damonika2009: Akito's not going away any time soon but his intentions will come back to bite him in the ass. Don't worry about the reviews, I know you read the series.
Setsuna-Chan22: funny you say that I ALMOST did have him have one, but thought better of it. Akito I want to escalate his character to the next level, I wonder if you'll all be ready for it. Lol
kera69love: thank you and its team work between 'Shaydoe' and I.
Slow Burn: I'm glad it was one of your favorites. To me I LOVE a possessive Mamo so writing those moments are sweet. I just have to write them in a way that says 'I'm confident in her but I'm not confident nor do I trust you'.
trish1573: I couldn't take the couple apart though I'm trying to figure out a way to have her stay at home for just a day before realizing that her place is with Mamo at his apartment.
Guest (1): oh I LOVE writing Mamo like that. lol
CaughtInAFantasy: Very true that he needed to know the extent of the relationship and would find out.
CynDLou12: the damage control will be a work in progress.
Em: Turning point…possibly…or possibly not…wait and see. I am glad their coupliness came out though. They each were able to keep calm and calm down her father at the same time even if Mamo wanted to strike him back.
Guest (2): Kenji doesn't like loosing and he feels he is with Usa. so chill pill, Ikuko will need to make him swallow the bottle. Lol as for Mamo by her room but never with her parents I don't remember him being there, in her room. …then again there is like 200 episodes in the anime so yeah…a lot of possibilities. lol
Mavebelikova: the events needed to happen for the story line. Its progress but in which direction you'll find out soon. As for your other questions…everything is in progress.
AimlesslyGera: Glad you liked possessive Mamo in that one, and horny Mamo waking his girlfriend up. Lol I wanted to incorporate some more intimacy in their interactions as far as how couples are and not just sex. Even if it leads to sex. Lol
Guest (3): I've been debating that for a LONG time. I always did want them to know but not till certain events happened where they weren't given a choice but to accept or maybe she's forced to transform in front of them. I don't know that's a definite mind bending question.
NeoPrincessRini: glad you liked it.
Wow 14 reviews…nice well lets see what this one brings you all, there is smut in here so be warned. Now I'll let you all know due to the holiday rush and real life stuff for 'Shaydoe' as she's handling Christmas stuff this year there won't be a new ch/ep till the new year. So please don't kill us!
Sailor Moon S 'Rise of the Messiah ' Ch/ep. 30
The next day dawned bright and cold. The grey clouds of yesterday having receded towards the horizon. Leaving the sky it's familiar brilliant blue, with only a few brave wisps of white clouds to trail overhead. Come spring the girls would start their last year of middle school and high school entrance exams would start to loom. For now though they had finals to worry about, the fall semester would be ending in a few weeks so a study session was in order.
Ami wanted to get it to become a regular thing, but with everything that had been happening they hadn't manage to get together other than Senshi meetings in weeks. Finding a quiet table near the back of the Juuban public library's main floor. The five girls were happily seated at the far end of a long table beside the wall of windows. Sunlight splintered in through the square glass mosaic of windows, the cluster of tables spread behind them were sparsely filled with other students. A quiet hush filled the large somewhat stoic and musty room.
It was peaceful, almost serene with everyone busy quietly doing their homework. Except for Minako, who's leg was hopping a frantic rhythm under the table. Usagi passed the honey blonde girl a knowing look, sitting beside her at the long table. She got a look at Minako's homework paper for a note scribbled at the bottom. The words 'Juban community center at 4:30' written in kanji. Meet Araki! The message had dozen's of inked hearts all around his name.
She smiled faintly understanding the girls nerves were a bit on edge. She was going to meet her long time idol. Araki. She had been a fan of his for a long time. They had all endured many hours of her flaunting all kinds of mundane knowledge about the singer. From his many liaison's around Tokyo to his years of philanthropy donating and petitioning for added funding to the children's hospital for terminally ill kids. He seemed to be a very kind and giving man. Even though he seemed to be kind of a player as well.
Then Minako abruptly left the table, mumbling about going to the bathroom. Usagi watched with concern as she speed walked out of the main area and through the back stacks of the library.
They were able to do this every now and then. To study in one place together when their free periods meshed together. Minako's school had their own two hour study hall during final's that most of the students skipped.
Rei's school was out early that day for a teacher conference. So they all came to Juuban for a nice study session together. Usagi had spilled the news while Minako was away, finding out all the girls knew already. So now they were planning on accompanying her to the audition. To be there as her most dedicated supporters. If this was truly Minako's dream they wouldn't get in the way of it. Just like when Ami would get to become a successful doctor, they'd encourage it and work around it so they could still fight the forces of evil as long as it existed.
Same thing for when Rei became a powerful business woman and Makoto a famous cook. Even when Usagi would become Mamoru's wife and possibly a grade school teacher, though that would be a hopeful side job. Until the time of Crystal Tokyo came around and had to assume her duties as Queen. Usagi sighed. Wondering if any of them would be able to achieve their dreams before fate made its decision for them.
Sometimes I wonder…
She kept her thoughts from Mamoru as it did sort of sound like it was heading down a negative path. Usagi told the girls where Minako was going so they could all go and vote for her. They knew of Araki the rising singer, turned actor, but none were as avid of fans as Minako was.
Within the hour they packed up their books and walked as a group down to the community center. The air was crisp after the brief snow they had last night, which littered the ground, covering the city in soft layer of white. It wouldn't last long, the weather in Japan was rather humid. Soon it would melt, leaving behind the cold slush to cover the streets. The penetrating dampness would remain, that was their true winter.
The girls all wore their winter coats and gloves, with scarves wrapped around their throats. The hems of their various school skirts just peeking out beneath the heavy jackets. Fluttering in the bitter gusts of wind that howled down the streets from time to time. With leather satchels draped over their shoulder's, or gripped tight in gloved hands. It was a short walk through the afternoon crowds, as they headed towards the Community Centre that was only a few blocks away from the public library.
They were offering a very nervous Minako words of support and encouragement the whole way through. She was very grateful they were all there. This was the first step towards her dream. She needed to at least make it to the final round to prove to herself she had the will and talent to make it as an idol to many others. Not to mention the guts to do what many did not, stand up in front of so many people and NOT freeze.
