A/N: Hello hello hello. Well I decided to work on this after work because honestly if I didn't I would have forget all about it lol.
sunsethill: I made it to where they could all see each others matches because for one I just wanted to, and two because it showed that no matter how similar the goal was no one could have used the same tactics. And yes no one knew about the spell removal thing but if you didn't cheat then that wouldn't have been found out. So I cant really consider that an advantage since it was only used for the cheaters. And of course the wizards don't really care about if they die in this tournament. My logic behind it is like the coliseum. With the coliseum they were either slaves, convicts, or volunteer's; they knew what they were getting into so why should they show mercy. Besides they had mediwitches on stand-by so it should be ok...hopefully lol. They still have humility or some do at least I think. Its just that with the tournament it goes out the window.
daithi4377: Of course I have no love for Vickie, I wont out right hate him...maybe, he isn't going to be good in this story. how much i feel like making his life miserable will be on a chapterly basis haha. And sorry Harry point of view so no commentary, though I might make the next chapter where he finds out what they said.
xxxLeanniexxx: Thank you, I was trying to make it more interesting. Krum cheating was almost too easy to make possible lol. Fidis Delacour, as first mentioned in chapter 10, is found out to be the French Minister of Magic. No other information has been giving. Why are you blaming everything on Harry? Oh right its Harry we are talking about lol XD youll be surprised though.
Rosalind Fairchilde: Well here you go. :)

Stadium Stands, November 24
It was the beginning of the first task with the third champion, Fleur Delacour, starting her challenge against the Chinese Firebolt; and in the stands was Harry Potter mentally denying that he was worried.
Fleur stood in the very center watching as the Chinese Firebolt circled the barrier. Five minutes pass and nothing changed. The dragon kept slithering around the barrier and the champion staring it down. Not a sound was being made in the stands. Everyone was waiting for that single moment.
A few more minutes pass and Harry was beginning to feel uneasy. In a single second the dragon made its move. While circling it began to blow fire, and within seconds a flaming tornado was in place where Fleur was. The commentary was criticizing her actions that lead to her death, i mean was mourning for the loss of a champion.
Harry looked at Fidis with sad eyes, but the man didn't look fazed at all. Looking closely he even had a small smile. Feeling eyes on him he turned and say Harry looking at him. Giving a wider smile, he winked and motioned to continue watching. Turning back he waited, and afterwards he couldn't believe what he was seeing. There in the center Fleur was unharmed, her clothes were a bit singed and covered in soot, but physically uninjured.
Harry, in shock, actually stood up. While looking at Fidis he pointed at Fleur, "How?"
Fidis actually dared to laugh. Not his small laughs, but the kind where he was in full mirth and enjoying every bit of it. 'He dares to laugh at me for this, it's impossible….ok not impossible but the chances of her coming out clean from that twisting firey trap is….I couldn't do it so be damned if she could". Glaring at Fidis while mentally ranting he waited for a response.
Finally calming down Fidis corrected his clothing that moved around in his laughter. "Harry, did you forget about Fleur's lineage?". Harry just looked at him blankly mentally saying 'Kind of hard to forget'. "What do you know of Veela?".
"Don't piss them off" Harry instantly said. He saw first hand what happens when a Veela gets mad. Personally he was happy it wasn't him that was the target.
Fidis smiles and nodded as though he himself understood, and seeing as how he was a Delacour he probably does. "Besides that".
"uuuuuuuh, veela are only women. They can charm men. If angered they sorta transform into some bird like creature. They can throw fireballs." Racking his brain he was trying to think what else he knew. "I got nothing else". Fidis looked at him with a small amount of disappointment. "Hey! don't give me that look, im fourteen going to a magical school that is so racist they discriminate themselves."
"Point taken" Before he could continue the arena was filled with singing. Looking at the arena he saw Fleur walking towards the dragon as she was singing. The Chinese Firebolt was lulling back and forth as it was moving away from the Champion. It lasted all the way till she crossed the outer barrier.
The cannon sound echoed, the audience was cheering, and Harry was stunned. "She made it look so easy. The damn woman won by singing. This is going to make the rest of us the laughing stock of the magical community" Harry ended with a whine.
He heard Fidis chuckle to his side. "This isn't funny Fidis, how is it im supposed to top that. She sang the damn thing into submission, to beat that all I have to do is just stare at it to submission. She's totally got this in the bag".
"I did not know you zought so 'ighly of my performance".
Harry cringed at the voice, praying he was wrong he turned his head to the left. There in all its glory was a smug Fleur and behind her an amused French minister of magic. "No clue what you're talking about" he denied to hold what little pride he had.
"Oh, zen my 'ears must be playing tricks on me. I 'ad zough I heard you zay my performance made it look easy". Oh how Harry wished he could just jump off the highest peak, he'll have to settle getting eaten by a dragon. "I better go and get ready" He walked away without further comment, though Fleur had one more thing to say before going out of earshot. "Be careful not to embarrass yourself too much little boy".
He was about to make a very vulgar comeback when he saw Fidis not to happy himself. So instead he just walked out of the room and down the stairs. 'Now all I have to do is face a dragon and not show that im from the future, easy…..I hope I don't fuck this up".

