Bonus Chapter/True Ending
THE LAST CHAPTER HAD A GOOD ENDING. THIS VERY DARK ENDING IS CANONICALLY PART OF THE STORY, NOT AN OMAKE. HOWEVER, YOU MAY TREAT IT AS ONE IF YOU LIKE. I PROBABLY WON'T EVER DO A SEQUEL TO THIS. UNLESS THEY MAKE ANOTHER GAME IN ORRE. THEN MAYBE.
Michael woke up in the morning to hear a rapping on his bedroom door.
"Yo!" A female voice rang out. "Open up, sleepyhead, getting bored over here! And when I get bored, stuff tends to break!"
He jolted upright. No way that was...
The door slid open.
"Oh, there was a button here?" Marisa sighed. "Technology. So confusing at times."
"What the!? How did you get in here! More importantly, how'd you know I was here!?"
She chuckled. "Heheh, I might have slipped a little tracker into your bag. I'll be taking that Snag Machine now!"
"You must be joking!"
"No, ze."
She gestured happily to the bag on her back.
"I just wanted to tell you it's in good hands~"
With that, she turned and ran, laughing as he chased after her. "Come on, that the best you have!?"
He called out his Espeon. "Psychic! Stop her!"
Marisa jumped towards her broom... only to be yanked back to him.
"ZE!?" She exclaimed as he knocked her to the floor with a fist by accident.
He crouched down. "I'm so sorry, Marisa..."
She grinned, then suddenly the sack was over his head. "Gotcha! I never got to say goodbye, so I guess I'll do it after this!"
She sped off into the night with Michael in the sack as she flew into the Shrine... facefirst.
"OWWW..."
Michael struggled in the sack, not believing this was happening again.
"Shh! You'll ruin it!" Marisa said, elbowing him. "Trust me, you'll enjoy this!"
He shut up but breathed in loudly.
Marisa knocked on a door where music could be coming from.
"Hey, you forgot the guest of honor that made all this possible!"
Reimu smirked. "You? You left, remember?"
She unzipped the sack and let Michael out. "Go on, open the door. Not too hard though, you don't want to break it."
He hesitantly yanked it open and the party stopped. Reimu stared wordlessly.
"...MARISA! GET YOUR ASS BACK HERE, YOU FREAKING PROMISED YOU WEREN'T!" Reimu took off into the air, throwing amulets at the fleeing Marisa when Sanae came over. "Well. This is... awkward..." She said. "And all this time I thought Pokemon was just a game. Heh, you sure showed me."
"SAME TO YOU, KIDNAPPING ME AGAIN! WHAT, DO I LOOK LIKE PRINCESS F***ING PEACH? DO YOU PEOPLE EVEN HAVE ANY IDEA HOW MANY NIGHTMARES I HAD THE LAST COUPLE NIGHTS, DEALING WITH ALL THIS!? WHAT, IS THIS SOME GENDERBEND VERSION OF SUPER MARIO BROS?!" He breathed out, unsure of why he was so angry until Sanae plucked a device off his shirt.
Feeling his mood slip away, he asked her "What was that?"
Sanae responded. "Marisa's handiwork, she was using your hate against Reimu."
"You should probably go back ho-"
Yuuka walked over, grinning. "You're sending me too if that's the case, I have an appointment to keep. It was going to be at Muugenkan, but this will be even better~"
Sanae nodded and sent them both away with her powers.
Michael landed back in bed, wondering what the hell that was all about. But ANOTHER tracker had been stuck to him as he did, burrowing into his skin so Marisa could just drop by whenever.
Wes, on the other hand, was back at the Snagem hideout when he heard a voice from the front. "HEEELP!"
He saw a girl with green hair being beaten by Snagem thugs.
"HEY, stop it!" He yelled, running over.
"Try it, tough guy!" They chorused/
"Go, Koffing!"
"Go, Zubat!"
Wes sighed and sent the pathetic Pokemon packing.
The girl looked up happily. "You saved me! How very..."
She smiled, a grin that caused his heart to sink. "Foolish of you. But smart. Let's go inside." Said Yuuka Kazami, standing before him. "I'll knock one session off for now. 4 instead of 5.
The door opened and closed, and the last thing before the door closed was a crunch and a scream. Yuuka calmly turned, and smashed the camera with her parasol. And that is where the story ends.