The white washed building was a grande affair of glass and painted brick. Built in the early part of the century it boasted a simple conservative design, of straight angles and cement buttresses that stood out amid the more fluid architecture of the modern tower's of steel and glass.
Minako stopped at the bottom of the outer stairs that led to a set of heavy oak doors. Watching as several very poised, very well put together girls entered the hall. All the girls stopped abruptly, except Usagi who was busy watching the same crowd of gorgeous girls already entering the building high above. Not paying attention, she clumsily bumped right into Minako's back. It was like hitting a very stiff, very fleshy wall, the smaller girl rebounded back her sneaker's losing grip on the slippery sidewalk. Soon the world was going sideways with a yelp.
"Whoa...there." Makoto lunged out and grabbed Usagi's arm. Righting the girl on her feet before she kissed the pavement.
Minako never noticed, staring up at the doors like a frightened deer in headlights. Swallowing several times to set her courage. Usagi leaned around her shoulder, taking in the fear in her eyes then gave her shoulder's a reassuring squeeze.
"You'll gonna do great!" She beamed.
"Relax, Minako - chan you got this." Makoto began.
"This should be cake compared to fighting the bad guys." Rei interrupted flippantly. Tossing her long raven hair over her shoulder, of her grey wool pea coat.
"Speaking of cake. I got a fresh strawberry chiffon waiting for us when these auditions are over. Win or lose we will still celebrate!" Makoto gave Minako a one handed hug, urging the girl to take the first steps up the staircase.
"Do your best!" Ami shouted with a smile as Minako resolutely mounted the steps.
"Go break a leg! Not literally!" Usagi shouted out with a giggle.
Minako laughed, then entered the hall, disappearing behind the heavy door.
"Really, odango-head!" Rei snarled. "Now you jinxed her." Storming up the steps.
"What do you mean?" Usagi jogged behind her innocently. "Isn't that what you say to someone before an audition? Besides I also said not literally. I don't want anything to happen during her audition after all."
"Yeah a normal someone." Makoto laughed. Usagi cast her a confused look.
"When she's nervous, Minako - chan's as much of a klutz queen as you are. Even if you say 'not literally' it still counts." Rei called down from a couple steps above.
"She's gonna fall off the stage for sure now." Ami moaned, clasping her fingers together in worry as she followed her laughing friends up the steps. They were just hazing her, but Usagi on the other hand was totally at a loss. She didn't know if they were joking with her or upset with her as they entered the heavy doors. Her self-confidence lately was feeling rather trashed.
The huge auditorium was packed, a dull roar of mingling voices echoed up the stadium seating where the smell of paint and sweat was thick in the air. They quickly found seats near the back, able to see the simple oval stage set up in the center of room. Two weigh scales decked out with flashing noise meters that looked like long thermometers sat at the back of the stage with colored gaudy yellow light bulbs inset along the column.
The very top was a red bulb of lights that would flash as the winner. Huge bold black kanji was painted along the side of the meter illustrating how popular the contestant would be seen. It started at just talented and went up in praise to Super Star. The contestants were hidden away behind the red velvet curtains at the wings. The crowds drew silent as the house lights dimmed as the show would start.
The girls found the first round of competition she made it through with flying colors. Able to impress the three talent agents, judging the contest. With her confidence and bubbly charm, setting herself up a cute high school sweetheart. Her easy going attitude and cheerful quips making her stand out as lively personality. Confessing her dreams for the future with a heartfelt honesty that had the crowds cherishing her with applause and sounds of approval. She had everyone in the palm of her hand it seemed by the end.
"Excuse me...gomen...Excuse me..." A deep baritone rumbled from the aisle. Usagi turned from her place sitting between Makoto and Rei to find a rather tall, rather awkward raven haired man in a grey suit, attempting to politely slide past a long line of seated people in the darkness of the large theater.
("Mamo – chan!" I was a little stunned to find him here as I thought he had classes. Makoto was at the very end and quickly moved to the next seat that was open allowing Mamoru to take her seat next to me. Placing his arm around me he said, "I wanted to show my support as well." Mamoru offered, as I nodded in understanding. He then past Makoto a grateful smile as he settled into his seat. Makoto tossed him an absent wave, intent on watching the next act.
We watched the next set of acts all very talented, suddenly I was worried about Minako being all alone back stage. Listening to these amazing singer's and suddenly feeling less then worthy to be here. The competition was fierce and I didn't want her to feel threatened by it. Then the worst possible thing happened. A sweet, demure young thing dressed in the cutest pink velvet dress walked up on stage.
With long black hair that flowed down near her butt, and deep almond brown eyes that sparkled with that same indescribable confidence and charm that had the judges instantly transfixed. Then she began to sing and it was like an angel had fallen to earth, the once rowdy crowds became silent. Entranced by her beautiful voice. It didn't help when a professional idol walked out on stage to serenade alongside of her.
He was the gorgeous, j-pop sensation known as Araki. Dressed in a fine pale silver suit and black tie, with a matching fedora sitting at a cocky angle upon his head. His reddish brown hair cut and styled in a very wind tossed, casual manner, with his long fringe hanging over one hazel green eye. A self-assured step in his walk and a voice that complement hers perfectly. The crowds went completely nuts! The applause and screams going through the roof. It was then I realized this whole thing was nothing more than a ruse.
The whole competition was a set up to promote this girls new career. This was never a legit call out for talent. But a promotional tactic! My stomach sank like a stone for Minako, if she had figured it out. She must feel so insecure and foolish right now.
Looking to my right I found Makoto glaring down at the stage, glancing left I found both Rei and even mild mannered Ami looking rather pissed off.
"Minako - chan's gonna need a little pep talk." I whispered, everyone agreed.
"We might be able to get a closer look…follow me." I moved into the aisle and proceeded to wade into the crowds. I had thought the girls came with me but they got halted by the many spectator's. Most were sitting but there were many others that were standing in the aisles and around the stage, or near the back stage door just to catch a glimpse of the popular singer. Mamoru held my hand tight as I pushed through the throng near the stage.
