Hikaru gulped nervously as he almost jogged into class 1-A, he panted lightly as he opened the door and quickly slammed it shut again.. He was almost tempted to lock it but decided not to.

He slumped down into his regular seat, not noticing that Haruhi was sitting there next to him until then.

"Morning Hikaru," Haruhi said, not really looking away from she paper she had on her desk, not really caring to pay attention to him. "Something the matter?"

Hikaru looked over at her and blinked a few times. "Oh my god Haruhi," he sighed, laying his arms over the top of his desk and laid his head down lazily. "It's Kaoru, he had this new crazy obsession with me... And its weird."

She rolled her eyes. "You guys always had this strange obsession with each other.. I need to get you guys a mirror, so you can watch yourselves in the host club."

"No Haruhi." He whined. Hurriedly trying to explain. "Not like that... Kaoru... He has all these strange... He has all these-..."

Hikaru narrowed his eyes, trying to find a word for it. "Just-... Here!"

Haruhi sighed, knowing she wasn't going to be able to get anymore work done before class as she watched her friend rummage through his bag, and raised a suspicious eyebrow. "What are you-?"

"Like this!" Hikaru exclaimed, pulling out two fabric dolls from his book bag and slammed them down on her paper, causing her book to fall to the floor with a thud..

Haruhi's eyes twitched as she looked, picking up the Hikaru doll upside down. "What... Are these?"

Hikaru scrunched up his face and huffed. "Those, Haruhi, would be my brothers."

"Why does Kaoru have dolls that look like...?"

"That look like us? I do not know." He scowled, poking the Haruhi doll in the forehead. "He's ben all moody lately too... I don't know what to do with him."

"..."

"God, it's almost like he's on his period."

Haruhi twitched. "Hikaru...Guy's don't get those."

"Well yeah, I know but..." Hikaru's cheeks instantly turned a slight red color. "Well, do you have a better explanation!?"

Haruhi sighed, shaking her head as she dropped the Hikaru doll on the desk and pushed it away with her pencil. "If your that worried about it, Hikaru, just go and talk to him about it."

"I've tried!" Hikaru pouted dramatically sticking out his bottom lip as he ran his hands through the sides of his head in his bright hair.. Irritated that he didn't know what was wrong with his baby twin. "I've asked what was wrong but every time I do, he looks at me like I killed somebody, then gives me attitude and says its my fault."

Writing down something, she was trying to make sense of, of math down on her paper, not looking back at him. "Well... Maybe you did something wrong and he's just waiting for you to apologize?"

"But I don't think I did anything," he sighed, slumping a cheek down on a fist as she glanced down at her paper, then pointed to a particular problem. "That one's wrong."

Haruhi grumbled something as she looked down and erased it, and re-wrote it, ignoring his "Fine, but it's still wrong." pout.

"I mean, I don't think I did anything recently," he continued acting serious, deep in thought. "And Kaoru's not the one to hold a grudge."

"Well, maybe it wasn't what you did do, but what you didn't do?" she said simply, not looking away from her book and tried not to pay all that much attention to him, knowing thee Hitachiin's evil reputation of having fights to irritate others.

"Haruhi you don't understand," Hikaru insisted. "My brother may secretly be a woman!"

"..."

"He plays with dolls for crying out loud, you can't get anymore girly then that!"

"..."

"Don't ignore me!"

"Hikaru," she sighed heavily, dropping her pencil on her paper as she looked over at him, "Why am I always the one you come to, to talk about your problems?"

Hikaru blinked, another blush forming at the base of his neck from direct eye contact with her.. He watched her blink which must have ben his trigger on being brought back to the real world. "I-..." he paused, thinking of something to say that wouldn't bring down his ego. "I don't know, because... We already told you silly! your our toy, and being so entitles you to listen to our problems, no questions asked~"

"I didn't know I was still just a plaything to you."

"...What was that?"

"...Nothing..."

Puckering out his lips curiously, Hikaru made a slight hum~ sound and just crossed his legs and got comfortable. "Could you talk to him, Haruhi?" he hesitated. "I feel like he needs another girl to talk to."

"Hikaru, I can pretty must guarantee you, that your brother is not a girl."

"Probably not, but you can never be too careful."

Slam~

"Hikaru! there you are, I've ben lookin all over for ya~"

Hikaru gulped, sinking away into his chair, hearing his brother suddenly pop up in the doorway.. Slightly scared of him at the moment, sure deep down he knew his brother was a man, but with him being all moody, he was sure Kaoru was becoming bipolar.

