I do not own Criminal Minds.
The group of four sat at the table. All four tired of the silence.
"So that was an easy case we had."
"Yes, I guess it was. I wish all our cases were that easy."
Reid was wondering if it had been a wise choice to stay over.
"You catch bad guys too?" Maddie asked not liking the quite either.
"Yes,I help profile unsubs."
"An unsub is..." Holly started but was interrupted by Maddie.
"An unidentified subject." She said with a smile. Reid again was surprised.
"You are really smart. Do you know what B.A.U. stands for?"
Her smile widened.
"That's easy Behavioral Analyst Unit."
The rest of dinner Reid continued asking Maddie questions. After dinner they decided to play a game of scrabble. Maddie looked at the board and then her tiles.
"Mathematics" She said laying out her tiles.
Reid was surprised. When Reid went to leave Maddie ran up to him.
"Spencer do you think you can come over again. Your really good at scrabble even though I beat you."
Reid looked at Emily.
"Sure maybe next weekend if it's okay with Emily."
After their goodbyes Reid left.
"Bedtime" Emily shouted walking back into the living room. After the girls were in bed she got out her phone to call Beth.