Navigating through the gaps between elbows and twisting bodies like a fish in a pond. Being petite had it's upside at times. Though I felt my arm straining as Mamoru kept getting snagged in the mass of people behind me, but I hung onto him tight.
Finally coming up to the stage door, hidden at the back of the theatre we took note of the two guards dressed in navy suits, yellow arm bands and lopsided caps making them stand out as security. They were just lounging half asleep against the back wall nowhere near the door. Bored and not paying attention. We managed to slip through the door back stage with ease. "Not that I'm complaining but the security here is weak." I muttered to Mamo – chan.
He agreed, as we dash down the back hall and into the prop room. Finding absolutely no security back stage. "Wait a minute…that's it?! I thought it would be a little bit more so since he's this 'so called great singer'." Mamo – chan's voice held a bit of tinge to it. Eyeing all the painted backdrops and sand bags lurking in the dusty shadows. We crossed the room and pulled open the chain link cage to the side stairs that led up to the main stage.
"Are you jealous?" it didn't make any sense, I wasn't a fan of his, "There's no reason to be. I'm mean yeah his music is fun and he has thousands of screaming girls that would love to have his 'love child' but - "
I got cut off by mild laughter as the singer Araki came forward, skipping down the side stairs towards the landing with an amused look in his eye. I blushed a bit, ducking my head shyly out of instinct. When confronted by his somewhat over bearing aura of superiority. "Gomen." It was all I could think of to say. Moving aside to the cold brick wall near the cage, wanting to stay out of his way. "And are you by chance one of these 'love child' girls?" his voice was a joke and his eyes held mirth.
It was Mamo - chan's arm that tightened its hold on me that had the singer laughing, "Dude, it's a joke. From the way she spoke just moments ago she's not a fan of mine. Of course that makes me wonder if you're not then who are you?" He rubbed his chin thoughtfully, as his female companion on stage moved silently down the stairs behind him. Eyeing me cautiously, as she stood a little to close to the idol.
I smiled, finally finding my courage. "Supporting my friend Minako – chan. She's a contestant and a HUGE fan of yours." I promoted proudly. He smiled leisurely back, "I'm glad. Honestly I like her energy and spirit. I hope she wins it." He stated with that fake smile all star's seemed to cultivate in time. I smiled politely to him, knowing it was a lie. "We both do to." He waved us off as he went to leave for the dressing rooms. Pulling open the side door to the landing to the back hall.
As the lights on stage flared to life, lighting the crowds of roaring fans and cueing the intro music for the second round. I passed Mamoru a meaningful look, slipping through the same door as Araki. Intent on following him back to the dressing rooms to find Minako. The hall was a narrow off white corridor with doors flanking on either side. The one of the far end was open and we could hear the hushed voices of many girls echoing within.
Moving silently into the chaos of performer's all dressed up in sparkling sequence mini dresses and colorful boa's of feathers. Moving past a row of costume racks into the main area that was filled with two rows of vanities. I caught sight of Minako speaking to him by her private dressing table in line with the others at the back of the room. He was all smiles and complements, his protégé having discretely moved off to her own vanity to prepare for the next round.
Always casting Minako calculating looks out of the corner of her eye. I started to understand that the glamour of the stage wasn't all praise and money. But a chess game towards fame, filled with hidden viper's waiting for their chance to strike. This dream of Minako's was a daunting future, I wondered if she could truly juggle this life and that of a Senshi? I had a lump of ice burning cold in the back of my throat, worried that she was going to suffer for her dream more then she should. I started to navigate my way across the dressing area, when someone caught my eye.
It was the form of a slightly older blonde with short wavy hair dressed in a sequent dress of blue similar to all the contestants. Moving into line with the rest of the performer's. "She looks vaguely familiar…I just can't place her." I muttered.
Mamo - chan caught movement back in the hall, catching sight of the security ducking their heads into the dressing rooms looking for someone...probably them. No doubt that Araki tipped them off as a breach.
"The jig is up Usako." He whispered harshly in my ear, grabbing my hand and veering us away from Minako. Ducking into the shadows behind the tables of cluttered piles of accessories and hand props. I moaned in regret as we were forced into hiding, watching bleakly as Minako dressed in a orange shimmering mini dress followed the rest of the competitor's out of the dressing room and for the stage.
Getting back to our places just in time to cheer for Minako. Who was now standing on the voting scale. All the other girls but one more, already voted out by the crowds. Now she stood with a mask of confidence thick in her strained smile. Her competition on the scale beside her, none other than Araki's little pet. Dressed in a similar pink sparkling mini dress, a knowing smile on her face. Her lights all the way up her scale in the red Super Star level.
I was jumping and screaming as loud as I could, making a huge spectacle of myself. I did not care at all! I was hoping it would be enough to tip the scale in Mina's favor. This whole talent show was rigged and it sickened me. Minako kept her smile in place as we made our vote and bitterly saw her get really close before the scales fell short. Her smile never left her face, but the light in her eyes dimmed just a bit before she quietly began to depart the stage.
Leaving the winner to bask in her cheering crowds. I wanted to rush to her side, comfort her and treat her to anything she would like just to cheer her up. You could not help but feel like your best friend just got kicked like a beaten dog. I wanted to throttle Araki for the pain and false hope he had put into these girls just to promote his new talent. I was brooding so intently over Minako's hurt pride, I never noticed the same suspicious blonde moving into view along the side curtains on stage.)
Now dressed in her black and orange death buster version of a Lolita frilled mini dress. A vengeful glare in her hazel eyes, hauling a silver case against her hip and a strange black twisting staff in her other hand. As Araki took to the stage to congratulate the winner.
The whole contest had seemed genuine, the girls competing never knew how Araki had subtly cast his vote for his protégé by singing that duet with her during her performance. So Minako looked utterly devastated by her loss, her smile faltering as she neared the concealment of the velvet curtains. With her legs trembling, brushing her hand along the smooth velvet of the curtains for support.
Nearly falling to her knees in heart wrenching pain that her dreams had been dashed by the faceless announcer who's baritone echoed out over the cheering crowds, announcing the winner like a killing scythe slashing into her heart. Trying to be positive in the event of her agony. She forced that cheerful smile upon her face as she moved past all the other disappointed girls crowded in the wings.
