my hair.

"Yeah, um, I guess you'll need to remind him that there's going to be more chances to save his mom."

Ally's POV

Everyone stops and stares at me, it makes sense though: I've barely spoken for two weeks in fact I haven't spoken at all. Not even when I was alone with Austin, at night we'd just lay there, not touching.

"Ally!" Rydel shouts, literally running out of Austin's arms. Wrapping my body in a hug, one which I happily return.

"Rydel I'm sorry I haven't been there for you. I just kind of shut down but I'm back now and I'm ready to do whatever to help with whatever I can." I say with a smile on my face. Breaking away from the tight hug she has me trap in.

"Well you know if you're feeling up to it we've been a girl down at the club for a while. Maybe that'll show Ellington that it's time to get back to normal again." Mimi suggests with a small, encouraging smile.

I nervously glance at Austin, I know he seemed happy enough when we talked about it before but I don't know if he'll have changed his mind now that the time has actually come. I guess he can see the questioning look in my eyes because he sends me a cheeky grin before speaking up. "It's completely up to you Als but I personally would love it if you worked at the club."

"Austin Monica Moon. Behave yourself and show Ally some respect." Mimi scolds him and everyone laughs as Austin blushes and stares holes in his feet.

"Sorry mom, sorry Ally." He mumbles. I roll my eyes at him and giggle at his shy reaction.

"So Mimi, what will I have to do for the club?" I jump up onto the breakfast bar, hanging my legs off the side.

"Anything. You could walk around in a paper bag and people would pay money." Riker smirks and my cheeks flush red and I see Austin glaring at him before deciding to 'clear his throat'. "Sorry man but you've got yourself a stunning girl and anyone can see that. I was just stating a fact, she could walk around wearing layer upon layer and people would spend money to see her." He shrugs suggesting an end to him defending himself. Austin grumbles something incoherent, still glaring at Riker more than likely thinking of ways to kill him. I swear that boy's so protective.

"Can I finish, no start explaining to Ally what she'll need to do?" Mimi ask, standing with her arms folded over her chest.

"If this doesn't concern me can I go?" Rocky asks, pointing to the front door.

"Yes. Just don't be back late." Mimi shouts after Rocky and as everyone else apart from Austin, Rydel, Mike and I leave to do their own thing. I send Austin a smile across the room, going back to using our own secret language that we devised silently over the last week while I wasn't talking but I would communicate with Austin. "So Ally, what we'll need to you to do is come to rehearsals tomorrow afternoon, Wednesday afternoon and Friday morning. You'll be in the group performances so you don't need to strip off to your panties just yet but if you do well and the regulars want more of you then I'll be more than happy to give you a solo but that will involve you having to lose a lot of clothes."

Images flash through my head of me on stage, slowly and seductively stripping off my clothes, moving my hips in suggestive ways, running my hands over my exposed body and all for him. "That'd be great. Do you need me starting this week?"

"We'll need to see you in rehearsals first, you can dance right?" Mike speaks up for the first time since I've came through to the kitchen.

"I danced from the age of 5 to 16, I was in the best dance company in California so yeah, I guess I can dance." I say modestly with a shrug of my shoulders.

"She can sing as well." Austin says with a proud grin.

"We could include that in the show if you're comfortable with that." Mimi says her eyes lighting up I'm guessing with the visions of the new show.

"I could try, I've never had to sing and dance at the same time before but I'll give it a go." I say shyly.

"You'll be great Ally, you're just what the show needs. A fresh face, some new talent." Rydel grins excitedly from the opposite side of the breakfast bar where she's making lunch for herself and Ellington. He won't leave the room apart from to go to the toilet, I'm almost certain he hasn't shaved or even showered for two weeks and I can see it's slowly breaking Rydel seeing him like that. She's stuck by him though, every morning she takes breakfast up to him, at lunch she makes him a sandwich and at dinner she'll take him up a plate of food but 9 times out of 10 the plates will come back the way they left, occasionally he'll have nibbled at a sandwich or a pancake but that's the extent of it.

"Exactly." Mimi says with an expression matching Rydel's. "Now if you'll excuse us, Mike and I are going to visit some friends for the day, we'll be back around 9 so tell everyone they'll need to sort their own dinner." Mimi and Mike leave the kitchen and go out the front door just as Rydel goes upstairs with lunch for her and Ratliff. Leaving me and Austin all alone in the kitchen.

"Ally, I've missed you so much baby, don't ever leave me again." Austin pleads, walking towards me and pulling me forwards on the bar so he's standing between my legs and I'm looking into his eyes.

"I never left you." I whisper leaning my forehead against his, feeling his hot breath on my lips making them tingle.

"I love you so much Ally, these last two weeks have shown my just how much. I know we've not been together that long but I feel this connection with you. I felt it the first time I saw you at the club, it was my first week and I was still getting to grips with where each drink is behind the bar and what's in what cocktail, I was starting to get it and then you walked in. It was like everything I had known before was gone and all I knew was you." His breathing gets heavier and his eyes grow dark with lust as he recounts the moment he saw me.

"I love you too." Is all I can say before his lips capture mine in a heated kiss, like a wild fire, getting more and more intense and passionate by the second. His hands creep up the bottom of my top, gripping me tightly mimicking my tight grip of his hair. Hour breathing gets more and more laboured and suddenly I'm lifted of the counter and I'm being carried through to the livingroom. I know what's coming next and I couldn't care less that anyone could walk in on us, I need this, I need him to take me in a fit of passion and love and I need it now. Dropping me on the couch he climbs on top of me yet balancing most of his weight on his hands he leans in kissing down my jaw line to my neck, finding my sweet spot. Biting then licking soothingly he leaves his mark on me. Beginning to grind against me, I can feel his hard length against my covered womanhood.

"Are you ready Ally?" He whispers in a low, dark tone and all I can do is whimper in reply.

I know it's quite a short chapter but I wanted to get it up before I have to go to volunteering and that's in an hour and I've yet to have a bath...like I said I have a short attention span and I got distracted as usual. So now we're starting to get into the shows and rehearsal, hopefully the rehearsals will start not in the next chapter but the chapter after that. I plan on getting at least the next two chapters up before Christmas but I've got two English essays to write one for Monday which I've still to finish and one for the next Monday which I've still to start. On something more cheery, I'm going to see R5 when they come to Glasgow in March! It still hasn't really clicked with me that I'm going to be in the same room as them.

Thank you for sticking by me even though I'm terrible at updating, and I know this is really cliché but it really is your reviews which give me the motivation to write.