Kaoru breathed out lightly, a little smile lingering on his lips, looking over at the two of them sitting next to each other... Alone. "Ah, I wasn't interrupting something, was I~?" He winked. Smirking.

"No!" Hikaru answered hurriedly, scowling at his brothers 'Oh my god, were you guys kissing?' face. "What the hack bro, what took you so long? class is going to start in a few minutes, we always meet here fifteen minutes early!"

"Ne, Sorry Hika," Kaoru smirked, laughing airily, as if not that sorry at all. "I was doing something~"

Hikaru twitched. "Agh! Haruhi I told you he's a girl, he was doing something that made him late!"

"And? what does being late have to do with being a girl?"

"Girls are always late for everything!"

"I'm not always late."

"Haruhi, please, do yourself a favor and don't compare yourself to a girl."

"..."

Not realizing that what he said was probably offensive, Hikaru looked over a vary confused Kaoru and sneered at the way he was standing, with his one lag overlapping the other, his hand on his hip, and his book bag hanging down from his elbow... Like a purse?

Hikaru's stomach turned."

"I can't believe I've never noticed before!" He gasped.. His both hands over his cheeks in horror, looking at nothing in-particular, and talked as if his twin wasn't in the room. "The way he eats fry's with tiny bite like a bird.. The way he grabs the rail when he walk down the stairs.. the way he brushes his hair in the morning.. The reason why he doesn't have a girlfriend!"

"..."

"..."

"Haruhi's a girl, yet she chooses to me a boy. . My brother, a guy, yet chooses to be a girl," Hikaru muttered to himself, feeling quite bored and had to complain about something before he combusted. "The whole world is upside down!"

Haruhi barely had enough time to blink before Hikaru laid his head down on her shoulder, and proceeded to cry fake tears, too bored to actually care that what he was complaining about, was totally not possible. "Why, Haruhi?"

Not really sure what else to do, Haruhi blinked obliviously and raised her hand, patting Hikaru a few times on the head. her lips raised innocently.

Kaoru blinked, smirking at the little moment they both were having and sat down in his regular seat.. Feeling a little lost. "Um... What his he going on about? why am I suddenly a girl?"

"He's ben having a rough fifteen minutes." Haruhi explained. . Feeling the weight of Hikaru's head on her limb as she stared back at her book and stopped patting his head as she tried to write something else down, when Hikaru felt discouraged and grabbed her hand again, forcing her to continue to pat him comfortingly.

Haruhi sighed.. Looking to her other side. "Kaoru, please tell your brother that you're not turning into a girl."

Kaoru smirked. "I don't know Haruhi, am I?"

"Oh my god, you guys are so annoying," she whined, brushing off Hikaru's head and finally put her books away, giving up on trying. "Maybe I'll request a seat change."

"Neh, Haruhi no, no!"

"It's too dangerous out there in the cold hard other side of the classroom!"

That night, at thee Hitachiin estate.

"...Kaoru?"

"Hmm~?"

"What's the matter with you?"

"What do you mean~?"

"Your acting weird lately... What's wrong?"

"Nothin~"

"Don't lie to me,"

"Ne, Hikaru, go to sleep."

"But I don't wanna..."

"Well too bad Mr. Sunshine, we got school tomorrow."

"Since when are you worried about school?"

"I'm not, it's the people at school."

"...Uh?"

"Ugh, g-night Hika~"

Hikaru scowled, scooting off his bed and moved on to his twins, and a few seconds after feeling added warmth to his blankets, Kaoru turned around and was greeted by identical golden eyes. . "Can I help you?"

"Your brushing me off dude!"

"I'm not brushing you off... I'm just Tired, I haven't had a decent nights sleep in two months; night night~"

Grinning happily, Kaoru turned around and faced the other way, covering his head with the covers.

"Why haven't you ben sleeping?"

"Just go to sleep already."

"Kaoru."

Rolling his eyes at his brother persistence, Kaoru sighed and looked over his shoulder. "If you really want to know Hika, it's because of you, I'm worried about you."

"This isn't about me not having a girlfriend... Is it?"

"...Well... It was, sorta, but I dunno... Night~"

Hikaru just blinked, rolling over on to his bed, he made a slight hum sound and stared at the ceiling.

Then.

He thought of something.
