Frostic the Kyurem
In front of Link, Rucas and Navi is Frostic the Kyurem, in his human form. He is the true identity of the Mysterious Demon, the enemy that tried to hunt down the piece of the Mirror of Nightmare…
Frostic fights by using his swords to thrust Link and Rucas to the edge of the tower, so Link and Rucas do the same fighting style by using their sword/fist to thrust Frostic to the edge of the tower, after Frostic reaches the edge of the tower, Link and Rucas deliver a great blow, making Frostic falls down from the top of the Frost Tower!
"!" Frostic falls down from the Frost Tower, but a light platform appears and prevents Frostic from falling any further, but that made Frostic becomes unconscious!
"Link! That is your chance!" Rucas says.
Link nods and jumps down to the light platform that Frostic is, and then he stabs his sword into Frostic's chest!
"!" Frostic feels the pain and stands up, but he can still fight!
Link uses the same tactic that he used before, but before Link can thrust Frostic down from the light platform, Frostic is able to grab Link's sword and throws him down from the tower!
"!" Link is about to fall down from the tower, but Rucas can grab him before he falls down from the tower. Rucas throws Link to Frostic, making Frostic falls down from the light platform!
But before Frostic's body reaches the floor below, another light platform appears and prevents Frostic from falling down, but that also makes Frostic becomes unconscious. Link wastes no time and jumps down to another light platform and stabs his sword into Frostic's chest! This time, Frostic looks very painful, but he still insist to fight!
Link uses the same tactic and thrusts Frostic down from the light platform, but this time, Frostic's body falls down to the snowy ground below! Link quickly jumps down to the ground below and stabs his sword to Frostic's chest for the last time!
After Link's sword is stabbed into Frostic's chest for the third time, Frostic cries out in a great pain before his body stops moving!
"….Did he… die?" Navi asks.
"I don't know, but first, let's return to the top of the Frost Tower. I am worrying about Xynnia and others." Rucas says, and then Rucas, Link and Navi quickly climbs the Frost Tower.
At the last room of the Frost Tower, Link, Navi and Rucas find that Diasol and Yterval had regained their consciousness already. They are looking after the unconscious body of Princess Xynnia. And Anna is trying to stop King Baron's bleed. (Which is almost impossible.)
"Is Xynnia alright?" Rucas asks.
"She is just fell unconscious…" Yterval says.
"Oh… Xynnia… You are alive… I am so relieved…" Diasol says and cries over her sister's body.
"But… Why does Xynnia still alive? She was pushed into the River of Sin, wasn't she?" Rucas asks.
"Maybe we will know it after she regain her consciousness." Anna says after finishes bandaging King Baron's bleed and stops the blood.
"… Or you could ask me."
Someone says, before the room opens, and the Mysterious Demon, Frostic the Kyrue, in his human form, walks into the room.
"You! You are still alive?!" Navi says.
"… A single battle couln't kill me." Frostic says.
"You are fiend!" Diasol says.
"Why me?" Frostic asks.
"You tried to kill Xynnia! You are a heartless demon!" Diasol says.
"How do you know?" Frostic asks.
"You are the dragon, aren't you? Be honest, did you kill Xynnia?" Rucas asks.
"…No." Frostic answers. His answer shocks everyone.
"What?!" Everyone says.
But before anyone could say anything, Xynnia finally regains her consciousness.
"Xynnia!" Diasol says.
"Diasol?" Xynnia says and stands up.
"Oh! Xynnia! I am so happy that you are alive!" Diasol says.
"Yes… I am so happy that I could meet anyone again." Xynnia says.
"…Awake already, Angel. You are such a sleepyhead." Frostic says.
"… I am sorry, Demon. But I had tried…" Xynnia says.
"Xynnia! Was that dragon the one who push you into the River of Sin?!" Yterval asks.
"… On the contrary." Xynnia answers.
"What? I don't understand!" Rucas says.
"… He was the one who helped me from the River of Sin." Xynnia says.
Xynnia's answer is the most unexpected thing that everyone had got in a while… Frostic helped Xynnia from the River of Sin?!
"… While I was drowning in the River of Sin, I remembered that Mysterious Demon jumped into the River of Sin and trying to help me… The next thing that I remembered is I woke up in this room." Xynnia says.
"I was around there, trying to find the piece of the Mirror of Nightmare in the Darkon, and then I saw Xynnia get pushed into that River of Sin…" Frostic says.
"But… Why?! That doesn't make any sense!" Navi says.
"Why did you help her? We are your enemy, aren't us?" Rucas asks.
"… Yes, that is what I will answer you before Xynnia got pushed into the River of Sin." Frostic says.
"What does that mean?" King Baron asks after he finally regains his power.
"I served no more the god. I am not on his side anymore." Frostic says. His word reminds Link of his dream, where the Mysterious Demon told two dragons that he is not on the side of the god anymore…
"But…Why?!" Diasol asks.
"… The god told me to find the piece of the Mirror of Nightmare before you could, but do not hurt you. He told me that, and I followed his command without any doubt. But… He is the one who break this…" Frostic says.
"What?!" Everyone says.
"He told me not to hurt any of you, but he did it by himself!" Frostic says.
"What?! Then… Don't tell me that…" Diasol says after she realizes something.
"Yes, the one who pushed Xynnia into the River of Sin was none other than the god himself." Frostic says.
