Chapter 17

When everyone finally got inside and took a seat around a table Hino looked up while everyone was ordering their own food. So let me begin with my story says Hino as she sighed and leaned back against the seat. She was sitting in the middle of Yumi and Kei while Shin, Tatsu, and Reo sat on the other side of them. It all started like this...

It all started right before the match between the GoM and Mujirin. Mujirin was known for being a lethal mean underhanded basketball team. The GoM and Hino plus Kei where walking down towards the entrance of the stadium to enter the court. When Akashi who was leading the small group stopped in his tracks. Which effectively ended all the conversations that were filling the air. Like Kise who was talking nonstop to Hino about the latest new looks that he had modeled. HIno was standing next to Kei and Kise was next to Kuroko who was next to Aomine. While Midorima and Atushi were in front of them following Akashi. But when Akashi stopped the rest of the GoM stopped along with him.

"What's wrong Akashi-kun" asks Midorima as he looks down on his captain?

"Aka-chin" questions Atushi wondering why they weren't moving any longer.

"You can come out now" says Akashi to the darkness next to them. Which freaked everyone out because as far as they knew there was no one there.

"Oh lookie here the captain was the first one to spot us not a big surprise really" came out a voice from the dark as about 6 people came out of the dark.

The two that were in the front where the only ones that talked the enter time. One of them had black hair and hetro eyes. While the other had dark brown eyes and hair. They both looked super mean and wore these evil sneers.

"I suppose you are team Mujirin" asks Midorima as the rest of the GoM turn towards the new people.

"Yes you guessed quite well Midorima" says the brown haired one with a laugh.

"Well what do you want" asks Aomine getting frustrated at these idiots for holding up the game?

"What do we want, oh nothing really just came up here to greet each one of you personally" says the brown one again.

"Yes each one of you even the girly ones" says the boy next to him as he moves his eyes apon Hino.

Who once seeing the attention that she was receiving immediately stepped forward. "Akashi may I" she asks first though.

"Of course" says Akashi as he smirked and closed his eyes.

Hino smiles at him and turns back to the boys of Mujirin and asks the hetro boy "what does that mean"?

"Calm down now little lady I didn't mean to offend you by that "says the boy as he holds his hands up in mock surrender.

Hino narrows her eyes as she clenches her fists. She knows better than to get in a fight right before a match even begins. As Akashi would say save that energy for the match then you can release it all at once. Hino closes her eyes and breathes out and opens her eyes and looks at the boy.

"What's your name" she asks mellow like.

"My name is Saki Tatusko and I am the point guard for Mujirin" says the boy as he smirks at Hino. "And you" Saki asks as he motions towards Hino.

"My name is Hino Taisuke" says Hino as she adds and "I am also the point guard for Teiko".

"Well then I guess we will see each other on the court then" says Saki as he and the others of Mujirin slowly started to walk away just like that.

Except for Saki, who after a couple of steps stopped which Hino didn't even notice because she had already turned her back to him.

"Hino" he whispered, "I like that name, I think I will have fun with you". With that Saki quickly disappears into the darkness.

Hino stood there after that and sighed before she looks towards the entrance of the court. She couldn't wait till she got a hold of that Saki guy. She got a bad feeling whenever he was near that was what she was more worried about then anything.

"You ok" questions Kei as he looks at his little sister?

"Yeah just can't wait to play was all Hino" said as she looked up at the GoM with her serious game face. Game on she thought as they walked away.

Later, almost the end of the game was when Akashi subbed himself out of the game for Hino. Once she came in she was one of the main scorers for their offense.

But that all went downhill when Saki attacked. Hino was just running down the middle of the court with Kise, Aomine, Midorima, Atushi, and Kuroko playing defense for her. So there was a giant opening just perfect for a good three pointer. Hino makes it to the middle line and jumps up in the air with only a couple of seconds left.

Even if she doesn't make this shot the GoM still would have won. Because it was at that moment with 10 sec. in the 4th quarter that the score was 100-87. So there wasn't a lot of pressure on Hino to make the shot.

Even so Hino still gave it her all. As she jumped into the air to make the shot. She barely got the ball above her head when something made contact with her back in mid-air. This with such a strong force sent her flying forwards onto the court. And if this wasn't bad enough something landed hard right down on her ankle and the back of her knee. She could feel the bone in her ankle pop out of place as she let out a horrible scream and twisted around to see her attacker.
