The Nova King and Queen appeared in what some would call business suits, but the only thing was that they were both armed. The King had a longsword on his back, and the Queen had something that looked really heavy, as tall as she was and looked like a massive piece of metal, the only word that a limiter uttered was, "Zanbato." How could such a refined looking lady use that weapon, or even carry it.
The King looked around, "So this is where we will find our precious daughter, and her craven cowards of a husband." The Queen only smiled, "and you are forgetting our 7 grandchildren too." The King was not forgetting, he was right down furious. He had grandchildren, and that bastard was eventually going to use them against their own people, who were only trying to rescue his daughter. The Queen had to remind him that they were here to see their daughter, her children, and to stop the fighting.
The two walked into the building and just from their senses they managed to figure where Kazuya and his family were, it was good that they were all together. He walked to the door to a very frightened assistant and they were let inside, a few comfortable chairs had been places, Kazuya, his sisters, mother and father were seated. The only exception was that Kazuya was on a sofa with both Miriam, and Elizabeth sitting on each side of him. "We are the Monarchs of all Nova, open the door, and lets get these situation settled. I have many things to do, and no time to waste." The assistant did not even want to move, "Very well, don't blame me if this door gets damaged. The blame is yours for your inaction." The King decided to open the door, and he did. He crushed the handle but he managed to open the door.
"You must be the King and Queen. Be welcome to this academy." Sister Margaret told them. As they began to walk to the only empty chairs, Miriam moved and knelt in front of them as they were seated. "Stand Miriam, you have no need to do that." The Queen told her as she looked at Kazuya and his sisters. Finally she saw her daughter and her husband. Kazuya remember seeing this lady before in that one dream. "So my own grandchildren do not even greet me, that is such a sad welcome, to their grandmother." Chiffon walked to the Queen and told her, "How can you be our grandmother, you look old enough to be my mother!" The Queen smiled, "So some of you inherited my dislike of protocol, at least that makes me feel better." The King told Chiffon.
"I am Arthur Nova, King of Nova. This is Victoria Nova my queen and love. I will not waste time, I have sent 8 search and rescue groups and a few to test the young man over there. We Nova value strength in our Nobles, Courage in our Warriors, and Wisdom in our Leaders. I know thanks to Miriam that he does have Courage and he is Wise. What I propose is this. I myself can not or will not forgive the taking of my daughter without my consent. Peace under my rule, will be the peace that will come when I have his head on a platter." The Queen interrupted, "But there is a way to have peace and everyone live. If my grandson defeats my husband in single unarmed combat, then he will be the next Nova King. As such he can make peace with your people. Come on, Children how long are you going to wait and give your granny a hug?"
They each gave her a nice, warm hug that made Victoria smile. All except for Gengo who was not to happy about being called looked at as if he was a bug to stepped on. "Well, Kazuya. Will you accept dueling me or are you as much a coward as your father." Kazuya walked over to his grandfather side and looked at him with a very angry look in his eye. "You bet, I will beat some manners into you, and then family hasn't seen you ever, and you call my father a coward! Let's take this outside shall we?" Arthur could not be happier, his successor did have some backbone. He would need it to keep order during his rein. "Very well, little Kazuya, we shall see who teaches who. Lets go outside and find a nice place. I am going to enjoy this, grandson."
As Kazuya and Arthur walked outside the room, leaving everyone else speechless. Maria apologized profusely to her mother, she had no idea that Kazuya would react that way. Victoria was not offended in the least. Miriam and Elizabeth were both actually very proud of him. His sisters however did not even wait for their mother and father to leave the room, they all ran after Kazuya not wanting to miss this for the world. "My grandchildren did inherit something from my husband. How can I possibly blame them." Victoria told her daughter as she placed her hand on her head. "So how about we talk about the things that happen after you went missing. I want to hear how my baby girl found love. We have plenty of time with your son is out playing with my husband." Gengo finally speaks and asked her if her husband would cause his son serious harm. "Of course not, he only wants to test the future King. He would never harm him too badly. He might sound like a barbarian, but my husband can be quite sensible."