Center of the arena, November 24
Passing through the center barrier was like walking through a blanket of cold air. 'I hope I didn't have any charms or something on me. That'd suck unknowingly cheating'. Attempting to calm his nerves while waiting he realized two things; one he didn't know what Fleur got as a score, and two 'how the hell did she get back in the stands so quickly'.
Feeling the temperature go down he realized it was time. Watching the arena change while being in the middle of it was very unsettling. One second Harry's standing on lawn grass, another second it's snowing and he's ankle deep in it already. The fronts of the stands were covered in snow and he could see patches of both thick and thin ice around the field. There was even a mini glacier about one hundred yards to his current left.
He saw a giant hole open and a giant egg magical appeared in his hands. It was beginning.
With a stance ready for running he had quickly used the sticking charm on the egg to his robe, along with a warming charm on himself so as not to freeze to death. Casting the spells made him feel weird for a few seconds but he ignored it focusing on the bigger problem soon to come. Looking at the hole he waited.
waited.
waited.
Five minutes pass and no dragon appeared, or so it seems. Harry wanted to just leave the barrier but he remembered the camouflage from Cedric's dragon and he wasn't sure to take the risk yet.
Finally after what seemed like forever he started moving towards the edge of the barrier. He takes a step out.
"MR. POTTER"
He jumped back with a hex half-way from being cast when he realized it was just the announcer. Letting his heart get back to a normal non-lethal level he waited for the announcer to speak again.
"Mr. Potter can you hear me" Harry nodded since talking would be pointless without a sonorus spell and he didn't feel like doing it.
"Good, good. Well im sorry to inform you that do to unforeseen circumstances, the dragon you were going to face has died. You are to be awarded with twenty-eight points by default. Please make your way to one of the exits".
The smile that Harry wore being told this could have melted snow, too bad it was actually the magic bring the arena back to it's default lawn state.
Starting to walk back he couldn't understand just how lucky he was. He got out of fighting the dragon and was in third without any effort. Today just couldn't get any better, 'Well I wish I could've showed that damn veela not to be so smug with some of my skills'.
Making it about halfway to the outer barrier he felt a cold breeze which he payed no mind, up until that cold breeze left some frost on his hair. Turning around he saw that the hole didn't disappear.
Small trickles of a fog was coming out.
Harry was getting a bad feeling about this.
Fog was coming out faster, and he felt the ground shake.
Harry started running.
The shaking was getting worse.
He turned his head while running, in time to see something come out of the whole.
It landed, causing the fog to spread. Harry noticed the area covered in fog icing up.
The fog was clearing. Harry could see it clearly now. He stopped in shock.
"Fuck"

Shaking his head he couldn't believe what he was seeing.
"Potter, you take bad luck to a whole new level"

Arena area, November 24
Only a few hundred yards away Harry was seeing something he wish he wasn't. A living skeleton. A dragon skeleton to boot. The bones looked almost made of ice, with occasional patches covered in solid white snow. He noticed its wings skin looks almost crystallized and that it had no eyes, but Harry knew it was looking at him.
From its bony snout to it's noticeably icicle covered tail, its length covered a hundred yards. Doing a quick look, he found that between it and him was about four hundred yards. He had about fifty to a hundred yards to get to the outer barrier. Things were bad but at least it wasn't impossible.
Taking a single step forward while still looking at the skeleton beast behind him, he was slowly inching his way to the safe zone. The peaceful walk was not to last.
Apparently not liking the champion walking away it roared at Harry, and what followed was the freezing fog. Acting on instinct he yelled "Incendio" which brought out a giant ball of fire out towards the fog. Touching each other it caused a giant cloud of mist, covering nearly the whole arena. 'Well fuck, now not only am I facing a dragon when I was told I wouldn't but now I can't said dragon'.
Hoping, do to its skeletal nature, it couldn't track him down he started heading forward not even wasting the energy to look back.
He ducked without thinking.
Looking ahead of him he saw a seven yard long icicle. Looking back he saw the mist moving. He ran faster. Just in time to feel the coldness creep up on him. He sent another fire ball behind him. The mist that appeared this time was much worse. Blowing up behind him, the force knocked him forward.
Standing back up he couldn't see anything. It was all blurry, he couldn't even see the clothes that were on him. It was getting hard to breath, the clothes were starting to get heavy, and the lack of seeing ground or anything was disorienting. Getting nauseous he sat down.
He felt a small shake coming towards him, his wand ready he waited for a sound. Nothing could be heard. He felt the vibrations but not a sound was being made. The only thing Harry was beginning to hear was his heart beat pounding in wait.
The shaking stops.
He jumps back as he hears a crunch of earth. the force blew some of the mist away and he saw a skeletal claw. Looking up from the appendage he see's the skull looking at him. It opens its jaw and fog begins to poor out.
In a split second of irrational thinking he silently casted aguamenti. Shooting giant wave of water at the skeletal mouth something good was happening. As the water touched the fog and skeleton it began to turn to ice. Continuously shooting the water for what felt like forever, Harry finally stopped.
Looking at his work he saw the skeletal dragon encased in ice. It almost looked like something an archeologist would drool over in discovering. Taking one last look he turned around and started walking towards the continuous path he set the whole time. Feeling the 'not so' cold air that he figured was the barrier he heard a cannon sound off.
He was safe.
He was tired.
He was going to take a small nap.
He blacked out at the first step of the stairs.
