Hi wonderful readers! I'm back, sort of - turns out it's something wrong with the connection between the internet and my computer, so I'm using my parent's computer right now which is so annoying since I only have access to it some hours when everyone is away from home...

Anywaaaay thank you for being patient with me: here's chapter 24, I hope you'll like it, please read and review as always, love you guys!

Also the usual disclaimer: own nothing just Jennie and the plot

24 September 6 1993

Jennie yawned and sniffed; there was a soft hint off coffee and oranges in the air. Sleepily, she dressed and headed downstairs.

"Don't you sleep?" she asked and hid a yawn behind her hand.

"Good morning. Ah, well yes I sleep, but not so much", replied the black haired way too good looking man who sat by her kitchen table.

"Right… is that freshly made orange juice?"

"Yes, I hope you don't mind", he said carefully and she laughed.

"Of course I don't mind silly, I love orange juice. Is that freshly made bread?!"

"Yes."

"Heh, I'm feeling spoiled here", admitted Jennie and felt a little pull deep inside as Sirius beamed at her; he was exceptionally hot when newly wake with his hair somewhat tousled and a tired expression.

"Mission accomplished then", smiled the dark haired wizard and Jennie stifled a giggle and shook her head, amused by his antics.

"So, are you working today?"

"Sadly yes, so you'll have to stay here 'til six pm I'm afraid… unless you don't want to come along on four legs…"

Sirius laughed at this and the he shook his head.

"As much as I'd like to, I don't think it's smart to go around outside too much; someone might see me and I know several magical folks that for certain knows that I'm an Animagus, so I'll pass."

"I thought you said you are unregistered?"

"I am, but people at Hogwarts sees to much, especially students… I've been thinking a little and I think I need to get into the school to see the headmaster."

Jennie coughed and shook her head.

"Albus the meddler Dumbledore? No way mister! Not until we have some other backup! What about your friend, the werewolf… uh what's his name again?"

"Hehe, Remus. I don't know Jennie; I think he might think me to be guilty…"

He sounded broken and Jennie felt flustered.

"Well, we can't assume he does; let's write him, have him come here and talk!" she said Sirius snorted and gave her an amused look.

"So, you're saying you're going to write a wizard you don't know, have him come here and expect him to listen, just like that?"

Jennie grinned.

"I have womanly charms Sirius, I can be very convincing."

"Of that, I have no doubts lovely. Now, are you going to eat that sandwich?"

Jennie muttered tiredly as she parked her car, exited the usable vehicle and helped herself inside the house.

"Sirius?"

"Living room, welcome home!"

She laughed as she made her way to the room and found him spread out on her couch with the TV on mute and every curtain closed just as they had agreed upon.

"Hi… I'm so jealous of you! You can lie around here and I rush around at work…" she complained as Sirius sat up and offered her a space on the couch which she happily took.

He smiled and handed her a plate with chocolate cake.

"Eat, you'll feel better."

"Spoiling", she smiled and he grinned.

"You are really pretty you know."

"Oh hush now, you're making me blush!"

He grinned even more.

"Good."

"Casanova!"

"Only with you."

Jennie snorted and stretched out.

"I have been trying to think of what to write to Remus… I'm not doing good", she said after a while of silence and Sirius sighed a little.

"I've been thinking as well; you can't just write and tell him you want to chat, Remus is far to suspicious for that… I think the only thing to do is to tell him I'm here, in such a way that no ine could realize it if the letter is snatched away."

"A coded writing then… any suggestions?"

Half an hour later Sunshine flew away through window with a carefully written letter tied to a leg, and Jennie massaged her temples with a huff.

"That was tiring!" she mumbled and Sirius smiled slightly at her.

"You're quite smart y'know… I think I'm placing you in Ravenclaw!"

"Oh, but then how will I be able to fool around with you after school hours?" she pouted and he laughed, and it sounded more like the happy bark of a dog.

"I'd really like to kiss you", he said and then scoffed, "ah did I say that out loud?"

Jennie snorted.

"You did."

"Well fuck."

"That can be arranged", she giggled, not totally sure if she was being smart but not caring.

Sirius raised an eyebrow at her.

"Really?"

"Really", she murmured and smiled up at him, "but no one is to know, if you talk I'll castrate you."

"Such awful words from a lovely mouth!" he exclaimed and pulled her in for a kiss which made her see stars and blood red lightning.

They lay on the thick carpet, sated and drowsy and Jennie amused herself with writing little dorky love things on his naked chest with a finger.

"Enjoying yourself?" he asked amused and she laughed.

"Very much."

"Good."

They were silent for a while and then Sirius spoke, quite serious this time.

"Don't get me wrong love, but I think we might be doing things the wrong way…"

"Oh I know that… sensible people should of course have waited until the convicted were set free, but I really don't feel like being sensible… why be, when you can have so much pleasure from being crazy?"

Sirius snorted with laughter and pulled her closer and kissed her hair.

"Lovely", he murmured as she straddled him with a grin and bent down for a kiss.
