You know the drill, I own only the plot and Jennie, end of story

So here's chapter 15, I hope you'll like it, tell me what you think and happy reading

15 November 10 1992

Jennie yawned as she unfolded the letter from Harry.

Dear Jennie

Yesterday was the Quidditch match Gryffindor-Slytherin and it was mad! We won, but I broke my arm, Bludgers are vicious! So, I'm in hospital wing right now, writing this, I'm off to let Hedwig fly over to you when Madam Pomfrey says I can leave, although my arm feels fine now – she is very caring although it's boring to be stuck in here.

Lockhart is still silly; he tried to bend my bones and they disappeared! That's why I've been stuck here over night; I had to drink this really nasty potion which made my bones grow back – yuck!

I miss you and I would feel way better if you could come here and hug me, much as I like my friends, they aren't as good with hugs as you.

I can leave now, so I'll hurry to get something to eat, so I promise to write more next time.

Love,

Harry

Jennie stared at the letter and then howled with laughter.

"Fucking madness… not going back… vicious sport indeed", she giggled out loud and calmed down a bit, still giggling, to drink her coffee. Then she picked pen and paper and wrote reply.

Dear Harry

I have no words that can express my feelings. Consider yourself grounded for a week of spoiling when you come home, that school of yours is mad!

As for your teacher, I'll owl him when I'm done writing this letter; the man needs to be yelled at!

It's great that you won the game but I really think it would've been even better if your arm had remained unbroken…

I miss you too; it's awfully quite here and I'm bored, so hurry home!

Love,

Jennie

"There Hedwig, fly safely my little white girl", she said as she tied the letter to the birds leg and watched as the white owl soared out the window. Then, she picked a new paper and grabbed the pencil once more.

Good day to you Professor Lockhart,

I'm writing to you to ask what you have in your head. How can you remove the bones a a boys arm when you attempt to heal it? If your healing spells are that badly, you should not attempt to heal at all!

You are lucky that the school healer managed to fix your damage or you can bet I would have had you sued by now! A teacher should always do what is best for the students, and you have failed greatly here! I do hope you apologize to my boy, because if I find out you have not, I will maul you!

Sincerely

Jennie Andrews, Harry Potters guardian

"Hah!" she muttered as she finished the last and enclosed the letter in an envelope before she took the stairs and bolted inside Sunshine room. The owl was hoping around on the floor, and she screeched happily as she spotted the letter in Jennie's hand, and in just two minutes the bird was off, flying across the sky away from the suburban area.

"… so, yes you are correct, even though I don't get how you guessed, oh and if I find that you tell your husband which I know has had connections to that snake guy, I will be very disappointed."

Narcissa laughed merrily and took a cookie from the plate on the table in Jennie's living room.

"I would never! Between you and me, I never supported Him… I'm glad things are the way they are today and I'd like to keep living in peace. Besides, since when to girlfriends tell on each other?"

"A, yes I see your point, but I have a point as well; we haven't known each other for years and years", retorted Jennie pointedly and Narcissa sighed.

"Fine. I give my oath that I will never talk about your role as Harry Potter guardian, I will not breathe a word to any living or dead being, except you."

There was a sudden chill and then a swirl of light blue sparkled framed Narcissa, before fading away.

"Whoa, and that was like a sacred oath?"

"Yes."

"That's pretty cool. Well then, I guess we're cool as rain. Now, how did you and Lucius become a couple?"

Narcissa smiled fondly at Jennie's question.

"Well, we went to school together as you know, and we were engaged since birth… so it really wasn't romantic until out sixth year when he asked me out on a proper date and confessed that he really did see me as beautiful and not just a pretty shell… he was very sweet…"

"Aw he said that? That's just adorable! He does seem a little… chilly, if you'll excuse my use of word…"

"Oh he is quite reserved when it comes to others… he had to be, you know, during the first war…" said Narcissa matter-of-factly.

"I see… makes sense actually… well I'm glad you love each other. More coffee?"

Jennie muttered tiredly as she got out of the bath tub and dried herself off with a large fluffy towel before she headed to her bedroom and tumbled into bed, she was asleep within seconds.