Her stubborn will coming to her rescue once again, as she caught sight of Artemis slinking to her behind the large curtain. His small face was sympathetic, blue eyes wide searching hers with comfort. He had been hanging around the dressing rooms as well, a white shadow to her the whole time. A silent support as always. She would not let this failure deter her, it was just a bump in the road she could overcome this.
After all she was Aino, Minako the Goddess of Love and Lead Senshi to the Moon Princess. She was destined for great things! Artemis watched proudly as the disappointed frown turned into a determined stare. Clenching a fist to her breast he watched as she silently promised herself never to give up.
Artemis chuckled, watching how strong and self-sufficient she was. That inner strength to be her own support was what got her through the tough year of being Sailor V, having to fight all alone until the time was right to join Sailor Moon's team.
"Not fair!" A shrill scream echoed out from the stage.
Minako turned on her heel, dashing back toward the stage at the familiar enraged voice, with Artemis at her back. Coming out to see what was happening just as all hell broke loose. The girl that Minako had known as 'Mimi' had transformed herself into Mimet. "This is bull shit!" The angry death buster bellowed in Araki's face. Making the star take a step back, guiding his protégé behind his back. Who looked terrified and near tears.
"Oh crap!" Rei jumped to her feet.
"Not good." Makoto leaped up beside her along with Ami.
"Lets go!" Usagi commanded, being closest to the aisle she darted out of her seat with Mamoru right behind her.
They were suddenly in motion, fighting the crowds to get to the stage. It was a mad scramble down the stairs, with Mamoru using his greater bulk and taller stature to politely if not bluntly pushing blocking people aside. With Usagi clutching tight to his hand and the three girls behind them in their wake.
"I thought I was your favorite! You lied to me! Lead me on to believe that I was going to win…" Mimet was near tears, her eyes shimmering as she confronted the pompous fraud.
Minako looked conflicted, Mimet was the enemy but she was hurting far worse than them all put together. They had had a few heart felt talks today, she knew how badly the woman wanted to win this. Now she was unable to deal with the idol's betrayal, he had lead all the girls to believe they were winners in the competition. With his charming encouragement and playful flirting in the dressing room.
But Minako was more experienced in this false world of fame seeking, she knew it could be rather insidious, that her chances of winning were slim. That is was more about getting her face out there, getting noticed then winning contests. In the end it was an endurance game and she was a master at struggling through adversity.
Then Mimet's eyes grew cold, "Ha! Oh well, on to plan B then. A girl has to have options, if I am not meant to be a star then Araki taking your pure heart will be a snap!" she laughed with evil vengeful mirth. Tossing the open case towards the idol. "Appear before me 'Utahime'!" the singing daimon came out of the briefcase in a flash of light.
Appearing as a tall purple skinned woman in a long flowing lavender gown, short blue hair and soulless black eyes. With the head of a mic as a hat upon her head and a long shawl with glowing lights inside that shone the words STAR. "Not what I was expecting…" Usagi muttered, her brow furrowed in confusion. "But I will admit these daimon as dangerous as they are do get to be a bit ridiculous." Mamoru had to agree with that one. Shoving through the crowds near the base of the stairs.
Araki's protégé bolted like a terrorized deer in the midst of it all, screaming out of sight into the wings of the stage. She was totally uncaring about leaving her Sensei to his fate, to confront the deranged contestant all alone. Minako dashed up to his side, giving him a side long look of contempt. Even though he had been lying to all the girls today, using them to pamper his own ego she was still there to defend him, choosing the side of the 'would be' victim because she was a Senshi.
Though deep down she was as jilted as Mimet. She felt Mimet deserved a little pay back for how poorly Araki had treated her, but as a defender of this planet she couldn't let it happen. She wished to be able to tell him how she felt, that he was dishonest, wrong for his ways, that his sham was horrible to do to young girls that had big dreams, but she refrained. Pushing her feelings aside for the fight ahead.
Artemis had taken to the high ground, leaping up to the metal rafter's that held the spot lights over the stage. Positioning himself to attack incase Minako needed extra backup. But with whole team here in the theatre he knew to just stay out of the way, unless things turned desperate.
(It was when the audience started to scramble that Mimet unleashed the power of the weird, swirled golden stick in her hands. Something we hadn't seen before. "Charm buster!" She screamed. It sent out stars of chocking, painful energy that seemed to steal your breath and put you in fistfuls of pain. The crowds in the auditorium screamed in agony, then quickly fell unconscious unable bear the pain.
Being so close to the attack, both Minako and Araki suffered the same fate. Falling to the stage, gripping their ears in pain until they too fell unconscious. I could hear the girls behind me screaming as well, I was only saved by Mamo – chan holding me close behind him.
The power of my silver crystal was somehow magnified by a golden aura coming from him. I realized that it was protecting me. "Mamo – chan…" I asked quietly. He looked down to me, "You need to transform." I nodded but I wondered now if he was distracting me from the strong alien feeling I had just had from him.
Allowing the energy from my crystal to consume my human body and ascend to my Guardian form. In mid transformation I leapt up over Mamo - chan's head, so I could use my tiara to knock the golden stick from Mimet's hands. The golden disc flew straight and true on target, nailing the witch in the wrist.
"Ouch! What the hell was that for?!" she demanded, rubbing her bruised wrist. "Seriously? You do more damage to us daily yet I hurt your little hand and you cry out in pain? What kind of a villain you?" I demanded with an amused smirk. Putting my tiara back in place on my forehead, as I landed perfectly balanced on the backs of two auditorium chairs nearby. It was when the other senshi came down as my back up that I felt that we could properly protect Minako and the target on the stage.
Here against Mimet and the daimon was to much. After we each had our own parting speeches drawing the witch's attention towards the stands Minako regained consciousness and groggily took her moment to run. Transforming into Venus behind the curtains. She was beyond pissed that her favored, or one of her favored singers, someone whose songs she admired had turned out to be such deceitful douche bag.)
