Gym Of Fire Grass Water And Moon
Chapter One:

Celia

Chili-nii kept losing battles and it was getting to him. He asked Cress-nii for advice, but when Cress-nii gave it to him, well let's just say he wasn't too pleased with what he heard. I ran after him, promising I'd try to get him to come back. Unlike Cress-nii and Cilan-nii, I could approach him when he was mad no problem. It was partially because I could send him flying into the nearest wall if he got cross with me and partially because it was harder to get cross with me than it was to get cross with our older brothers. Probably because I was a girl. Who knows.

I wish Cilan-nii were here. I moaned mentally, chasing after my hotheaded brother. He always could keep the hothead from being too hotheaded. At least that's probably where he's headed.

Sure enough, he traveled around the Unova region to get train and stronger and when he heard that Cilan-nii was in Driftveil, he had to go and see him. Knowing my brother, he'd challenge Cilan to a battle, if only to prove that he was stronger or something stupid like that.

"Cilan!" My favorite brother called. "There you are!"

"Chili?!" Cilan gasped.

I stepped out from behind him. "Hello Cilan-nii. 'Sup?"

"You too imouto?" He asked, frowning. "What are the pair of you doing here?"

"I'm on a journey, traveling and training." Chili-nii told him. "Like you Cilan."

'He ran away from home.' I signed behind his back. 'He kept losing to challengers and he got mad about it. He asked Cress-nii for advice, but when Cress-nii gave it, it wasn't what he wanted to hear so he didn't take it too well.'

Cilan-nii bit down on a sigh. 'Now why am I not surprised?' He signed back.

"But Chili," Ash said. "You're one of the Striaton City Gym Leaders, aren't you?"

"Yeah, that's right." Iris agreed. "Let's see, Chili uses Pansear, a Fire type Pokémon, Cress uses Panpour, a Water type Pokémon, and of course Cilan uses Pansage, a Grass type Pokémon. Also, anyone who challenges the Striaton City Gym gets to choose the Gym Leader they want to battle. But wait, who are you?"

I grinned. "Celia's my name. I'm Cilan Chili and Cress's little sister."

They looked at me, confused. "Then why didn't we see you when I challenged the Gym?" Ash wanted to know, and it actually as a valid question.

I laughed sheepishly. "I was running errands at the time." I admitted. "I had been designated the DER, or Designated Errand Runner, for the day. I only let them get away with it because A) there was a challenger, you, and B) because I had a few things I wanted to pick up for Selene."

"Selene? Is that one of your Pokémon?" Iris asked curiously.

"My only Pokémon." I corrected, tossing her ball up in the air. "Selene, front and center."

"An Infernape, wow." Ash gasped. "How did you get an Infernape in the Unova Region?"

I grinned. "Got her as an egg. Her mother's Trainer was a real teme—"

"Imouto." Chili-nii and Cilan-nii warned in unison.

"And didn't want the egg when he picked it up from the Daycare, just because the mother had the egg with another Trainer's Pokémon." I finished, ignoring my brothers. "And her father's trainer couldn't take care of it because he already had one baby Pokémon to take care of. So the owner of the Daycare went around town looking for someone for someone to take care of the egg. My brothers already had their Pokémon, but I hadn't gotten one yet, so they decided that hatching an egg would be a good way for me to get my first Pokémon. I was sure surprised when it turned out to be a Chimchar instead of a Unova Pokémon like I expected it to be."

"Anyway, Cilan, come on, let's have a battle." Chili-nii begged.

"Me, battle you?" Cilan-nii looked baffled.

"Sure! I want you to show me what you've learned from all that training." Chili-nii informed him and I had to roll my eyes. Same old Chili-nii. "The last thing I want to hear is you telling me you've forgotten your goal: mastering the art of the Connoisseur."

"Of course I haven't." Cilan-nii said, sounding just a little angry that Chili-nii would even dare to suggest such a thing. Being a Connoisseur was one of his biggest prides.

"Then let's battle!" Chili-nii told him.

Cilan-nii smiled. "Alright, challenge accepted."

I decided I'd referee the match between my brothers. It was my right, I thought, as their sister. Selene would also be watching to make sure things didn't get out of hand. The match was a one on one, mostly because Chili-nii only had one Pokémon (I had bought Pokéballs even if I didn't really see any interesting Pokémon to use them on, but Chili-nii forgot).

Naturally, they used Pansage and Pansear.

It was a rather one sided battle despite the type advantage as Chili-nii refused to have Pansear block or dodge. He got so mad about it that he blamed Pansear for the loss. Well, to be fair Pansear kind of started the argument when he wouldn't return to his Pokéball, but still.

I groaned as the pair of them ran off in different directions. "Selene, you go find Pansear. I'll go find Chili-nii. Send me the usual signal when you find him. I'll do the same."

"Right." Selene agreed. "Do I talk him down from his anger or beat it out of him?"

"If you can, try to talk him down from it." I answered. "If not, beat it out of him."

Selene seemed to grin. "I almost hope he can't be talked down. I haven't had a good fight in ages." She commented innocently.

I laughed. "No surprise." I took off towards the nearest restaurant, and wasn't surprised to see Cilan following me. I also wasn't surprised when I saw my twin brother Caden there, one hand rapidly shoveling Sushi into his mouth, the other protectively cradling two eggs, an orange one and a blue one. Taking in his decidedly wet state, I deduced that he probably found a trainer who had the eggs he was looking for, but the trainer didn't want to give them up and probably wasn't going to treat them right so he had to fight for them. The way he was cradling them protectively, I assumed that someone tried to take them from him, and he got even more wet.

Caden hated getting wet. Okay, if it was to swim or shower, he didn't mind, but getting wet when he didn't want to really pissed him off. In fact, once when I pushed him in the lake to make him learn how to swim, he got so mad that the water started boiling around him.

I raised an eyebrow. "So nii-kun," I began, grinning as his head jerked up, startled, though he somehow managed to keep shoveling Sushi into his mouth. Only Caden. It was a talent of his. "Finally find those eggs you were looking for?"
