One Hundred Things I Need to Do But I Only Want to Do You

Prompt: Enticing Scent

Kyoya paused, halfway down the stairs, when something hit him that smelled so good that his mouth began to water immediately. He hurried down the rest of the steps, making his way towards the kitchen as he wondered who could be cooking.

Takeshi was great with sushi, but this wasn't the smell of fish.

Chrome was fantastic when it came to baking, but she never did it this early in the day.

He pushed the swinging doors open and took a deep breath as the scent washed over him.

Tsuna was sitting at the island, his legs hooked around the bars of the stool, with his arms folded against the counter. Nana was standing at the fridge, peering into it with her hands on her hips.

"-eally Tsuna. I feel like I have to give you the same speech every time I visit."

"I'm sorry, Maman," Tsuna apologized, although his voice was filled with affection rather then remorse. "I promise I'll ask the maids to see the shopping list. I'll cross off all Mukuro's brownies and replace them with salads."

Kyoya chuckled and interrupted, "We could replace those bags of grape candy for Lambo with actual grapes while we're add it."

Both turned to him, matching smiles on their faces.

Tsuna greeted, "Morning."

"Kyoya!" Nana stepped towards him. Her small arms wrapped around him in a tight hug that he returned. "It's so good to see you again, sweetie. Tsuna isn't causing too much trouble for you is he?"

"Of course not. Tsuna didn't mention that you were coming to visit this week." Even with being on a mission until two am the previous morning, there was no way Kyoya would have missed that. Tsuna always put his all into preparing things for his mothers visit, they all did. Nana had given all of them a motherly figure and they treated her like a Queen whenever she was in Italy.

"I didn't know she would be," Tsuna stated. "Reborn flew her in as a suprise."

"Ah..." Kyoya wondered what Reborn's motivations were but didn't ask. Instead he said, "Are you cooking something, Nana?"

"Arugula, Prosciutto, and Tomato Panini," she reported. "Tsuna said Lambo, Ipin, and Futa usually come down looking for lunch around now. Should I make you one too?"

Despite how good it smelled, Kyoya shook his head. "No thank you. I've got lunch plans with Chrome."

"Alright. We're all having dinner together though, understood?"

He nodded, "I'll pass the message on to any of the others I see."

"Good! If you see him, tell Shoichi and Spanner they aren't excluded either. Those two could definitely use some vegetables."

Tsuna sighed, "Maman, we're all grown you know. I don't think vegetables are going to help any."

Kyoya pressed a kiss against the top of his head, hearing Nana start up her objection, and murmured, "Have fun with her."

"I will," Tsuna muttered back. "Thank you for giving us some time alone."
