Chapter 7- What Have We Here?

"I'm sorry Aria, I should have told you" I said, grabbing a towel and drying my tail and legs.
Ariadne, or Aria as I liked to call her stared at me with a weird face, then she reached out and balled her fist. A hot sensation spread over my tail and soon it was gone. I stared at her and stood up.
"So you're one too?" I asked. She nodded and smiled at me, giving me a hug.
"King, we need to go to the library" Aria said. I looked at her, questioning her motives but she wouldn't tell me what was up. We grabbed our stuff and started walking to the library.
We walked into the brightly lit main room and walked up to one of the librarians. She was older but not too old.
"My name is Madelaine. Is there something I can help you with?" She asked, talking in a hushed tone and leaning in toward us so we were the only ones that could hear what was being said.
"I have a friend. She told me about your group." Aria looked around nervously.
Madelaine nodded and walked us over to a group of big stairs.
"We will be meeting in a few minutes. Just go up and follow the voices you hear. I will be up as soon as I can" She said, giving us a kind smile and walking back to the main desk and checking people out.
We walked up the steps and soon, when we got to the top, we heard teen voices coming from a room at the end of the hall.
When we walked in the room several girls and boys sat around laughing and talking and eating and drinking with straws. One girl squinted at Aria and I and she stood up, grabbed a cup and threw it at us.
We both transformed and fell to the floor.
"Well what have we here?" I asked out loud.
Sorry it has taken me so long to update...school is out in a few weeks and I hope to update more often,... Still accepting characters!