She wondered if he had meant any of those kind and profound things he had said to her. About how his stardom was fleeting and how he cherished every one of his fans was true. Her heart wasn't in it right now but she would make sure Mimet wouldn't get his pure heart. She appeared back in the fight as a silhouette against the back screen of the stage. A spotlight cast over her imposing form as she reentered the stage, drawing Mimet's attention away from her friends to focus solely on her.
"In the name of the goddess of Venus, and of fans everywhere that seek to cheer for their celebrity. In which you are posing as a fan for I will punish you." The goddess of love was very unhappy, "I'm not posing you sailor failure! I am a fan. But I'm also a member of the 'Witches 5', Mimet." Shocking Venus, the blonde senshi replied, "But if you're a fan then you care about Araki, what he did to you wasn't right." Venus started, take note of how Araki was starting to stir from the floor.
She hoped that he was conscious enough to understand her words and hold some form of regret for his actions, "The lies and false hope he gave all the girls here today was downright vile, but we don't know his reasoning for setting up this false contest." She pleaded, noticing how shamed Araki looked. Staring down at the stage floor his face red with humiliation.
Choosing not to answer that part Mimet went to her daimon, "Araki's heart is ours forever." The heart snatcher went into action, dashing for Araki. Opening it's mouth and sending a supersonic pulse in the form of an ear piercing wail towards Venus. She screamed in pain as the discordant sound threatened to burst her eardrums. Clutching her ears and crumbling to the stage floor, unable to stand any longer.
The Sailor Team leaped for the stage as the Daimon picked up the prone Araki and began to suck his pure heart from his open mouth. As the sound cut out, Venus rose back up on shaky feet to confront Mimet. Araki's pure heart was already shimmering before the Daimon's mouth, soon to be swallowed. It made Venus upset, "As chasers there is a set of rules but that also includes NOT harming the idol! Araki will die if you take it!" Venus implored.
Mimet had had enough, "Of course he will! The 'death busters' is an evil syndicate. What did you think would happen? That it would be cherries, lolly pops and candy canes?!" Mimet's truthful yet harsh words had the senshi of love angered beyond words, she raised her wand to send out another painful charm. Venus called her chain to her hand and sent it at Mimet. Snagging her wrist before she could call out her attack. "Kill them with your killer songs!" Mimet ordered in fury at the daimon. Venus released Mimet to confront the threat of the Heart snatcher.
The daimon stepped forward, "Utahime!" it announced itself. The girls jumped beside Venus giving her their support, while Tux jumped partially in front of Moon to shield her from any attacks. It was when the daimon started to practice sing through a set of out of tune 'la, la, la's' that had the girls and even Tux himself arching a brow in disbelief. "What's wrong, kill them!" Mimet demanded of it.
"To get a perfect killer song I must warm up my voice." The daimon spoke calmly, as if it weren't in a battle. Mimet sweat dropped wondering why the professor seemed to be giving her really lame daimon's lately. To make it worse the stupid thing forgot the songs 'killer lyrics'. And just stood there like an idiot, before confessing. The girls were in disbelief for a moment before Mercury came to her senses and prodded Moon to transform again.
Moon nodded then went into her second transformation. Willing the added powers from the grail from her crystal. The incredible amounts of energy bathed her fuku, in a wave of starlight and shimmering butterflies. Leaving her standing even stronger in her Super Transformation.
"Rainbow Moon Heartache!" Moon spun her wand, sending her attack towards the dumbstruck daimon. Who was still stuttering out the first lyric, attempting to remember the song in her mind's eye. The heart snatcher cried out as it was cleansed, leaving a microphone to clatter to the floor boards of the stage. Araki's pure heart floated off towards it owner, who laid pale and unmoving further down the stage.
Mimet for her part was stunned by her bad luck. Unable to get her pure heart once more she curled her bruised and burnt hand to her breast, thanks to both Moon and Venus, then ran from the group of senshi, retreating away back stage for a hasty exit. It was in another section of the auditorium, high up on the central balcony at the front of the room that the outer senshi stood, watching the scene, perched in the shadows upon the railing.
"They still seem to be gathering pure hearts…" Pluto noted. Not to pleased that her theory of them finding their 'messiah of silence' could be correct.
"But why? The talismans are found and the 'chalice' is safe with Sailor Moon." Uranus noted, "Well pure hearts can become or be transferred into a source of pure enlightening energy for the one it's given to." Pluto explained. But Neptune and Uranus looked to her with worry in the faces. "Those that have infiltrated our world have no corporal body, they can use the energy to fully awaken themselves in this world if they are say using a host's body to exist here." Both the other senshi looked to her in fear.
"So the 'messiah of silence' could have not only been found by the evil ones but she's possibly in another body?" Neptune asked. "Hai…if that host's body is given the pure heart to transfer to pure energy the 'messiah of silence' will awaken and our world will be doomed. The host whomever it is will fade away into nothingness. The evil entity will consume and take control." All three senshi felt for the host but felt that the host would have to be sacrificed for the greater good of mankind.
"The host whomever she is will emit some of the evil entity's powers. Not enough to do serious damage but enough to protect the host from harm. A forced reaction if you will." Pluto explained. "The only problem is that there are many people with physic powers that can exhibit those same symptoms if the connection to the mind and body are strong enough." The other two understood what she meant having witness such phenomena before.
Meanwhile Venus put the singer's pure heart back into Araki's body. Her friends being ever loyal that they understood the struggle of her dream to be an idol. That this was just another hurtle for her to conquer to make that dream come true. "You know it'll happen Venus." Moon told her, "This is just one lost chance. Think of all the stars that struggled to fame, told the same thing that they were good but just not good enough, and became huge successes anyway."
Venus smiled at Moon, "I know…I'll never give up." She looked to Araki's face, "Never." She confront his shameful face with a stern determined air. She still felt the pain of his pretty, colored words on top of the false promises. She knew she'd face more of them but at least she was seen today by several talent agents. It was a start. "We'd better leave before the audience starts to wake up." Tux said.
Evening had fallen over the towers of Juban when the group left the Community Centre. They powered down back to their civilian selves, wanting to duck away from the attack, hearing the sirens of emergency vehicles reporting to the mass fainting episode inside. No doubt one of the many spectator's that had managed to escape before the main attack had reported the incident to the police. Racing off down the darkening street the group never slowed till they were a good distance away.
