Dex and I take it nice and easy trying to find the exit even though we are in a hurry. I could be focused on that, but I had my mind on something else. I was thinking about what I'm going to tell Mustang. All I can say is...it's going to be so difficult. Why? Because I secretly dated a homunculus. If I put my words right, I believe that he'll find it in his heart to forgive me. I'm just scared of what he'll say. Anyway, I'm walking in the dark halls completely unaware of what else is down here. I mean I know that there are chimeras down here but there is something else. I hear chomping noises as if someone was eating of very, very hard meat. It sounds so horrible, that it sends chills up and down my spine. Now to be cautious, Dex and I slowly close in on the noise. I peek into the next hall and see a bunch of white beings eating in something. They looked like zombies from this horror movie I saw once. Since we are so close, the sound is much louder and it mad my heart pulse with fear.
Me: *in thought* What in the hell...?
The zombie looking creatures back away from their possession and what I saw put me in total horror. Two military bodies lay before them all covered in blood and their flesh was torn from the bone. I bring both of my hands to my mouth and I can't help but shiver. Next thing I knew, the zombie creatures caught their attention to me.
Me: *whispers to Dex* Holy shit! Run!
As soon as we ran, the pale beings being to run after us. I try not to look back at them with their blood covered maws, they seem to be gaining on us. If I run faster, I'll end up tripping and if I run slower, which I shouldn't do, I'll be dead meat. As we were about to turn to the next hall, Dex and I fall through the floor, then landed on the floor of a room, which was also really white.
Me: Oww. That hurts so bad.
After I hear a whimper of pain come out of Dex, I see a whole lot more pale beings in front of me. Then, I hear a familiar voice yell out to me...
Edward: Serenity! Move!
Edward them jumps in front of me hits the monsters away with a stick. Dex and I get up, turn around, and we see Mustang, Riza, an Ishvalan man known as Scar, and three other chimeras that are part of the military.
Me: Roy. Riza. What the hell is going on right now?
Riza: We'll talk later! Here! *toss gun*
I catch the gun and I begin to shoot at the monsters that are coming towards us. Like homunculi, that can heal up from any type of injury. They're made with Philosopher's Stones. That's is definitely a big problem for us, but not to Mustang. With the snap of his fingers, Mustang burn up all of the monsters. Edward seems to be freak out by all of this. Mustang sees Ed in that condition, then says...
Mustang: They were the enemy. It had to be done.
Riza: Serenity, are you well?
Me: Yes. Thank you for asking.
Scar: So, you're Serenity?
I turn to the scar-faced man who stood a couple of feet before me. I answer...
Me: Yes. Yes I am.
Scar: I know how hard it is to lose the ones who made you. Just remember, you're blessed with a mother and a father. Especially your mother...
Me: Okay. Thank you for telling me that.
After Scar told me that I'm blessed, there was an explosion of some what and we see May and Shao May fall.
Jerso: Is that May?
Me: *in thought* May...
Then, I hear coughing noises coming from...
Edward & Me: Envy!?
Envy: Not you guys!
All I did was make my "game face" at him. I see the same old homunculus who killed my best friend, but made me happy. How am I going to react to him and his behavior right now? It all comes down to this...and I keep my feeling intact... because my friends are around me...