As Arthur and Kazuya dropped in their respective martial disciplines. They did not wait for someone to call a start and Arthur attacked Kazuya first. He dodged it rather easily, he was not trained to be a ninja and not be able to dodge such a slow punch. The duel began to really heat up when Kazuha started to do her impression of a cheerleader. She simply could not hide her excitement at seeing her brother fight so well. Arthur truly like his grandson. He had courage, and was wise to pick the place where he attacked, and if the ache he was feeling was any indication. He was strong, boy was he going to feel it the next day. "Come one, gramps. Pick up the pace, are you slowing down in your old age?" Kazuya told him. His only reply was, "Why you.." He did pick up the pace. "And here he said about teaching him manners, Oh me Oh my, I think both are quite the barbarians don't you think so?" Chiffon asked Kazuha who was enjoying this a little to much, and so where her other sisters who had joined in cheering for Kazuya, screaming things like, show that geezer who is boss, quit holding back and knock his block off, and there were even some chants of Kazuya, go Kazuya, go beat that old fool. She could hardly believe how her sisters were acting, Oh well when in Rome do as the romans do. She decided to start cheering too.
Victoria had a lovely conversation over tea with her daughter and husband. She even heard about some of the things her grandson had managed to do. She was quite happy to see that her old invention had done some good in the dimension her daughter and family lived. Gengo asked him what she meant by that. She just told him that the last time she met him, she transfered the designs of one of her old inventions into Kazuya's mind. If they lived the old visor, they would love the newer versions even more. She explained that she was a researcher in her free time. Gengo and her mother had something in common after all. Maria was happy to listen to them share all sorts of ideas and what each had researched. Sister Margaret was simply happy to see the end of a conflict.
As the sun began to set, and the two began to show signs of being tired, Arthur looked at Kazuya with a smile, "Ready to give up, Brat?" Kazuya looked at him and smiled, "Not on your life, old man. I could have my sisters bring us some lights and we can go on, or we could go to the exercise building over there." Kazuya pointed at the building where pandora fought dummy Nova. Arthur threw one punch and it was clear that he had other intentions. He quickly grabbed him into a big hug. "I am happy to leave this job to you brat!" He returned the hug and told him,"I will make you proud, old man!" The cheerleader squad felt quite, and could only say that it was such a tender moment. Chiffon just told his sisters that they should have done that hours ago, and Kazuha told her that it was just male bonding.
Victoria walked over to her husband and grandson, "See I told you. A little rest and those blockheads will be just fine." Arthur and Kazuya both looked at her and asked at the same time, "Who are you calling a blockhead?" That made everyone start laughing. "Well if you find that funny then laugh after you hear this. I officially name Kazuya Aoi Nova the next Nova King." Arthur told them, and indeed they stopped laughing. Victoria took hold of Kazuya, "But we have some planning to do. You have 2 lovely ladies you have to marry."
For some reason he felt that his grandmother and mother were having way to much fun at planning a wedding. Arthur just told him that he would get used it. They haven't even met the parents of the brides. Both Kazuya and Arthur left them to their planning. The brides however were in deep discussions on how they would run their home. Gengo could hardly believe it, he just got his family back together again and next thing you know his son is getting married. He simply decided to go and join Arthur and Kazuya in their talk about managing to survive and maintain a happy home.
The wedding was typical royal wedding, with the exception of there being 2 brides. Their honeymoon too short for the wives liking, and the governments of the world happy that they would no longer fear a Nova Clash. Kazuya proved to be a better diplomat than his grandfather. The Nova people in a matter of 3 years had become very good friends with the humans. There had even been a few brave couples that followed their king's example and found love between a nova and a human. They were not all that different deep down, and their lives improved tremendously thanks to the technology of the nova, and the capacity for humans to grow and prepare food.
Miriam would go and have 4 daughters, all as lovely as herself. Elizabeth would have 5 handsome boys as strong as her husband. Kazuya would have 9 little reasons for headaches, and constant worrying. His grandfather and even father told him that was to be expected. Since the peace Satelizer El Bridget took control of the El Bridget family business, she eventually married and had a pair of twins. Her limiter was quite good with numbers, now her husband, he took care off all the accounting. The two made quite the team, and would bring the El Bridget family business to remain at the top in the world stock exchange. The other pandora married their limiters, except for a few that broke up after they did not want to lose their freezing powers. They were no longer needed, so their girlfriends told them, and they told them that they would never go back to having sex without the ereinbar set. This argument ended the relationship of a few couples.
Gengo and Maria were quite happy to see their children find happiness, and one night he asked her one question. "Who would have believed that one boy would change the world so much? He ended a war that I once believed would be the end of humanity. How did all this happen?" Maria kissed her husband and told him, "Simple, love found a way. My son sure changed this world but would you rather he didn't?" Gengo told his beloved wife, "No, I would not change how this conflict ended, not for all the gold in both world."