Usagi darted ahead of the group, as Minako had taken the lead wanting a little space from the group. The golden blonde hip checked Minako, to get her attention. Casting her beaming smile as she smiled back tolerantly.
"Hey, want to go drown ourselves in ice cream and chocolate fudge toppings?" She asked hopefully, "My treat...well Mamo - chan's treat actually...I'm kinda broke." Usagi giggled, Minako smiled hearing Mamoru groan behind them as he wondered what silly thing Usagi had spent her remaining allowance on this time as she no longer had to much left since leaving her parent's home.
"Naw...not really." Minako began.
"But...then we can go over to Makoto - chan's and polish off that cake!" Usagi hopped on her toes a hopeful, almost eager look on her face. Her ability to inhale enormous amounts of sweets near legendary. "We will all over dose on sweets tonight! And then fall into a happy, sugar induced coma till all is right in the world once more." She finished with a mild pout. Minako laughed kindly. "Tempting...but I just kinda want to go home and wallow tonight." Minako sighed, noticing Artemis prancing down the stone fence line beside her.
"Are you going to be okay?" Usagi asked, her eyes moist with concern.
"Yeah!" Minako stated, slapping her on the back urging her to relax as she inadvertently knocked the wind out of her.
Then she jogged away, Artemis leaped onto her shoulder and curling up around her neck. Purring comfortingly, as he watched silent tears escape her sky blue eyes and trail down her face. She was crushed inside, facing the reality that someone she thought was so amazing was a total jerk and having to save him since he still had a pure heart, which meant that he couldn't be a bad person. But what he had done to her and all those girls today was despicable...some investigation was in order.
The group split up after Minako's departure, leaving Mamoru and Usagi heading leisurely towards Azabu. He had his arm draped protectively around her shoulder, keeping her close as they walked. Haruka and Michiru spotted the couple walking back to his place.
Haruka leaned against the lamp post at the street corner, the bright light bathing her motocross suit. Making the white glow and the blue and yellow stripes stand out like neon. A heavy black leather jacket hanging open over the skin tight suit, "It seems Koneko's relationship with the young man is deeper than we thought." she smirked.
Michiru was dressed much more conservatively in white pants and heavy aqua wool sweater as she was leaning against Haruka for warmth, her breath puffing out in cold fog before her.
"It seems they have been living together for the last week. That's pretty cozy for a mere girl of fifteen." She smiled a bit smugly, as if enjoying a private joke.
Setsuna however didn't look to thrilled by it. Standing a head of them all in the grey evening light. She was dressed in her lavender pencil skirt with a heavy black pea coat buttoned up over top. "It originally wasn't like this, but it was a needed step when a disturbance in the past enabled their relationship to progress this far." They looked at the senshi of time. "Like what?" she shook her head 'no'. She would not share her knowledge, it would tamper with the timeline. So Haruka left it there.
It was after school the next day when Chibi Usa ended up running into Setsuna. She had been heading home with Momo, who sported a bright red winter coat and matching scarf and gloves while the pink haired girl was dressed warmly in her grey pea coat with plush pink scarf and gloves when she caught sight of the mysterious woman.
Setsuna herself was dressed in black slacks and a white lab coat as she was sitting in contemplation upon the rim of a huge cement fountain watching the murky water lapping beneath the ice that covered over top. The fountain sat in the center of a green space across from her Minato-ku bus stop.
She bid Momo goodbye and dashed across the street. Seeing her made the pink haired child happy. She ran straight up to her, her small presence drawing deep purple soulful gaze upward to confront her sour pout. Setsuna for her part loved the child. She knew the Queen loved her as much as Usagi did here in this time. But she also yearned for a child for herself. Sometimes she felt like she was stepping on the Queen toes in mothering Chibi Usa in the future.
She couldn't help but emulate the woman she once was. The love she had for the pink haired girl transcended her lifetimes. But the Queen never once said anything. She was always kind and tolerant of her quiet maternal watch over Chibi Usa. Allowing the child to visit her at the time space door deep in the palace whenever she wanted as if she knew that little Usagi filled a void in Setsuna's heart. But this time Setsuna could not allow her instincts to guard Chibi Usa to overpower her true mission. So she had been avoiding her.
In her mind's eye the Queen's reasons for sending Chibi Usa down in this time wasn't just for training but her true reasons were so her daughter could have that normal life.
It was something Chibi Usa needed to grow to become a better person. Even the Queen knew that the royal lifestyle for a senshi wasn't easy. She wanted to make it easier on her. Setsuna knew the only downside was the Queen missed her daughter terribly. She would get changed memories through Usagi's eyes in this timeline, on Chibi Usa and it made her feel better. Her future self was in constant contact with the queen relaying the changing past, and keeping her fretting monarch appeased.
True Setsuna felt that the new senshi in the future that the Queen was training could wait but at the same time she knew every senshi would be needed. The Queen wanted a peaceful future but wanted her senshi all around to be trained and prepared in case some other forces tried to invade…again. Plus as the Queen stated to her 'Chibi Usa's guardians need more training to harness their natural powers as well as their powers as a senshi the way my own have'. The senshi of time agreed.
"So why don't you spend any time with me anymore?" Chibi Usa asked.
"I think you've been happy having your time with your new friends. I am unneeded right now." Setsuna smiled faintly, she knew she needed to make these friends and it was a useful excuse for her. Else if she didn't develop these bonds as a child it would impact her future as not only a Queen but as a person. Chibi Usa nodded, "I like them." Finally she had friends her own age and she was starting to understand what her mother wanted for her.
"Setsuna – chan can I just call you Set – chan from now on?" Chibi Usa asked. Setsuna nodded in agreement a soft smile gracing her face, "You haven't changed one bit since I last saw you Small Lady. But I think maybe you could ease up on Usagi – chan. She tries very hard to make sure you're getting your training with the girls and getting friends along with your own studies." Setsuna told her.
