15. Let's Put This to Rest

So..this is what Lucas felt like after making the Star Wars Christmas Special. I don't know why of all of the Fanfics I've created THIS one is my most popular. As everyone can probably tell it's been years since I last updated this thing and a lot has happened since then. I've not completed this thing aand truth be told I don't really want to.

This is one of those fics that I look back and it sends cringing shockwaves through my teeth. Not only is it poorly written from a grammar standpoint, it's just in my opinion a cringe worthy story. It started out as a simple concept, take a concept that would be dismissed as fetish fuel and try to make it papitable if not entertaining for non-fetishes. I still think such a story is possible, I've seen it done with The Pirate's fate, but this is just not one of those stories. The prose is wrong, the details are off, to me at least, the story just comes across a mild fetish fic. I look at it, and I see it's popularity and I feel like I created a monster.

So here bears the question. If I hate the story so much, why do I keep it up? 1. Laziness and 2. The fic has found its was on other sites so I could not delete it even if I wanted to. 3. I don't believe in erasing history even if it's my own embarrassing part of history, I've tried it before it doesn't work. Plus there is also people who do like this, and I can't stop them. All of this to say, this story is not completed and it probably will never be. You want to complete it, go ahead I will not stop you just know this story is not really who I am in terms of a writer anymore, nor do I really want it to be.
