"Hiiiiiie! Reborn please don't-"
The shot resounded through the sky but Hibari barely flinched, baring his teeth as two familiar forms rounded the corner.
Tsuna was in front, running down the center of the street, as Reborn walked calmly along the fences with his gun held out.
"Herbivore," Hibari bite out. "I'll bite you to death for disturbing the peace."
"I'm really really so-" The fear in Tsuna's eyes increased when he looked up from the ground, cheeks flushed pink and red lips opened as he panted, to find Hibari in front of him. He glanced nervously towards one of the side streets, obviously trying to think of a way to get away from the Disciplinary Committee head.
Unlike the rest of his guardians, Tsuna's relationship with Hibari was limited to their fighting together.
"Shut up, dame-Tsuna!" Reborn shouted out. The air popped again and a bullet cracked the pavement by Tsuna's feet.
The brunette let out another scream and kept running. "Just this once, Hibari-san! Sorry!"
As he flew past him, another bullet landing near Hibari's feet, the perfect raised an eyebrow and decided he would have to watch the Sawada brat more closely. It wasn't often someone didn't immediately turn around or duck another way when he confronted them.
E/n: I considered writing something where one of them got shot but I decided that I do too much dark stuff and not enough pre-relationship look ins.