Knowing that the Queen had mentioned to her a few times where Chibi Usa's actions in the past had her feeling somewhat inadequate as a mother now. Chibi Usa's frown deepened, she had felt she was free of her mother's rule here in the past. Yet now Setsuna was giving her orders from her very mother about her supposed ill manners. Her mother's power seemed to surpass time and space itself...which truly wasn't surprising.
"I mean not only do you have friends now but it seems that your mother Neo Queen Serenity did the right thing by sending you back during this time." Setsuna stated, Chibi Usa turned to her and agreed, sitting herself beside her primly. "Yes, I'm making many friends now. And I know Usagi – chan and I don't get really along. I guess I got so used to her being nothing but a klutz and childish that seeing her as anything positive is really hard." She tried to reason.
"But she's been improving very much in her grades and everything else. From what the other senshi have told me she's even expected to graduate early. Your mother is very smart and wise in the future. Do you think that she would be able to even be in a partnership with your father to help run the kingdom in the future if she didn't significantly improve here in the past? Your mother is a very intelligent woman, and now Usagi – chan is becoming that." Setsuna raised her eyebrows inquiringly.
Chibi Usa nodded, "I guess you could be right. We just spent so long pretending to be at one another's throats that it's an automatic to assume the worst with her." she sighed sadly.
Setsuna sighed, "You two only had to do that so no one would figure out your true relation to her. But Chibi Usa…" she looked down to her, "You are your mother's child as much as you are your father's child. Usagi – chan feels the need to protect you as her child just as much as Mamoru - san feels to protect you as your father." Chibi Usa nodded, "I've been a bit to much haven't I been?" She asked, regretful tears forming in her eyes.
Setsuna patted her on the back, "Usagi – chan loves you terribly. What you do now affects your mother in the future. You don't want things to deter a loving relationship in the future with your mother." Chibi Usa shook her head no, finally having an epiphany of sorts. "Then you need to try harder with Usagi – chan to act better." Setsuna commanded motherly. Chibi Usa merely nodded like a robot, her mind spinning over how her actions now would affect the future.
Not yet ready to work all that out, Chibi Usa asked, "Can I see you whenever I want to 'Puu'?" Setsuna nodded her head 'yes', relenting to fate it was unfair to ignore her. To both her and herself, their friendship was special and she needed salvage that. As the little girl sprinted off cheerfully she felt two people behind her.
"To think that the little one is the princess of the royal kingdom in the future, 'koneko' and Mamoru – san's future daughter…" Haruka's voice came in right beside her, Setsuna turned to find her dressed in her Mugen male uniform with her leather jacket zipped up over top as Michiru came on the other side, dressed in the Mugen Fuku with a white winter jacket zipped up her neck. "She is the first heir to the throne of the future Silver Millennium…" her eyes shot to Haruka meaningfully as the senshi of wind was known to be rough in battle.
"I'll try to go easy on her. Not hurt her." Haruka amended. "But on another note we need to find that 'messiah of light' as soon as possible to help avoid the 'messiah of silence' from being given full life into this world." They all agreed. Turning around Setsuna spoke up, eyes hard and full of meaning, "The grail has made itself appear which means the call to it from both sides of good and evil will be greater for it." Both Michiru and Haruka narrowed their eyes.
"Understand that in order to prevent the silence the 'messiah of light' must be the one to use the grail to its fullest powers and defeat the evil in all its forms. At all costs." Her tone was harsh and cold. It was well understood by the other two senshi there. "And with them now collecting pure hearts for their 'messiah of silence' we need to prevent that and act fast." Haruka stated, "IF the 'messiah of silence' gets it…" Michiru asked.
"Then we will DEAL with it." Her tone becoming ice as both Michiru and Haruka understood, "The 'messiah of silence' mustn't be born at any costs or death will befall us all." Haruka's voice was low and dangerous. The three agreed and went off their separate ways though Setsuna wondered if perhaps the messiah had been found but that she didn't know how to use the grail to its fullest potential just yet.
Many aspect of time were becoming known to her, but the thread of destiny would always be as murky as water trapped beneath ice to her. So the only thing she could rely on for their coming future was hope.
It was later on that evening that Usagi and Mamoru were enjoying a quiet time in doors. Not planning on leaving the apartment Usagi decided to wander around in a short lacy tank top with matching boy shorts style panties. Putting on her silk house slippers she sought to make herself and Mamoru up some supper. Feeling rather domestic, she was happily humming a soft tune as she puttered in the kitchen preparing a pot of miso soup, udon and three side dishes.
Moving about her little domain very much as her own mother did at her childhood home. She was totally focused on giving this meal her best, a she tended to several culinary tasks all at once.
Mamoru had been busy studying for exams, sitting before his coffee table reading and writing down study notes. The sound of her gentle voice singing and her soft footsteps nearby flooding him with a sense of family he hadn't felt in a very, very, long time. A strange thought that if Chibi Usa was here as well, this moment would be just perfect.
What he hadn't noticed during his studies and paternal musings, was what she had on while prepping food for them. It was the loud abrasive clatter of an iron pan hitting the floor that startled him, "Its fine I've got it." Her voice reassured him. After a few more clattering sounds he was unable to resist seeing what it was that had either been scorched or broken. Rising from the table, he moved to the island and peeked curiously into the galley kitchen.
Shockingly nothing had been broken. The huge wok it seemed had been to large and unwieldy for Usagi to handle and it had fallen to the floor. The udon thankfully had been able to be saved thanks to Usagi's quick reflexes.
She had acted fast and shoved the wok forward to catch the meal before it went all over the floor but some of it still managed to hit the tile. Now the silver cooking bowl of broiled vegetables and thick wheat noodles sat innocently on the back counter near the stove as she was currently bent over on her hands and knees cleaning the area up.
All thoughts of studying, all thoughts of his future daughter and family life flew right out the proverbial window. His mind going completely numb, by the very alluring and sexy vision his young, supple girlfriend made innocently cleaning the floor. He instantly went from high reasoning scholar to passionate lover as if a switch had been flipped in his brain...she was just so irresistible at times.
Mamoru might not have been very active in the thought department but he was plenty active…in his pants now. With her boy shorts now stretched over her bum in a very enticing way, the smooth silky skin pressed up against the thin fabric as if it was translucent. Her small lacy shirt hanging low over her breasts, the upper flawless curves peeking out. Jiggling back and forth as she rocked on her knees, her toned firm body perfectly poised in a very subtle erotic manner. Mamoru found himself slowly undoing his own pants.
"Stupid pan…" Usagi muttered then gave a startled yelp as she felt herself being hauled back by her ever horny boyfriend. "Mamo – ch - " she began only to get cut off as his right hand pulled her bottoms down enough to gain access to her aching center from behind while his other hand wrapped around her waist to pin her in place. Now she had her head pressed against the floor with her exposed backside raised in the air. Having un done his own pants he only un did them enough to release his now straining member.
He didn't bother any further as his hormones were demanding release. But once he felt her beneath him he wanted to play a little first. Dipping two fingers into her hot center from behind he heard her gasp of lust and passion as she reached behind herself with one hand to shove his fingers deeper while her other pulled him closer over her body, needing to feel the contact of his body against her own. He began to rotate his hips into rhythm with hers, grinding into her back side seeking friction.
She gasped in rising elation as she felt his hardness, his need as if it were her own. Mouth open she breathed in before muttering, "Oh kami…" falling forward she arched her back like a cat and stretched out in front of him. An enticement to see her in such a primitive, provocative state. Her legs slightly spread, her panties now down by her thighs, her round bum so inviting, even the dip of her back encouraged him to take what was his.
He caressed her back with his fingers lustfully before aiming himself. She moaned once more as she wiggled her bum instinctively, trying to get him to enter, to give her a break from the aching pleasure. Both hands now on either side of her bum he thrust within her, eliciting a gasp of pleasure. He began a steady rhythm of thrusting and receding, her back in such a cat like arch he wondered if her Lunarian blood line had some Mau in it to.
It turned him on to no end. He began a faster rhythm that had her moaning in bliss at every pressure point. "More! Harder!" She begged. Her twin tails of golden blonde hair falling to either side of her. He sought to use it. Grabbing both tails he pulled her head back, though not to harshly as he slowly raised her from all fours. Forcing her to straddle his groin as he kneeled back on his toes, the position allowing him to grab and play with her breasts still sheathed beneath her flimsy tank top.
He only fondled for a moment before grabbing the flimsy excuse for a top and ripping it over her head. Usagi gave a yelp as the fabric was torn over her arms.
Uncaring he threw it into a corner of the apartment, as his hands found that her tank top had been the only thing on her. Bra less he toyed and pinched her nipples to his heart's content. But from behind he could only do so much. And right now he wanted to lave them with his tongue. He wanted to feel them turn into hard pebbles in his mouth. To taste her breasts as only he would ever get to do.
His thrusting stopped as Usagi near panicked, "Why did you stop?" She near demanded, having curled her legs into a crouching position to cushion his thrusts. He pulled out, regretfully only to turn her around on top of him and slip back inside from the front as he had full access to her breasts. His mouth watering he drove in and tasted her flesh. She arched into his mouth, holding his head to her sensitive breasts. They sent the heated currents of pleasuring rapture to her center, a trembling ripple that spoke of the pure happiness that he was delivering them.
She smiled, mouth still partially open as he left a string of marks over her milky white skin. Now blemished with his mark of supplication for NO ONE to be able to argue or dispute. Not that anyone did but he wasn't to sure on Akito's position or where he would be at her school. Maybe if he saw the marks on her skin he would see how fruitless his efforts were. Even if they were just in trying to gain the upper hand over Mamoru.
Removing his mouth his growled at the erotic disheveled appearance she now made. With her Odango's pulled partially free, now a wild mess of gold around her naked body. Her skin rosy and aroused from his kisses, a fine film of sweat beating upon her glowing skin. Her eyes such a pure crystal blue, gazing down at him with trust and yearning. Ready, willing and near begging once more for him to take her as they both wanted and needed it.
Wrapping both hands around each butt cheek he controlled the movements as he rammed in fast, and drew out slowly only to ram in fast once more. It was an elongated process that drove her nuts with pleasure. She needed it to end.
"Please stop teasing me." She begged. She needed to find the wave to latch onto, in this now frantic race for pleasure. Knowing how cold the floor was Mamoru let loose his restraint and quickly leaned forward, pinning her to the cold tile floor. Needing a better angle to complete his task of pleasuring them both. It sent a shock through her system of needing to be closer to him. Needing his warmth, his touch, his love.
"Mamo – chan!" She exclaimed, trying to seek to be closer, "You want me? Want my cock?" he near blushed from his own words but resisted as he saw the fire burning in her own depths. "Hai! Now take me!" She demanded.
Whatever intention he had to make her beg ended there. He went forward and pinned her to the kitchen floor as he began an intense rhythm of thrusting and receding that made them both rise to the top of their orgasms faster than either had anticipated. Usagi tried to hold on, she tried but the spots that Mamoru's engorge member was hitting made her mind go through the roof. And to think she still had her panties on.
For Mamoru he was feeling constrained in his shirt. He went to take it off only for Usagi to grow restless and rip it from his form. Buttons flew everywhere. Neither cared as he kept his rhythm going faster within her. Dipping his head down into the crook of her neck he suckled a hicky in place before feeling the oncoming sign of his orgasm approaching. He had barely held it off for the time frame as his hormones had demanded release upon sight of her in the kitchen bent over to begin with.
But when Usagi's muscles undulated around him, her voice carrying with her his own feeble control he roared to the heavens as he lost his seed within her. Her own voice crying out in bliss feeling herself ride a tidal wave of pleasure and feeling him riding it with her. Even after her muscles began to relax he still pumped himself within her, wanting to prolong her pleasure as much as he could.
"I love you…" he breathed out in a trembling breath moments later. Not once having moved to get up or let her go from the kitchen floor. By now she knew she had an imprint of the tiles design on her back but could care less. "I love you to…I take it you like my new panties…" She smirked. "My guess is that's where the little bit of money you had went to." he guessed, "They were to cutie to pass up." She admitted. "Hai." He agreed and kissed her with heated passion, not letting her up.
